I went in to this place to purchase a vehicle Saturday, February, 27, 2021 with Fred Mierau (that used to work Spitzer around the corner from this lot). I purchased a 2008 BMW 535Xi with 110k miles. The vehicle was said to have just returned from the mechanic and the car worked perfectly and the CarFax would be available Monday when the owner came back in the office from quarantine (as he was awaiting test results). Well, I made it home and all seemed fine...until Sunday morning when I attempted to have the e-check done. Well, I couldnt drive no faster than 20mph and the AWD and DSC light came on. The vehicle drove (like an off road vehicle) rough and actually rumbled on any street surface. I immediately turned around and parked in my driveway. I allowed the car to sit overnight and tried again the next day (Monday, March 1, 2021). I called in and spoke to Jeff (the owner) that said Well, you bought it as is! Im not fixing it! I came home again because it felt like the frame was going to fall from under the car and had to take other actions (i.e. call my finance company and bank for the down payment). Long story short...familiarize yourself with your consumer rights despite their “AS-IS” clause and ALWAYS pay down payment via credit card because it’ll be hard to get your cash back. You have 3 days and the bank is financing you!!! And they want your money…if you get what I’m saying. Don’t allow this company to pressure you into anything with their dishonest and deceitful business practices.

On November 17th 2020 I bought a 2001 Ford Ranger XLT from Fred at Payless Auto Sales LLC this vehicle was advertised as being in good shape with no issues, ready to drive. After purchasing the vehicle I took it for and oil change and was told the vehicle is leaking oil from not 1 not 2 but 3 locations! The oil pan is rotted out and has been recently coated in silicone to catch some of the leaking oil (what dealer puts that on the road??). I spoke with Jeff the owner to discuss possible solutions and he was very rude. I was told “all companies advertise vehicles as being in great condition” and that if I had an issues I should have addressed it during the test drive. The owner of this company then said he will do nothing to help and then hung up on me. I paid a sizable amount of money for a vehicle that was advertised as not having issues, just to be given an $1800+ mechanical bill 2 days later and hung up on by the owner!! Very poor way of doing business. I will be sure to advise my network to steer clear of Payless Auto Sales LLC and I strongly encourage any car buyer to do the same!

Great place. Fred is really nice and they do kot hide anything wrong with the vehicle. They do not over clean the engine to hide leaks. They ate honest and will work with you. Recommend them.

I was there last week... Fred was really nice, but he was helping some people that was there before me. So I decided to come back today... Jeff (the owner, short man with accent) was rude! I was there for 2 minutes. I asked him the cash value of the car I wanted and he told me... He told me to hurry up because he didnt have all day! I just told the dude I was willing to pay cash for a car and u say some rude stuff like that? NEVER AGAIN! I REALLY WANTED THAT BLACK GENESIS... Left him where he stood!

I bought a 2005 Chevy trailblazer 4 x 4 from these people financed the day I bought it took it for E-Check wouldnt pass call the guy the guy said give it a couple of days cuz they had work done to it then do it again check engine light came on. Wouldnt pass E-Check. Call them up they told me they cant do nothing about it cuz I bought it as is and all the repairs are on u.

Overall awesome experience. Great staff. And got me in a vehicle Id never thought I could afford. Did everything they could to make sure I left with a new car.

Payless Auto sales is a rip off, if u have decent credit and trying to get a cheap vehicle for winter dont go there. They will increase the listed advertised price and tell u that ur credit couldnt get approved at the lower price but it was approved at the higher price. Every vehicle I test drove has some front end damage and is rusted on the bottom as if they were a flood car from down south. If they know they cant play you they will get really rude and nasty. I will never go there nor would I recommend anyone I know to go there either.

I am only giving 1-star for being able to have transportation in order to be there for my dying mother who was in a nursing home.The same day we got the car was my moms last 86th Birthday and she was in the hospital that day. I went straight from the dealership to the hospital, which was on September 4th.Little did I know that the engine was gonna die approximately a month and a half later.The engine light came on about 2-3 weeks later and we took it to get an oil change and the mechanic told us that the check engine light didnt go off and that it wasnt going to pass echeck until its off and to call the dealer and tell him; so we did and spoke to Fred and he said to come there and hell give us a 45 day tag, so we did.We thought that was nice of him to do that.We went there on October 19th.The following Saturday it was raining very heavy that day and we stopped off to Marcs grocers to pick up a few things after work before heading home.As soon as we got back in the car to start it,it wouldnt start.We ended up waiting almost 2 hours to be towed home.It was pouring down rain,dark and cold,we were so exhausted from working that day.We had the car towed to a shop the next morning where we were told we had to pay over $1,000 just to get a diagnostic and some mechanical work done on it .Then after the mechanic was done he said the engine needed to be replaced and that it would cost between $3,000-7,000!My wife was in shock and started crying then called the dealership and spoke to Fred and explained what the mechanic said; and asked if they could give us a different car,and he said no.Then she said why didnt he tell us that the engine was about to go out.He was silent.She just handed me the phone and he basically told me that its between me and the finance company now.So we called the finance company(Reliable Auto) and they said they would talk to their boss.My wife kept on them N calling them every day or so to get an update They said they were trying to work something out with the dealer and either replace the car or get it fixed.So in calling back about 4-5 days, their boss said they couldnt do ANYTHING!This is Insane!Who does this to Senior citizens who suffered with Congestive Heart Failure and Strokes in their past who TRULY NEED transportation just to get around!? This has all been nothing less than a Heartless Nightmare!!

I went up there today to look at a car listed on their website The web site says one price which was 3995 and I asked the older gentleman the price he told me 4995... I asked about the buy here pay here he told me he only had two cars for that I just left....smh

The online website said NO CREDIT CHECKS. JUST PAYSTUBS. Sure enough, first thing they did was credit check and said could not finance
