First when we went George was good but then his manager came out and told my daughter and I he just wanted to sell her a car. Ok his interest wasnt in what my daughter wanted or could afford. Then we decided to go back and get the cruze they had on the lot because it was a 1000$ cheaper and less miles than what we had seen. They kept saying the car had been detailed BUT there was stuff on the shifter the seat was dirty and around the door edges hadnt been touched. They said they would get it detailed before we took it and this is what we came back to . And also they left it on less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas . WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Coordinated a rental car while my car was being serviced. Kept a open line of communication and discussed all options with me before any repair work was conducted. Friendly service. Worked with Allen, he was good to work with. Got the car I wanted off their lot which isn’t easy in these times. Paid full price which seems crazy but it’s the times I guess. Only disappointment was that they wouldn’t budge (at all) on adding remote start for reduced cost- even when I said I wouldn’t use a credit card for a deposit, which would’ve saved them money??? But overall was a good experience.

Definitely a way different experience than 10 years ago. Paul was super nice. Got what I wanted. I didn’t think I could. Glad I have been so loyal to Kia. If your thinking about it, ask for Paul. He will help you! Also do your research before you go in. Also never except the first offer. One tiny complaint. Whatever residue was on my vehicle that was white when washed. They didn’t get off and it’s still kinda visible.

We were in the market to buy my god mother a new vehicle. Paid off trade, paying cash difference, came to agreeable terms put down a deposit till we could make it to pick up the vehicle. Sold the vehicle saying someone else already had a deposit put on the vehicle before we did. All lies. Obviously don’t know how to run a business.

Service department is abysmal. Tom Wolfe, supposed “manager”, is too afraid to speak with a customer that he won’t answer his phone.Spent over $900 on routine maintenance yet Kia Soul wasn’t running properly so wait two weeks before they can look at it. I was told it would be ready CoB that day. Nope. They haven’t even looked at it two days later. Won’t answer the phone either.Apparently the Service Advisors are only able to “work” on their customers. Stupidest business model I’ve heard of. So if your “advisor” is not in no one knows what’s going on with your car.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SPITZER!!

Wish I could give it 0 zero stars. We made an appointment to test drive the car we wanted. When we got there they wouldnt let us test drive the car unless we put down $1000-$2,000 first. Why would we put down money on a car weve never seen or driven? It makes no sense. They never mentioned any of this ahead of time. We had to make arrangements to have someone watch our newborn and ended up wasting our entire day for no reason. Very, very unhappy. Don’t go here.
