Service was absolutely amazing!! Repairs were made before promise date and update calls all along the way!!! Decal was put on just barely off center but they fixed it! They had to order decal, and when I came back for it, they immediately took it back and fixed it in 10 minutes total time!! Always coming here for auto body repairs!!! Top notch professionals!!!

Collierville, TN Service King location had my vehicle for 45 days. I learned after the fact that they did not repair mechanical work but rather farmed it out. In my case they referred the work to Fox Plaza Automotive in Collierville. I had to return the vehicle due to noises coming from around the repair area. Service King again asked me to take it back to Fox Plaza Automotive. (holder in due course anyone?)Fox Plaza Automotive completed a “reinspection” and stated it was not damage related, even though the items they cited came from the damage area?? Poor initial quality inspection by an obviously inexperienced staff at both Service King and Fox Plaza Automotive. They certainly had 45 days to get it right and failed. I have been advised by my insurance provider now to take it to another shop for a second opinion

Be careful of this place over 300% markup on parts in some cases and poor customer service much better service opportunities exist elsewhere

From my very limited experience it appears if you arent working through your insurance they dont seem very eager for your business. This is the second time Ive tried to get work done on a vehicle through this Service King. The first time, I filled out the online form and never got a call from them. So, I just went somewhere else. This time, its been over a week since I filled out the online form and frankly just forgot about doing so. They called me back but really couldnt work with me to look at my vehicle, provide an estimate and get authorization prior to a trip where I would be out of telecommunication range and unable to give authorization. I wish I could have found out how talented the repair technicians were but due to the red tape Ill never know.

An elderly lady bashed in my drivers side door and left it for several days in time for them to repair the door The panel started coming off several months later The worst part about it was The elderly lady paid 3 times too much for the repair Just awefully sad
