Update on my review from a month ago! A week after my brake service my left brake grabbed again—after I made I tight left U-turn in a Walmart parking lot. The $242 I spent at Cannon Jeep was for nothing! I have since taken my Jeep Wrangler to another Jeep dealership to have the work done properly! Cannon Jeep in Cleveland never reached out to me nor did they try to resolve the issue—in spite of what they claimed in response to my first review a month ago! My Jeep will never set foot on their shop again!

Needed help finding the perfect vehicle for myself and my family. Mrs. Michelle Green was very helpful in finding us the right vehicle for our family needs. I feel I though I’ve been swindled! I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in to the service department for a minor computer resetting. When I backed out I found my brake caliper was sticking. I have had five years of worry-free, maintenance-free driving with this vehicle and it had driven fine when I pulled in. (I recalled the mechanic twisting the steering wheel back and forth numerous times and hitting the brakes while resetting the computer which seemed strange!) It cost $242 to repair which I could hardly afford as a retired person with limited income. I will not bring my vehicle here for service ever again!
