Awesome customer service!!! They will work with you if you are honest and talk to them. If you try to scam them or lie they won’t!! Love this place all the employees are pleasant and ready to help!!

Nice stuff but a bit experience for me

I’ve had a few family issues where I couldn’t pay but made up for it. This past time I basically got told I was lying. Plus they charge you way too much for used electronics something you can get for 2 something at Best Buy or Walmart you will end up paying 5-6 something at Rent a center. They can be very rude and judge mental if you could go a different route please do!

Hey are horrible I was 5days past due and they have the nerve to knock on my door for 30mins to come pick up a mattress! They wont work with you, their customer service is horrible! And I wouldnt recommend anybody to go get anything from them! Aarons is the place to go!
