I rarely write reviews, but the staff at Appliance Outfitters were a DELIGHT to work with. We needed a washing machine for a short time period and we were immediately directed to the best value. The couple who sold and delivered our machine were just lovely humans and even told me to donate my intended tip to charity :)

Don’t buy anything from this place got a Samsung washing machine it stopped working, then they replaced it with a Maytag washer now it won’t drain properly $350.00 down the drain fo junk!!!! Word of advice buy new and get a warranty shop elsewhere 😡😡🤬🤬

I did not feel comfortable with making a deal with the dealer. She promised us $250 for the refrigerator but in the end, it became $350 when we picked it up. What a ”great” deal!!

Israel Cruz was great to work with! He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped my husband and I find the perfect washer/dryer for our needs and the delivery/install was very reasonably priced. His crew was fast and professional. If you want a great discount on appliances I definitely recommend you check them out! They get new stock in and sell it almost every day so be sure to get there earlier in the day or call ahead!

I have never gone to see this place in person but drive by it all of the time. i wanted a garage refrigerator cheap so went to check it out. they had several different models, both new and used. after showing me several i chose one and organized delivery. the price was reasonable, the staff was very nice, and friendly. i only gave 4 stars because the delivery changed a few times. it was during the COVID 19 shut down, but they did say a time to deliver then busted it. i also heard a lot of people were buying refrigerators and freezers. im sure they were busy. i would buy from them again!

We came here this morning and the salesperson said the fridge we chose is $250 excluded delivery and $350 included delivery. We said we’d like to pay the deposit first, but she said no. Then, we rent a pickup truck and get there, however, when we load the fridge into the truck. She said the price is $350. We feel uncomfortable for the experience.

We were able to purchase a refrigerator from here, and it was so easy/affordable! This team is professional and incredibly efficient in getting your new appliances to where they need to be ASAP.

Drove all the way from Bellville was told one price on the phone upon arrival price was $300 more and not even the refrigerator discussed. Then told one price cash and if any money was used off a debit card then magically they would have to charges sales tax. Very sketchy and did not want to give a receipt or bill of sale.

Today my friends bought one refrigerator and they confirmed $250 to make a deal. But after my friends picked it up, it became $350 without any reason!!! I thought they deceived. People want to buy from they should be more careful.

Extremely terrible service. Dont come when they are supposed to. Brought and installed a washer that broke during the first load. Unprofessional communication when calling or texting. Overall I would sincerely recommend you get your appliances from somewhere else.
