George Melnik flagged me down in traffic after hearing how bad my engine sounded. On the spot he knew exactly what was wrong with it without even going under the hood and said to bring it in and that he could fix it for $1,000 and showed me a video off his YouTube channel of exactly what was wrong. The other places I took it to were going to charge 3-5K for this job if not more for a totally new engine and keep the car for a week or two. Until I met George, I just planned to drive it til it died (very dangerous) and buy a new one. He took it in the morning and in less than 24 hours it was good as new and I picked it up. George saved me from driving my car into the ground and from buying a totally new one! If youre looking for great service at a fair price look no further than Melniks Automotive!

Was a bit sceptical buying a rebuilt title ridgeline from melniks.but after sitting down with with George he gave me the lowdown on the truck. He was honest and went way out of his way to make transactions smooth. He even hooked me up with a great loan. I would definitely by another vehicle from him. He runs a straight business. After a very informative conversation with George about a car that was listed on Craigslist. My girlfriend and I flew in from Michigans Upper Peninsula to purchase a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek with just under 7,000 miles on it. George picked us up from our hotel in the car that we were interested in, and from that point on we knew we were in good hands! We drove it to their shop and I was able to put the car on a hoist and check it over. (The car had a rebuilt tile) From the moment I started to look at it I knew that they had payed great attention to detail when repairing the prior damage. I was a mechanic for over 30 years and was impressed with the quality of workmanship that they had done! After looking it over we purchased the car and drove it 604 miles back home. it drove like a new car. I would highly recommend Melniks Automotive to anyone looking for a high quality used car from a great family run business!

I knew what i was getting in to just didn’t know that this can be done on such high level of professionalism. I bought a 2018 Subaru Impreza for my daughter. The fact that the price difference was about $5400 (average) with other dealers made me concerned but i still decided to check it out. And boy was I happy i did. I would rate the car at 100% ( appearance and quality ) whatever i asked was not “let me check and i get back to you” but answered in straight and open way. It’s been 2 weeks since we took the car home, no issues at all. Highly recommend this place, it is a best bang for a buck and you don’t have to sacrifice quality .
