I had a man pull out in front of me obviously going to try to get money out of me he didnt want to deal with insurance so I paid for him to get his car fixed he tried to put me over the coals because Im a single mother. The owner from what I understand he said he ran the place nice younger man he did not take sides but he also would not let someone take advantage of someone after everything was said and done the man tried to get cash out of me and make me feel bad about his day being over after only being there 30 minutes the employing made him feel like that was the wrong thing to do which made me and my daughter feel a lot more comfortable nice to see someone actually care.. whenever I ever do get any work done on my vehicle I would definitely go there

BEWARE!They didnt fix my car right. Terry said he didnt know that my car damaged underneath. They gave me my car back incomplete and then said they could not help finish it. I wound up having my car down for 6 more weeks. Then I get the car back and the job they did do wasnt done correctly. Change my air compressor. Whoever they contracted it out to didnt know your supposed to clean the air filter too. Once again I told Terri in having a problem. He begins to interrogate me, deny liability and get real nasty with me. They fixed my ac but its not working now. So I paid my mechanic $270 to fix. Teri offered reluctantly to look at it but if need to leave it for a few days. No thanks.

They are a bunch of crocks my insurance paid them to put brand new lights and brand new hood they took the money and fix my broken parts and put it back on so they don’t spend the money they make off my insurance ...be careful ppl

Visionary took excellent care of me after I got rear-ended in an auto accident. Abraham and Terry are very professional and care about their customers. They drove me to the rental car company in their own personal vehicle to make sure I had transportation while my vehicle was being worked on. I hurt my neck, back, and shoulder in the accident, and they got me a rental through the insurance company that was easier to get in and out of with my injury. When you go to this shop, you will be treated like family. See for yourself. I would highly recommend. Thank you, Visionary!

Did a fabulous job on my 2002 Miata. Handled dealing with the insurance company and delivered excellent work. I was concerned that the new body parts wouldnt match the old, but they did an expert job of blending the paint. Can even tell we had an accident.

Prices were too high. Wanted to charge me 2 - 3 times more than other body shops.Update: 12/16 at 12:15PM.Since speaking with Terry at Visionary Auto, he admits I was quoted the wrong price. I have updated this rated to 3 stars from 2 stars, due to Terry understanding why I was upset, and he admitted I was quoted a wrong amount.
