When we arrived at Kia, we immediately started looking at the K5’s and “Duck” walked up to us shortly after. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile on his face (trust me, I had A LOT). I know he had to be exhausted with me, but you could never tell. He was very patient and informative. We never felt pressured by him, which was a nice change from the typical experience. He was honest, straight to the point, and actually pretty witty. I originally wanted the 2022 blue K5, but changed my mind to the 2022 white one half way through the process. It didn’t bother him at all; he had both ready to go. He introduced us to Brandon and we were headed home with our brand new K5 in about 45 minutes. Great experience! If I ever need another car, I’ll be sure to find “Duck”.

My husband and I had a terrible experience last week here. Our sales representative wasnt helpful at all. I was so upset I went to the restroom and cried. We were trying to get my husband a vehicle. I even offered to trade in my 2019 Jeep Renegade for a vehicle for him. The whole experience was a mess and a waste of time. I do NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE wanting to purchase a vehicle or even trade in for a vehicle. Their commercial on the radio says We dont want your car, we NEED your car. Yeah, right. There was absolutely NOTHING WRONG with my 2019 Jeep Renegade I was willing to trade in. I am the only owner. Never a wreck in her. Less than 21,000 miles on her. Bought her brand spanking new in Jan. 2020 with 4 miles on her. If my Jeep wasnt good enough for them...your car wont be either. Our sales representative didnt even try to help us. We wasted 3 hours of our lives there. Never again.

This was my first time buying a car and was pretty nervous going to car dealership because I didn’t know what to expect. I had seen a car on their website I was interested in and gave them a call. Kolby (“Duck”) was awesome! He was very patient and kind when I asked my (many) questions about the car as well as the financing. We went to Kia of Cleveland on a Friday and had Tyler show us around. We looked at several different cars while toting 3 little kids around. Tyler was very patient with us wanting to put the kids in to make sure they had plenty of room and even reminded us of our stated budget at one point when one outside of it caught our eye. I have NEVER had that happen and cannot say how much we appreciated not being pushed into something we could not afford! We found the perfect car but ended up not being able to sign for it as the bank had already closed and we needed to know what kind of documentation we could use since we had just moved. When Tyler didnt know the answer to something he never hesitated to ask someone else and that ended up getting Matt involved. Both of these guys were amazing to work with and they made sure to get us into the car we liked and keep to what we started we could pay comfortably. My husband has purchased two cars from this dealership. One is still under warranty and the service is great. Hes able to make appointments online and then I can take the car in. When I take the car in the service people are always very kind, they explain everything and they are accommodating. The time it takes is usually reasonable for whatever needs to be done. I personally cannot comment on prices or the sales team because I was not involved with that. I do however love our Kia Forte

I was out of town and my Kia’s engine died due to the recall on the 2.4L engine issue. I towed it to this dealership. Once arrived at this dealership and ran the codes, they told me it was covered under the warranty but were backed up on the same issue and it could take 4-6 weeks to replace the engine. They then proceeded to tell me they could not give me a loaner and I would have to contact Kia corporate for reimbursement on a rental. Kia Corp. told me they would reimburse up to $40, meanwhile rentals are $100+ a day. My home town Kia center said they should be able to provide me with a loaner and that the dealer doing the service has to provide me the rental. Kia of Cleveland refused to provide me with a rental or to help me in any way concerning getting a car for the time being in the shop. If you have a warranty claim due to issues with Kia, do not Go to this location. You will be meant with a “ figure it out yourself” mentality.

I went to Kia of Cleveland with my fiancé to trade in my old SUV for something new and reliable. We were first greeted on the lot by Matt Megler “from Alaska”. Matt was super helpful without being pushy like most car salesmen. He showed us everything within my price range and let us have time to look on our own. When we found something we loved, he came right over and let me take it for a test drive. Within minutes he had started to submit our paperwork and the deal was soon in the works. Next up on being fabulous was the finance manager Brandon. Brandon struck us a great deal with the lender and talked to us like friends he’d known for years instead of strangers he’d met just a few minutes before. I had high hopes of getting a brand new car but I was ready for disappointment. I am pleased to say I was everything BUT disappointed. Terrible customer service. I made an appointment with Katie Blair to test drive a car. I texted and spoke her two hours befe our appointment, everything seemed good to go. We were driving in from an hour away. When we arrived a different dalesperson.Chase informed us that the car was sold earlier that morning. A call from Katie would have been nice . Wasted 2 hrs of our day.

LOL!!! Well if your car breaks and it’s under warranty don’t expect them to find out what is wrong with it till weeks later. They say they give you car rental coverage with your warranty but they don’t tell you that they won’t get you a rental till the car has been diagnosed. And who the flip knows when they may actually get it diagnosed. They don’t care about you or if you could lose your job because you can’t get to work.

My husband and I bought a 2021 Sorento from Alisha Chavez and it was a wonderful experience! She helped every step of the way! We love our Kia it is our first brand new car, but we have had issues since December trying to get it fixed. Took it twice told them it sounded like the valves were chattering I was told it was a misfiring spark plug to change my gas. So we did that. Told us they would give us a call back to get a rental so they could keep the car overnight to listen to what we hear. Guess what we never recieved that phone call. We should not have to play cat and mouse to get our only 1 year old car fixed. Just disappointing after all the good we have heard about Kia of Cleveland.

Well, that was quickly shot down because of some issues with the title.Alas, Jeff Adams and company did some magic and got me in a damn near new 2020 Rio. I cant be happier with the service I received and will be going back to them from now on.

Desmond is a blessing of a sales rep. He made the entire buying process easy. The staff were very courteous (even with my demands lol) and we fast to get me taken care of.I would prefer someone like Desmond over the most seasoned of sales reps (even though Desmond has been selling vehicles for a while) because he was very direct, honest, and extremely courteous.Please make sure Desmond is treated well, and work to keep him or promote him when the time is right. 👌🏼

I have to shout out to Chase perry, my salesman who was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend him for anyones sales representatives. I also want to shout out to the best financial manager Tommy Shackleford. He was absolutely amazing as well, he will not let you down. He and Chase have wonderful personalities and great to deal with.I have to say that with this being my 3rd new Kia purchase, Kia vehicles are are great car!Anyone wondering who to talk to there please see Chase and Tommy! They are the men you need to see there!
