When i got there it was right up front waiting on me. Looked exactly like photos but better in person. I spoke with AARON who was AWESOME!!! I want to start off by saying this is the only dealership I will buy a car from. I bought my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander from them a few years ago and I am looking to upgrade to something with more of the features I need for my daughter. They put these useless brake light Safety systems in their cars and you have to buy it. $400. The systems are already in the car and they cant take them off. This $400 is not included in the price.Their website says that the $599 doc fees is included in the price. But theyll still charge you for it. I pointed that out and they still didnt honor their website.Theyll sell your information. Ive been getting a lot of spam calls and mail since I walked into this used car lot.Would not recommend.

If you’re looking for nice vehicle with a nice price, Wade at Vehicles Direct is the guy you’re looking for. I went in there with somewhat of an idea on what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, and how much my trade in was worth. Wade helped me get exactly what I wanted for the right price. The dealership advertises a “no haggle” method, which is nice. That doesn’t mean they won’t work with you though. There were a couple of times where the numbers weren’t exactly what I was looking for, but Wade was willing to do anything he could to get me to the number I wanted. The vehicle I wanted was in transport to the dealership and Wade let me know exactly when it was going to be on the lot for me to look at. He did have a day off on one of the days where I was showing up to see the vehicle and that’s where Seth stepped in. He did not miss a beat. He picked up right where Wade left off and gave me all of the information I needed and led me straight to the purchase. Wade ended up finishing the deal the following day and I was in and out of the dealership with my new vehicle in less than an hour. Although Vehicles Direct is 4 hours away from me, they made the online buying experience simple. They sent personalized videos with the car details that mattered to me, which were ideal for knowing every inch of the car before buying. They also delivered the expedition max to my door at a more than reasonable cost. They were fantastic in all aspects, customer service, sales team, finance team, and delivery. Also, they were the best price out there, and I gave several local dealers the opportunity to match the price to earn my business but they couldnt.

We were from four hours away and a little nervous at first about purchasing from vehicles direct. However, Zach Ramsey did a great job getting all information we needed to buy - he sent videos for us of cars without pictures yet posted on the site and also promptly answered questions by phone and text. Others there were also great to work with - Melody always made sure we knew when and where and that others followed up with us. Our last step was paperwork with Finance - Jordan set the radio to the type of music i liked, they are 100% fine with you financing it wherever you want, and no haggle was for real even on those final addons that some dealers try to push.

We bought a truck from Wade today. He was a great guy to work with. He spent plenty of time with us searching ways to get the truck we wanted at the price we needed. The general manager Lee was also very nice and accommodating. One of our best experiences buying a vehicle. They do not pressure you and will work with you to get the vehicle you want. I have waited around a month to post this review because when it first happened l was to upset. I found a vehicle l wanted and made contact with the dealership on a Thursday. We discussed things and my husband and I talked it over that night and decided to go forward. I called the sales manager that morning when l got a break around 10am told him we would move forward. Was told they were busy and someone would be in contact with me so we could get credit application etc. Around 1 that day l get the application and return it to them.l think all is going well until around 4 that afternoon l get a call from Chris (who l appreciate calling me, as l had asked if the vehicle sold before l made the 3 hour drive to get). He tells me someone is test driving the vehicle, he realized how upset l was and gave me someone else that told me to give him $500 to hold the vehicle. I would have done that, but l said what about the people test driving now. Oh, didnt know someone was, he leaves me to find out what is going on. Remember they have run my credit, which I take seriously which I would not have done had l known some one else was driving vehicle. Manager Lee calls me and says these people were here earlier in the week and now have returned to buy. Apparently l was talking to internet sales and not a person checked with anyone else to see if any transaction was being made. I feel like I was pushed aside for the one in the hand, two in the bush scenario. If the other buyer had wanted the vehicle they had every opportunity to get before l had started and told them l would be there when they opened on Saturday. They did offer to look for another vehicle but havent heard anything in the last 3 weeks. I feel like someone somewhere should have checked to make sure another deal was not being made at the same time. Very disappointed in the management. The deal had been made, payment amount discussed and l thought l would be buying my vehicle Saturday. Never was it mentioned that l could put a deposit down. Did the other buyer make their deal earlier in the week or as l was making mine.

Bought a vehicle from these folks. Price met my needs and the vehicle checked all the boxes. I mistakenly agreed to buy the warranty. I cancelled the warranty immediately. I was trying to refinance the loan amount but after two weeks of having submitted the warranty cancellation paperwork. they had misplaced the paperwork. I resubmitted the paperwork, again and now it has been over two weeks and my loan holder still doesnt have the paperwork to modify my loan amount. Meanwhile, Im paying the horrible interest rate they gave me and I still cant refi my warranty.

I recently sold my car to vehicles direct in Cleveland Tn. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. They gave me a great price for my car. I would have given a five star review. But it is Christmas and I am on disability due to surgery which is why I sold the car. I was told the turn around time for me to get a check after the car was paid off was two weeks. It took two weeks for them to even cut the check to the finance company. Upon calling the dealership I found out it would be a month or more. This would have definitely factored into my decision to sell to them. I feel taken advantage of. Live and learn. Too bad for me but lesson learned. ☹️

My sales person John Philips was great to work with. He got straight to the point and did everything in his power to get the deal done. The one thing I liked best was he didnt waste my time or try and drag things out like ever other salesmen has done in the past.

Great customer service. I was able to get my dream car cheaper than anywhere else in a 200 mile radius from where I live. They helped me out with a lot of the details that you should know when buying a car and Im grateful for that. The only reason for four stars is that they sneak in a $1,300 fee for this paint protection service that IMO is not necessary at all since it doesnt include typical scrapes/scratches (only stuff like bug damage, sun spots, sap damage, etc). Just FYI.
