When I rented a car from Enterprise, I was given a Cadillac and didnt want to return it, ha ha. I casually mentioned to the clerk that I wouldnt mind owning one, and he said that they sell them. Well, after a couple of phone calls and e- mails, I decided to go take a look.. Long story short, the Cadillacs were a bit out of my price range, but I am now a proud owner of a 2015 Buick Regal, which pretty much has all the bells and whistles as the Caddys. I purchased a car from them about a week ago. I was a little skeptical because of my credit and a repo I had on my credit as well. Everyone that I encountered with was very nice. The first thing the guy asked me was what am i looking for, budget on car note etc. next thing I know he pulls up with the exact kind of car I wanted. I test drove it I loved it, I traded my 2008 car in and put down a decent amount for the new car. I still love the car til this day. Miles on the car is amazing. My experience with enterprise sales was amazing overall. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a new car.

My 2015 was totalled, I drove off in a 2018 and the cost was $3000 cheaper than my 2015 I got from another dealership...The staff was AWESOME!!.. My previous car was very much at the end of its life, and I was worried about the price tag when trying to find a new car. No Haggle decent priced cars. Great customer service without a long wait to purchase. Hieu was very professional and helpful. Happy purchaser of a low miles, reasonably priced, 2018 Nissan Altima! Keep in mind there are other charges such as lender fees and taxes that will be added to your purchase sometimes making a several thousand dollar difference from the original purchase price.

Had a fantastic experience today. Wasnt quite sure what my expectations were as Id never been to an Enterprise lot or heard anyone elses experience at one but I ended up with a 2017 Hyundai Accent with very low mileage at a very reasonable price. We purchased a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan with just over 30,000 miles. We weren’t concerned about color or options, but we were concerned about price and service. We got both! I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and this was the best experience yet because Kevin, Leah, Mari and Suzan made it so. The only bad part is that I purchased this vehicle for me, but the wife quickly said she’d be driving it and I would be driving her care. Go figure…….

Enterprise car sales of Cleveland is the greatest! Haggle free buying is a understatement. The customer service I received there is unmatched Kevin Gainer was one of three gentlemen who assisted me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and hilarious. There was no pressure like Ive experienced at other dealerships. Adam I cant remember his last was great and did everything he could to get me in my new car. All three gentlemen were great and kept me laughing. (Dont be put off by Enterprises location next to a somewhat questionable establishment. Makes it easy to tell friends how to find it.) We were not intending to buy when we stopped, only browse a bit. Jordans no-pressure approach kept us relaxed and in charge. Every bit of the experience was positive-- except I left a CD in my old car and its still MIA. But thats my fault.I highly recommend Enterprise for quality, affordable cars.
