Great service today. I got a new set of tires at a reasonable price. My car was clean after the work. In and out in 35 minutes. Kevin took the time to explain all the details with the rotation, balance and road hazard. Very good customer service, this is what brings me back to a business.

Today I had the best experience at an automotive repair place ever. I went in today with the hopes of getting a few things maintenanced on my vehicle. Kevin at the front desk was extremely friendly, on the phone and in person. Regarding one particular repair, Jeff in the garage, let me know that for several reasons having to do with the make of my vehicle, he didnt feel comfortable performing that one repair, and referred me to the dealership. I respected that so much! A lot of other places would have done it anyway just for the money, possibly risking damaging the vehicle, but the fact that he let me know personally, and the reasons why, really stood out as praise worthy to me! The other repairs were done in a timely manner, and at a fairly reasonable price for the amount of things I had done. Just based off of that and the friendliness of Kevin at the front desk, I will certainly be back for my maintenance in the future, and will definitely recommend to all of my fellow Uber and Lyft drivers. Thanks again guys, I truly appreciate your work and kindness!

I am not from Memphis, but luckily I found this shop soon after moving here. Terry is such a friendly face and so helpful. Jeff the mechanic is so great and honest with what he can do. It is hard to find a mechanic shop you can trust, but if you give these guys a try you see that they really do take care of their customers, and care about doing the right thing for you.

I always enjoy people telling me i need parts for my car that I dont need. Took my vehicle in for an alignment and they would not stop trying to up sell me on parts that only lifted vehicles need. I deferred the last steps in my repair to them do to the fact that they have an alignment machine. This place is to big and will take advantage if your not careful. Cashier who rung me up had himself a attitude, i could have done without that.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Fixed flat tire (had run over a screw) in less than 25 min. Service tech was courteous, friendly and explained all of the benefits if I buy my next set of tires there. Highly recommend.

I received quotes for the same tires and service from several different tire locations in the Collierville area for my 2014 Jeep and Raleigh tire quoted me $60 cheaper than local competitors for the same tires and service. I called on a Tuesday and said I would like them installed next day in the morning. I showed up and was not in the shop for more than 30 minutes and my tires were done and installed. Very friendly and fast service and great prices. I am new to the Collierville area and will continue to visit this shop in the future for my auto needs.

Unfortunately, this will not be a good review. We have been faithful customers of Raleigh Tire, Collierville, TN., for many years. We purchased tires about two years ago and have had multiple problems with the tires, mainly in the form of slow leaks. We were showing low tire pressure once again and I went to Raleigh to get it fixed. Austin was the young man that was helping me. I was told the tire had a couple of areas that appeared to have been cut. When I asked how that could have happened, due to the location of the cuts on the tire, he said that I should be more careful in how I drive. I felt this was so very rude and judgmental. I will not be going back to Raleigh Tire.

My family and I have been going to this location ever since it was built. We have bought tires from them and when we have bought tires online have always had them install it. I was having an issue with a tire that this location had installed and they said needed to be replaced. The tire was under warranty and the place I bought the tire from agreed to reimburse me for a new tire as long as my tire shop verified that the tire needed to be replaced. I would buy the tire from Raleigh tire and I would get reimbursed. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone refused to help me, became rude, and stated I needed to deal with the company myself. I had already done that and just needed them to verify it. I was giving them more business and they did not seem to want it. I have been going to multiple Raleigh tire locations over the last 15 years, and now I will find a new place to take my business.

Have to give a huge shout out to Raleigh Tire!! I woke up this morning to a very bad flat tire! I was able to get the tire off of my car and borrow one of my parents cars to take the tire to get it patched (thinking that would be the fastest and easiest thing to do). I first went to Firestone at 11am & they said it would take them until 2:30-3:30pm to get it done. I called the other Firestone location & the lady said “well the process takes 30 min but we won’t be able to get it done probably until closer to 2:00pm”. I googled tire centers in Collierville and Raleigh Tire had the highest reviews so I called them and Kevin was so professional & so nice! He let me know it’s first come first served but that they weren’t very busy at that time. When I got there he got the tire out of the trunk for me and told me they’ll get to it soon. I was home for maybe 15 minutes before he called me & said it was ready!! I was ecstatic! I reassured them that they 100% gained a new customer today & whoever else I can persuade to come their way!!

Been using them for awhile now...not the most affordable shop but usual seem to address maintenance issues accurately and service reps at front desk always pleasant.We love Kevin,always pleasant and explains issues with our vehicles plainly so we can understand them!

Arrived at the facility at the opening time. Requested two tires and a oil change. It took the crew five hours to complete and simple job. Other customers where in and out in a flash. When I finally received my vehicle my “check engine” indicator came on one minute after leaving the lot. When to Auto Zone to have the indicator checked. The representative diagnosed and checked my oil cap. To discover it was screwed on improperly. Also, later that day the tire I had replaced was losing air. I went to another tire shop and they discovered the tire had a puncture on the side. That puncture could not be repaired and had to be replaced. This was one of my worst experiences ever and I had to spend all of my savings to repair the issue Raleigh Tire caused.Customers Beware.

Road force balancing experts!New tires and balance at another tire store did not solve my wheel hop problem. Installed new shocks, still could not fix hop, after having road force balanced elsewhere. Someone passed Raleigh tire colliervilles information to me and I decided to try one last time.First of all, they have the absolute best road force balancing machine available, and their service is impeccable. They found 3 out of my new 4 tires were out of round, and were able to fix, completely, 1 of those 3. I was able to take photos of their readings to show the manufacturer and have 2 tires replaced. I can guarantee you that you will not have a better chance of finding a problem with wheel hop/balance any where else in the tri-state area!Good people, good pricing, and top notch service. I will be bringing every new set of light truck tires to them going forward or ordering directly from them.

They are horrible! Bought a full set of tires a year ago, purchased the full set because of the fact they will fix your flat for the life of the tire. Tires last longer than a year right? I brought my vechicle in for them to tell me my tire was fine and to put air in it. After I waited for hours for them to tell me that. Then I called back 3 days later and they said I had to come back in and sit and wait. The sales people are incredibly rude and apparently they do not have a manager on duty at all times! So, good luck if you buy tires from them! It’s obvious they don’t care about your safety! I drive around 3 small children daily and their negligence could have resulted in something serious happening!

I have used the Raleigh Tire Service in Collierville for years. As an owner of cars with high mileage and that are over 10 years old, I make frequent trips into the shop for routine maintenance and stuff that wears out. I have had great customer service from all who work there. They have always given me good advice, and fixed what needed fixing. Rarely, if a repair was not completed to my expectation, it was always made right. Unless it is an emergency, I do not take my car anywhere else.

Staff was fine, however they told my they fixed my vehicle, but only did an oil change. Took the car to another shop after problem persisted, new shop told me not to drive again till its fixed. Wont go to Raleigh again.

Took my tire to gateway to have them swap it to another wheel and they were rude and refused! Hate Gateway will never be going back again! Took it to Raleigh tire they were very helpful and friendly and had it done in less then 30min and only cost me $20! Have brought several of my other cars here now and will be back in the future! Highly recommend them!

I took my car to this location to have an alternator replacement and battery was not charging and I had limited power so I made sure everything was turned off to get it to the shop. They took my car in and and had it for 4 hours. They called me to pick it up and I returned to get my vehicle. I got my keys and went outside to cut my car on and noticed that all of my AC vents had been tampered with. When I started my car up I noticed that my AC was on full blast and nothing was blowing out. It only worked on the defrost position and lower blower. The guy that came out to check immediately said that he did not have to take off anything relating to the air and I noticed that that area was close to my alternator and he seemed to have had trouble and reconnected something wrong to put it back on quickly. No AC was working just blowing. The back service manager Jeff came around and gave a story about it was probably clicking and I had another problem and I told him that I was not having an AC problem and he was adamant. Jeff took the car around back and when he brought it back around 25 minutes later he mentioned that I had a problem and they could further diagnose it for a fee. When I got back into my car I noticed it clicking in the back and the front which had never happened until they taught my car and it is clearly a condition that was caused by Raleigh Tire. I have taken my car to the location inCordova 10-20 times and have continued taking it there but that will probably end because I have reached out to the owners of both locations and they are never available and have never returned any calls. Very Unprofessional and Shady! I wouldnt refer them to anyone and will urge everyone to not try their business unless they want to roll the dice of untrustworthy practices. The day that this work was done was August 21st, 2017.

Ask for Chris B to work on your vehicle!! Ive used him for years as my mechanic (previously at Brassfields in East Memphis). Hes the ONLY mechanic I never feel I need a second opinion on to work on my car! Such a nice guy, but honest, will prioritize needed repairs for you to plan for so affordable, & does EXCELLENT work! Hes caught stuff others have NOT...& when I havent listened to his advice, he was right! If he tells me I need a repair, I know I do!! Raleigh Tire got my bz bc if Chris, but Im impressed w their front office staff, facility, & convenient location too!

I bought a new set of tires for over a grand. I had to have my wife return it because the alignment was terribly off. She returns it and she informs me that they charged her an additional 90 dollars because she must have hit a pothole. Obviously my wife in anti-confrontational, because I would lit into the guy if I was present. I take it for a test drive in the neighborhood. The alignment is still off, just not as much. I take it on interstate and notice it shakes bad between 60 -70. I ask my wife to take it back in and let me speak to the person. The person proceeds to argue that the shaking and pulling are two different things. I pointed out that neither should be happening seeing that we paid to have the tires mounted, weighted, balanced, and aligned when we purchased them new. The original installation took 45 minutes. The second time she brought it in it took an hour. It took 6 hours to do after we complained. Stay away from these idiots!
