We came in on Sunday to drop my truck off for an issue I was having. On the way out, we saw two suburbans in the parking lot. We have been looking for a suburban for our family needs and as you are well aware, they are hard to come by. We were greeted by Dalton and we told him we were interested in the black Suburban which had the trim package we were looking for. Dalton was quick and attentive to our needs, he advised us we could not drive it because it was brand new and needed to be checked out by the service department first and we then went in and started the paperwork. Dalton made sure we knew about what rebates we qualified for and made the paperwork process fly by. When we were done, Dalton said he would come in on Monday, his day off and make sure the vehicle was ready for delivery. We showed up on Monday and everything was ready to go as promised. We enjoyed working with Dalton, he was professional and kind and did not rush us at any point. We will continue to come to Maita in the future for thie level of professionalism and service.

Wow, got my 2021 Red Mist Metallic Corvette. Wasnt sure if it was going to happen, but it did! The Maita people were fantastic, especially Rich Barbour. Oil stop messed up my car. Had car towed to dealership Sunday night. Service department was super slammed. Alfredo S. Called me first thing in the morning. I explained what happened and he said he would do his best to get my car checked out. By 4pm my car was fixed. Excellent customer service. I was shocked my car was fixed in such a timely manner knowing the were back logged until end of sept.

It was a no pressure sales experience. I love Chevy, but I went into the parts department today and a short bald guy with glasses and a mustache was being really rude and loud to the customer in front of me, while the customer was talking in an appropriate manner. I didnt want to have to deal with him so I just left, lost my business. I dont know how someone like that can have a job in customer service.

Great people and prices are much better than most of the other dealerships. Came late at night and they even stayed after hours for us. Also, their trade in value was the best in Stockton, Lodi, Modesto, Elk Grove and other nearby cities. Purchase was also very reasonable compare to many other dealerships. Came back for first wash and detailing and they were still very welcoming. Would be back if more vehicles would be needed.

Legitimately a poor business place from the top-down. Iβm disappointed in myself for reconsidering their business. Wasted a lot of time with these individuals, twice. Though, I may reside in Elk Grove, I wonβt even bring my vehicle to be serviced here. Save yourself a headache, buy elsewhere. Convenience isnβt always better.

We scheduled an appointment, I came in for a test drive, sat down to talk numbers, it was easy to make the deal. Lindsy in the finance office was very nice to work with as well, made the process very straight forward and as fast as it could be. Within a few minutes of signing all the paperwork I was given the keys to a freshly washed car with a full tank of gas. Very happy with Maita Chevrolet!

Made an appointment for 10:45 to get an oil change and still had to wait an hour before seeing my truck get started on. Was informed that my battery was bad and cabin air filter needed to be changed (both true) but didnt like the price I was given to replace them so I did the work myself. $249 to replace the battery with one that cost around $169 and $79 to replace a $20 dollar cabin air filter. Now I understand labor cost and everything but some locations offer battery replacement for free or for a small fee and as for the 10 minutes it takes to replace the cabin air filter $59 seems a bit much.

My husband and I had a scheduled appointment with Dalton to test drive a pre owned Chevy Tahoe that was on the Maita lot. We drove the vehicle and decided we didnt need that much space---the vehicle is quite large. We ended up test driving a Chevy Traverse, and instantly knew it was the right vehicle for us. My husband and I drove off the lot in a brand new Traverse Premier and couldnt be happier to be driving an American made car again (our other vehicles are imports). Dalton was NOT a pushy sales agent and kindly guided us through the process to find the vehicle that was right for us. He was also very kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable; Dalton offered a very enjoyable car-buying process---a pleasant shift from the stereotypical high-pressure experience weve all come to expect from a car dealer. I have a 2017 chevy express 2500 standard cargo van. Still under manufacture warranty and I also have extended warranty. 44K miles. Engine light popped up. Brought it in for diagnostics. $170 for diagnostics. Turns out, O2 sensor fuse was blown. Nothing that I did. They replaced the fuse. Still charged $170. I didnβt read the fine print on the warranty portion. Iβll change to a 5-start if anyone showed otherwise.
If youre in the biz and need reliable help ask for Chip or Nick and give Sam a chance. Theyll be diligent and understanding. I cant say the same for (one person) for anyone in the parts department.

I left the Hyundai dealership to test drive the Trailblazer. They had one and itwas less than the Kona I was considering. Unfortunately they dont let you test drive it without the sales person in the car with you. Due to Covid im not ready to ride around with a stranger. So as of today I am the owner of a Kona! I have test driven about 10 cars in the last month and they are the only place that wanted to do a test drive with me.

This is where we bought my truck, which I love. The gentleman that helped us was great. He got us into a 2016 toward the end of the year in 2015.Naturally, you have to keep up on the maintenance of your vehicle and their service center is great! They will even drive you home if its going to take the better part of the day or longer, then pick you up when its ready.Additionally Maita Chevrolet, is excellent about informing you of any recalls in your vehicle. They send you information through the mail, get you in quickly, and fix the problem for free. I definitely recommend them if you need a vehicle.

Maita Chevrolet Elk Grove does NOT care for their Customers! They do NOT value your time! And by the way I have been treated, they do NOT want my business!This was the worst experience I had at your dealership and I will NOT be returning! I had called last week to make an appointment for an oil change. I also informed the Representative I needed someone to look at other issues with my car. My headlights were not working and there was a wind sound coming from my sunroof. It has to do with the rubber around it being a little loose. An appointment was not available until this week at 10:00am. I work at that time but Iβd have someone drop off the car.This Monday, my young adult daughter took the car to the appointment. She spoke with Vincent and mentioned the other issues to look at. Vincent gave her an estimate paper and told her he would call me at my cell phone number to discuss the charges.I waited all day for that phone call! By 4 pm I still did not receive a call, which is ridiculous! I can understand an hour or 2, but 6 hours later is a blatant disregard for the customer and the service you are providing!At 430, I called the service department to see what was going on with my car. Vince answered the phone and realized it was me. He stated he was with a customer and would call me back.Finally at 4:56 PM he called me to give me a breakdown of the charges. My headlights are not working because the bulbs burned out. It would cost me $387 to fix, $340 for diagnosis fees and 79.95 for the oil change. I was mortified at my total!He also said the sunroof needs to be replaced for an additional $800. I need a new one because the seal that is loose is only available with a new sunroof. Furthermore, if it rains it could leak so I should be parking my car in the garage. (By the way, I have no problems with the sunroof leaking so I know that is not true.)I was in disbelief! Why would it cost $800 to replace head light bulbs and an oil change? Why am I being charged $340 for diagnosis fees? No one indicated I would be charged $170 for each issue. I would have decided against it. I donβt have that kind of money. When I made an appointment the Representative did not disclose I would be paying fees to check my headlights and my sunroof. Additionally, Vincent did not inform my daughter of these fees. He just handed her a piece of paper and told her he would call me!At this point, I was so upset! I feel cheated and robbed by you the Dealer! Here I am trying to take care of my car and service it at the Dealer I bought the car from, and you all are cheating me with your gouging prices.How can you treat your customers like this? Especially at a time when it is difficult to even survive? How can you mark up papers with charges and not discuss those charges over the phone or in person before hand? Why does it take 7 hours for your Service Technician to look at my car when my appointment was at 10 AM?I was frustrated and in tears! After much debate, Vincent did knock off one of the diagnosis fees, but I still had to pay almost $300 for an oil change and diagnosis. I had a great buying experience with Dante Declarador. While test driving, I thought the car alignment is not perfect but theres not another car with the same color and package that I like. Dante went out of his way to talk to the server manager to see if they could look at the vehicle while we work out the paperwork. Although the car didnt get looked at, since the manager said its typical for new car to pull a little to one side so he asked if I still experience alignment issue after 500 miles, I can bring it back anytime to get looked at. I appreciate Dantes effort so I went ahead with the purchase. There was a little confusion with adding up the numbers and discounts at the table but Dante was not the one talking money with me. I thought there was some funny business there when some discounts vanished from the price offered to me versus what was advertised on the website. Having bought a Tesla in the past, I feel that this is something Maita should improve if Maita wants to sell more cars online. The paperwork process was very long due to the discrepancy between the internet price and the price was offered to me. If Maita didnt have any funny business with the price of the car, I would have finished with everything before lunch.

All I wanted was my vehicle looked at and a comprehensive quote on repairs. I was assured id have it by Tuesday 1/26/21. However it is now the 29th and I have yet to even hear from the service writer about any delay, let alone actually receive my quote. I do understand there was a lot to put into it. But thats just an excuse.
Made an appointment but that didnt matter, still waited 45 min until car was taken. I stood outside, waiting, for 20 min before someone came to help. Person that took my car in and out of the service area did not know how to drive a manual car, so they probably did some damage to my clutch. I could hear them revving my engine multiple times throughout the parking lot and in the service area while trying to drive up a ramp. I waited another 20-30 mins, after the office staff received the paperwork, for them to type up the paperwork. I was the one of two people waiting... Terrible service.

The customer service was too notch and friendly and we were satisfied with services provided.I wrote a review five months ago praising the customer services and no doubt I felt the customer service was pretty good but looking back in hindsight, I cant say the same for sales allowing us to leave there with an outrageous car payment that we cant ultimately afford. Everyone I talk to says we were done wrong by being talked into a payment that might as well cover 2 cars. I dont know id thats the banks fault or the dealerships or both but looking back I regret agreeing to it so Im stupid for that but also I dont see myself doing future business there as far as purchasing vehicles go unless someone can help me lower our current outrageous and uncalled for price. Its jjst robbery at this point and Im in a financial parell now becasue of it. see myself doing any future business with

Overall, the expereince was very good. Sales person, James was great. very helpful to my questions. It did taek a while, waiting for finance to be avaialbe. Only issue I had was at the end when I saw a theft/alarm additional charge on the contact that I had never talked about or was explained to me. I caught it, asked finance and he brought someone in and they took it off.Since I got the truck home, I had a few question and text James and he got back to me. He gave me advise and was able to direct me to right resources.
Dahlton was a really pleasant sales person and wasnβt too pushy which made the buying experience great. Iβve walked out of a few dealerships in the past month because sales people will push and be rude, this is totally not Dahlton! Really funny and personable. He sat with us and made sure we knew how everything in our new truck works, literally every button in the truck he showed us what it did. We will be back to buy from him again with our next vehicle. I called the dealership to ask questions about inventory. They were very responsive and even called back later to add more vehicles to my interest list. We scheduled a time for me to come that evening to see the two vehicles I was narrowing down. I arrived at 5:30 that evening knowing that the dealership was closing at 6pm or so. We were able to test drive both vehicles, the Tahoe and the Traverse. They were both fantastically loaded with extras that I think the dealership added, Leather, wheels and audio packages. We sat down and talked financing that evening. We came back the next day at noon to take possession. It was one of the best experiences anyone could ask for. Since then, the check tire pressure light has malfunctioned and they took us back in very quickly in-and-out and made the repair to our satisfaction. Thank you Maita Chevy for all you do every day.
