My Jaguar has been in for the same problem twice while under warranty. The problem happened a third time and since my car is one month out of warranty they will not fix the problem, even though the issue happened while under warranty and was not repaired correctly.*Edit - In response to their comment below, I contacted them and they are choosing to not back up their work and repair the problem that was completed under warranty twice. I do not have a friend at Montrose as they say.
I was undecided between a Jaguar and a Tesla. I let Mo know this the very first time we spoke. He was very understanding. It took me nearly 2 months to make up my mind. Hey, what can I say I’m indecisive. During that time Mo was patient, persistent but not pushy. He would send a text “just checking in to see if you made a decision” and then leave me be. It was appreciated. It’s not an everyday kind of purchase. The day I picked up the car they had all the paperwork ready and the car was waiting in the bay for me. The whole process was very quick. They probably thought I would change my mind. 😊 I absolutely love my car. I’m still in awe of all the things it does. This morning I turned on the car and the screen said Good Morning. I called all my friends like “my car just told me good morning”. I have no regrets and Mo has a customer for life. If you are thinking of buying a Jaguar, Range Rover, Land Rover or even a Volvo ask for Mo.

I was a non-local Internet buyer and he knows how to work with clients that way (there are unique needs of being remote to the dealership and communicating electronically and I find that, sadly, many dealerships do not get it). Ultimately, I got an excellent vehicle and Jeremy secured a great price and financing for me, answered all of my questions along the way and the transaction was quick and smooth.

Dropped my Jaguar off for an oil change at 10:15 am. Was told they would call when finished. No call. I drove back at 6:00pm to pick up the car. Service department was closed. No one knew anything about the situation. A manager had to find my car. It was parked outside! It wasnt ready. I demanded it be put inside. I drive 50 minutes one way to the dealership. Totally unacceptable!
I was disappointed in the service I received. I was told a service appointment would be 1 hr and it turned into 2 1/2 hrs. NO ONE came out to explain why and the person I spoke with was rude and short! I called and left a message for the supervisor and have yet to receive a response. Although I bought my jag from them I will no longer have it serviced there!
Receptionist / Secretary in the Service Department was excellent and went out of her way to assist me. There was a part incorrectly order and she was extremely caring and interested in my plight. Head of Service helped rectify the situation and reordered the correct part and had it shipped express mail to my home 100 miles from the dealership. The other two parts I ordered were correct and will work perfectly on my Jaguar. Thank you so much!
On a professional level, I dont know what to say or how to say it. I travel from Toledo Ohio and arrived on the day of my schedule appointment (I thought),at the service dept. and met John McGinty at that time he informed me that he had no record or appointment on file. McgGinty had me wait inside the showroom. Later, McgGinty took me back to his office and introduce me to John. John went on a courtesy drive with me to reduplicate the issues I was having with my vehicle. John displayed excellent communication and listening skills along with being polite and professional.When, I originally call to set an appointment. I was told at that time that I was being transferred to the only female rep. In service, and to leave my message, and I would get a call back. I left two messages within a six day period prior to the date that I thought was set. I did not receive any call backs from service.I actually made an attempt to introduce myself to the only female in service during my visit, thinking I could get an reasonable explanation on why I did not receive any call backs and no appointments was set. I was informed at that time, she did not receive any phone calls from me. During the short conversation, I felt like her dialogue which was directed at me, was unpleasant. I felt like I was interrupting her morning by trying to communicate with her. McGinty, really needed to be coached on what I would and would not except as a complete work order from me. He found his self checking with a higher up on the completion of my work order. This experience was an eye opening moment for me and personal. Maybe some cross cultural training is needed.........I GUESS JAGUAR WILL NOT BE MY NEXT AUTOMOBILE!!!!!!!!!

After I sent in an email inquiry to Jaguar I got a response from a young sales woman Jessica Schad. She responded in a timely manner and had scheduled first available appointment for me to come in and see this Jaguar I wanted after wrecking my Cadillac. She showed me the car went over warranty and let me test drive the car. I loved it and she was able to get me all signed up within the same evening and I got to take the car home that night! My dad was with me and has bought several cars over the years and said she was the best ! Thanks a lot!

My experience at Westside Jaguar has been hit and miss. My most recent encounter was very good however, Cathy in service is awesome at her job. I had a few minor corrections made on my car under warranty, it wasnt super fast but they kept me in the loop and I feel the technicians did an outstanding job. I did not purchase my Jaguar from this dealer because I did not find them to be very competitive. I would consider buying from them in the future because the salespeople were very polite and attentive when they were showing me/ test driving their cars.

Terrible service. Claimed that they cleaned and gaped my spark plugs which 1. never fixed the problem, 2. cost me $500 and 3. was never actually done in the first place since I had just finished replacing, cleaning and gaping the spark plugs myself. After a quick test they were indeed at the same spacing I had previously left them at. They suggested that I replaced approx. $2500 worth of parts on the car to fix the problem. The problem was solved by replacing all of the ignition coils. Something I was able to do without even chipping my nail polish. This place will never get anymore of my money. Id rather die fixing it myself.

This is the worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. They were happy to take my money for an extended Jaguar warranty, and told me it mirrored the factory warranty. As soon as the factory warranty expired, they refused ALL repairs. When I called Jaguar of America, the dealership claimed Id never been there before. I had to provide credit card receipts to prove them wrong & obtain a refund. They are scammers!!! BEWARE!!!

Service is absolutely clueless. Called about a problem on my 2001 Jaguar s-type. The car hasnt even broke 60,000 miles and suddenly it does not start. Service had no idea what the problem can be. I found more information about the problem online than they could give me. I couldnt even imagine paying for service there. Youre paying for them to guess whats wrong

They sold me a car and promised me theyd fix a broken part within 30 days as well as let me remove the extended warranty and gap insurance. They havent followed through with doing either of these. Ive made 26 calls to them and not one has been returned. My car is still missing the part that they promised to fix and I havent gotten the warranty and insurance removed. Good thing I have it in writing. That may be the only reason I get it fixed in the end. Look around other places before you go here. Check their BBB rating, its a D- for a reason.
Please BEWARE. My first ever “informative (negative)” review and its purpose: to arm and inform the unsuspecting innocent customer, like me. SOMER KHOURI-BEDRAN is highly unethical, lies, scams, and does not act in good faith. My first hand experience: Somer Khouri-Bedran scammed me. Initially very polite and cordial, we agreed upon a very specific vehicle located at another dealership. It was end of Nov 2016, and she insisted I sign the lease in November to capitalize on a low down payment. But, the car would not arrive until Dec 3, 2016. I agreed because I triple checked with her to ensure it was the correct vehicle and took her word. Polite and cordial, she earned my trust!Dec 3, 2016: I was given the incorrect vehicle (no lumbar support in seat as promised). Now I see the scam. She just wanted the deal in Nov and now I’m stuck with the incorrect car. Somer Khouri-Bedran lied saying “all Jaguars come with lumbar support.” (I have all documentation). She quickly retracted this lie after I proved her wrong referencing Jaguar’s website and brochure she gave me and having spoke with Jaguar North America. Somer Khouri-Bedran admits her guilt by suggesting a 3rd party company installs lumbar support but that I should pay for it.I suggest replacing seat with an original Jaguar seat so she doesn’t scam me again at lease end saying I tampered with the original equipment paying 3rd party lumbar support installer. Somer Khouri-Bedran lies again with contradiction saying: original Jaguar seat would cost $14,000 but would null warranty but turns around and says 3rd party lumbar installation to correct her mistake would not null warranty. Somer agrees to pay half of correcting her mistake. This made no logical sense.I declined her offer to fix her mistake with some 3rd party and threatened a law suit. She passed the buck to the manager. Manager suggests meeting between the 3 of us that I agree to and he assures Somer will be present, but she fails to show.Somer Khouri-Bedran agrees with manager’s suggestion to build a new correct car, keeping all lease payments the same and nothing out of pocked. I agree to this, and oversee EXACT car specs as it should have been correct the first time. Extensive delay at Jaguar in England, car is ready finally Dec 2017 (1 yr after original lease start).Meanwhile, I moved to California Oct 2017. Jaguar Montrose suggests I keep my current mistake car with them so I don’t have to ship to California and back to Ohio and then ship my new correct car to California. I agree as I only have to rent a car for end of Oct all of November and this would still be cheaper and shipping 3x.Somer Khouri-Bedran reveals herself a liar again as now they want me to pay $13,000 in negative equity to get into the new correct car. I say no, this is not what you promised and it wasn’t my mistake to begin with. You have broken your promise again. I am not allowed to pick up new CORRECT car I ordered. I seek attorney.Somer Khouri-Bedran admits guilt and installs 3rd party lumbar at her own expense and promises in writing that it will not null warranty (all correspondence via attorney). Somer does not agree to compensate me 7 months payment on mistake car while it sat in Ohio on her lot, does not agree to compensate me for rental car reimbursement for 7 months, and barely agrees to pay only half shipment of Somer’s initial mistake car now “fixed” with 3rd party lumbar support.My car arrives and I immediately notice brakes shudder every time I use it. I naively think it will “break in” like when a car sits for a while when I’m out of town. I take it to Jaguar San Diego and they report I need 4 new brake pads, rotors, and sensors which is a $2,000 job. I cross reference with mechanic friend, he confirmed this is true and a vehicle cannot just sit in a car lot>responsibility of dealer and their car porter to move vehicle to prevent brake damage. Somer Khouri-Bedran placed my life in danger with faulty brakes and does not agree to pay for brake job!

I have been coming to Jaguar Westside for almost two years, I was diagnose with an serious Illness ALL/CLL leukemia in 2014, I am fighting the fight.Westside Jaguar has always been in a distinguish category of there own, and I feel safe every time I leave there when my XJ8 is complete. Very nasty and bad sales experience. Sales girl is so rude and insults buyer in communication. Later manager comes and tries to handle situation by giving some discount on deal so I hold the car and see what happens they sell my car to someone else next working day.This people play with your emotions . I would never recommend this place to buy a car as they overcharge you on and then insults and at the end they play with your emotions and sell car to some one else even after you put it on hold.

Legit the worst service Ive ever experienced, from the clueless front desk(when someone was actually there) to the rude sales guides. Pathetic customer service like not returning calls and making it seem like every question asked was something we should have already known, because we work there, right? So unless you have 60K in cash, be prepared to beg to get any service from this place. I wish I could give a half of a star, because one star is still too much.
I recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo XC-60 SUV. The salesman, David Slaby, guided me through the evaluation of a pair of pre-owned SUVs. I made my decision after test drives and close inspections of the vehicles. David was very knowledgeable and professional. He acted more like an advisor than a conventional car salesperson. The sales manager was very attentive and shared important information about Volvo’s approach to the marketplace which gave me additional confidence in choosing Volvo instead of Acura or Audi – the other brands I was seriously considering. The finance manager was extremely helpful and straightforward. She explained the financing details and dealer services very clearly. I met the service manager and now am familiar with the names and faces of everyone involved in the ongoing support and service of my vehicle. I feel a strong commitment to the Volvo brand based on my experience at Montrose Volvo. I highly recommend this Volvo dealer to everyone considering a premium vehicle.
