I have had two service experiences with this dealership, and one was disappointing and one was horrible. In the first case, it took three trips to get the item repaired, even when they knew what parts they needed for the repair! The second time, I took it in for a bad wheel sensor and they let me sit for an hour and a half with no communication in the waiting room and then I get a TEXT telling me I need $3,600 worth of repairs! I declined the repairs and it took them 45 minutes to get the car back me to me, telling me it was being washed. Nice. Except the car was still dirty when I got it. As far as the $3,600 worth of repairs, I went to my local import auto service place and they could find no evidence of repairs needed to the lower a-arm ($900 part and 3 hours of labor) and the brakes. They did do the originally requested wheel sensor for about a third of the cost of Airport Infinity and car as been fine since. Really unbelievably bad service. And if you try to talk to an advisor, forget about it. The guy they had me talk to knew nothing about Infinitis and said he came from a Mercedes dealership. Very very bad service from a luxury car brand dealership.
I would like to say the customer service here is amazing. Definitely recommend. Got my car delivered to my house after an 8 day battle over it. They first said they would fix a broken windshield over night but it took 8 days and they delivered my car dirty. I have never purchased a dirty car from any other dealership before and this is my first luxury car so I expected at least the same service but I actually got worse.
Promised a remote start on a we owe. Took my car in for a week to get it done, returned it and said they couldn’t find anyone to do it then gave me the run around for another 30+ days and had the finance manager call me and say “it’s been longer than 30 days now so we will not honor the we owe” Now they will dodge my calls and e-mails to get out of it. Time to get the AG involved! I can see why they sell 15 cars a month now.
45 days tomorrow since purchase still no title to the vehicle I bought with cash and the temporary tag will be expired tomorrow (8/31) Have made calls to the dealer and told lie after lie of when it will be here. Was told Friday it was sent out the day before (Thursday) and when I asked via what method the receptionist began stuttering and had no real response besides it would be here for sure Monday and here it is Monday and still no title. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office immediately and would not recommend purchasing from this dealer to anyone the BBB does not even accredit this business and I am seeing why!Update: Now has been 92 days and NO TITLE, no explanation or any response at all from the dealership still
The service department is top notch. They knew I was commuting to work via Uber the first day Id had my car in for repair and the second day they were quick to provide me a loaner while the repairs were done. Came to pick me up and then allowed me to use the vehicle. I havent had experience with the sales department aside from when Id shopped around. Cant comment on their end but I can tell you the service department is a well oiled machine. Pun intended.

They charged me a $600 fee that they did not tell me about. an end of lease fee when it was suppose to be waived because I traded in my lease for another lease. when I found the fee ON MY CREDIT REPORT....THEY TOLD ME they wouldnt waive the hidden charge unless I leased ANOTHER car from them too...scammers. AND I had previously leased 5 Qx80s. they lost my business for life for $600.DUMB! on my way to MERCEDES where I should have been going for years anyway.
Stay Away!!!!I bought a McLaren from this dealership. It arrived not with the shipping company I paid for. It also arrived with the TPMS light on. It failed safety inspection due to inoperable rear brakes. Also water pump is leaking. And after several requests I still have no sales paperwork so I cannot register the car. I made several attempts to Frank Dealership Manager and Michael my salesman. To receive no responses in the last two weeks. I understand everyone is busy but this is rude and unprofessional not to return messages so we can discuss the situation.UpdateStill no paperwork!! Can’t register the car. Talked to Frank Executive Manger. Agreed to split the rear brake expense with me. Work is completed and they are looking for Amy excuse not to pay. Dealership installed the incorrect TPMS sensors. My garage had to replace them. Water pump is leaking will costs me 4500 to replace. I paid over 106k for this car and the dealership is useless and does not care anoint it’s customers. They also have a poor BBB rating. My next steps is the BBB and AG office. Also my attorneys will be contacting them. I will spend double to make them pay up.
Drive in for my very 1st oil change on my QX50. Greeted by Ryan and handed off to Cory Ison. Service Assistant . Had a Gord Maintenance policy for care and what a nightmare we went through to get an authorization for a simple oil change. New respect for service with all the calls they gave to do to get authorization. Cory hung in there. We talked and joked and for a young man you can tell he’s a great service guy and he’s cutting his teeth in Business and Serbjce. He just made it work. Thank you Ryan, Cory and Esther👌🇺🇸
I purchased a 2017 Audi Q5 in April only to find out a few weeks later that I was sold a car with bad breaks. I brought the car in for servicing to see why the break light was on only to be told (FRONT BRAKE PADS VERY LOW, 2MM. BRAKE PADS WILL NEED REPLACED SOON ALONG WITH ROTORS DUE TO BUILD UP RUST ON THE BACKSIDE OF ROTOR) and that I would have to pay $602.56. At first I thought no big deal, but the more I think about it I realize I was sold a car that’s quite possibly a danger to drive. That’s unacceptable and I would never purchase a car from this dealership again
I wish I can give them zero. They does not care about customers. From the time I walked in to buy a car to getting service is a disaster. Brakes are warped within 10 months, 11k miles for a CPO and they blame it on previous owners. Fellows theres an issue with OEM brakes and theres a lawsuit going. Please save your money and go to another dealer. Obviously all Infiniti showrooms are owned by the same person/group.
Have now been there 2 times for service on my QX60. Basic service. The 2nd time could have been my last, but the tech Corey answered my questions in a professional manner and fixed my flat tire without hesitation. He pointed out a few items for me to keep my eye on and sent me on my way as a happy customer. This young man knows customer service. Hopefully he sticks around at this dealership. When you buy a luxury car, you expect luxury service. So far Airport Infiniti has delivered.

From my experience I would not trust or recommend the service department at Airport Infiniti. After declining their costly extraneous recommended repairs, I found out that the repairs werent needed and there were other options that werent presented to me. Lastly, after declining the repairs, I was cold called by their sales Department. Which led me to believe that was the original motivation. Before posting this review, I contacted the dealership management team and I was confronted with the not my problem attitude. I would strongly suggest working with another Infiniti dealership and always getting a second opinion with costly repairs.
Airport Infiniti did a fantastic job! I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary with the car of her dreams (Red Q60). We are from the Pittsburgh area and had test drove a similar car at our local dealer but they were becoming difficult to deal with. I emailed Airport Infiniti along with a handful of other dealerships and found Airport to be the most responsive and easiest to work with. After I received quotes from 5 dealerships they also came in at the best price.After the deal was made remotely we came to pick up the car. The experience was top notch. They had put the car out front with a bow on it so when we pulled in I got to see the excitement (and disbelief) in my wifes eyes. As I pointed to the car she told me whoever is getting this one is lucky and was in shock when i got to tell her it was hers.Even better is not only did the sales team took the time to explain everything out and make sure we were fully satisfied. I was a bit hesitant pulling in that they might try to change the deal or try to squeeze more money out of us once we arrived but they offered papers that matched to the dollar the deal that was discussed.I would highly recommend Airport Infiniti in Cleveland and they will be my first call if/when we decide to purchase another Infiniti. I love Airport Infiniti. The other Infiniti dealership doesnt value everyone, but Airport Infiniti does. They are always so helpful to me and treat me with respect and are straight forward with me. They always go the extra mile which is so important in customer service. If you have the opportunity, definitely go to this dealership. Thats what I tell everyone. If youre not close, its worth the drive for superior service.
Customer service at its worst. Bought a vehicle over 50 days ago. No title and all I get is the run around. Left over 15 messages without a response. Finally got ahold of someone and explained that if they could not produce the title we will file a lawsuit. The man on the phone who didnt identify himself said, we are a big company, we have attorneys. All this over a cheap POS vehicle.

Walked in as we were looking at trucks and cars as my lease is up . Had a salesman named Byron Reed who lied, completely ignored me when I mentioned the lease special advertised on Airport Infiniti website on the Q 50 . It states zero down and $399.00 a month lease on the Q50 Luxe AWD 3.0 . He gave me a lease price of over six hundred a month down and over five hundred and fifty with three thousand down. I was ready to lease, never once mentioned buying once, never! Your first contact is the sales person, when they ignore what they have advertised, don’t listen at all, why the hell would I want to do business with any dealership that start’s their “sales” process with lies, feigned ignorance of the business he works for offered and advertised lease specials and sales . They own all the local Infiniti dealerships, so cross that brand off my list forever.

(They offer to pick up the car but I prefer to drive into Cleveland to run errands). I’m always treated with respect and kindness. She is such a pleasure to talk to. I presented her with a problem (totally unrelated to her or the dealership) that I was having with the car. 5 minutes after we hung-up, she called me back with a suggestion that might just save me $4,000. I mean who does that? Ill tell you who, Josephine, thats who. Her phenomenal customer service is the kind you read about in books like Delivering Happiness. This girl went so far above and beyond that Im literally speechless. This world would be a much better place with more people like Josephine. I sure am thankful for her!

We recently bought a Q50S through Airport Infiniti and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. For starters we found the style and color of car we wanted but it didn’t have all the options we needed. Matt Wilhelm went way out of his way to find us the exact car with the exact features we wanted and did it very quickly. I felt we got a very competitive price and he and Daniel worked with us through many iterations to get the deal done . Sleezy dealership, purchased vehicle online they ran my credit without my permission than increased price by $3k the next day because they claimed they needed to do a brake job. Say no thank you to the bait and switch these folks are running. If you speak with a guy names Nate consider yourself in the process for signing up to be ripped off.

I dont like to leave bad reviews but there are some cases. I purchased an Audi A5 and I understand the as is warranty, but when I take delivery and in an hour and 20 minutes of driving the car the check engine light comes on. I notified the salesman and spoke with the service manager and have had very poor follow up. It has been 4 weeks and still nothing, oh I take that back Ive been given excuses of they are busy. I am a nurse and a business owner so dont preach to me about busy at this time. I take pride in taking care of people at my job and my business, too bad you dont! I took my mom shopping for CPO Infiniti Q50, we were introduced to Lynne (salesperson). She listened wasn’t pushy and allowed us to leave without pressure. She reached out later to see if we were still interested. I saw a fresh trade in and wanted to see if they wanted to make a deal. I contacted Lynne again she was polite and not pushy. I took my mom back to the dealership and was able to get the deal done. Lynne is a rock star. She was patient and knowledgeable. Daniel was pretty cool too, he helped to make the numbers work. My mom got her wish (heated seats). The car was spotless and detailed by an awesome employee named Jason. He even gave me a few tips on what to do when we needed to clean the car later. Overall my mom was happy with her purchase so that make me happy I steered her to Infiniti. Thanks again Lynne’s!
If I could give a negative star I would. In April 2019, I went a friend to look at a used car at this dealer. After negotiation, the vehicle was purchased. Repairs needed to be done to the vehicle that we agreed to prior to taking delivery.We grounded a leased vehicle at the dealer, and got a loaner to drive. Everything seemed perfect.After two weeks of waiting for the new steering rack and minor body work repair, the vehicle was delivered to our hometown. Again, everything seemed perfect. That is where things go south.They replaced the steering rack, no issue. The body work was done and apparently driven in the rain the same day to us. Thus the clear coat bubbled. They re-repaired that. Here is where things go south.At the end of the month of July, re possessors show up for the get the car we grounded. Infinity never processed the grounding of the leased vehicle. So the dealer was contacted and after 2 calls, they stopped taking our calls and or returning messages. They never responded to us on what the did with the vehicle. The leasing vehicle company wound up re possessing the vehicle from the dealer after we provided they information to the repossession company and the lessor. Now it is showing on lessees credit report as a repossession. After weeks of providing documents to the lessor, they are correcting that.The gross incompetence of the dealers management staff is unbelievable, unacceptable and the lack of communication is beyond belief. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I would not trust a word they say and I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere.

Dropped car off for necessary repair. They are doing nothing to protect customers from virus. No mask or gloves. They don’t follow CDC recommendations. Only what is mandated by the state of Ohio. The bare minimum. This dealership has been sinking since new ownership. Wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from this lot and if not necessary use their service department.

Leased a new Infiniti under the old ownership and everything was great. Came in to lease another under new ownership and find that they are not an honest group. They claimed they were paying off the additional payments on lease and they did not. I called the salesperson and he said he would take care of it and he did not. Plenty of good honest dealerships around I would probably shop elsewhere where they do not deceive you.

They were nice until i signed the lease papers then they started giving me the run around. I leased a $52,000 SUV. They promised to give me 2 $10 coffee cups. Then said i have to give them a good review to get the cups. Even after i gave them the review, they still wouldnt give me the cups.It is not about the stupid cups but that is not how you treat your customers if you want them to keep dealing with you.The sad part, it was the manager who did that. the sales person was much nicer. what a great role model for your employees.I should have stayed with BMW. They treat you very well no matter what.
