It was a great experience. The sales person, the best. Product knowledge and experience made a lasting impression on us. Couldnt ask for a better shopping experience! This is our second sleep number bed and I cant wait for delivery.

The lady that helped me was very nice and helpful, however, when I paid I told her that I had a 25% coupon and she told me the discount was already applied. When I got home I saw that only 20% was taken off my purchase so I called and she said that she will check with her manager as to how to fix it. She called back and said that I had to go back and drop off the coupon, which I completely understand, in order to get the discount. The following day she called me back to tell me that they have been really busy and if I was just dropping off the coupon that I had to just leave it with her since she would not have time to answer questions unless I was purchasing something then she will have time to help me.

Absolutely everything you see on the commercials is FAKE!!!! The beds DO NOT have all those functions they claim.The biggest problem with them...is your ‘100 day free trial in home’ or you money back...is FALSE!!! The mattress is the ONLY thing returnable...NOT THE FRAME!!!! THEY DON’T TELL YOU THAT!!!!All they care about is the sale!!!DO NOT BY A SLEEP NUMBER BED...unless you like to sleep on an overpriced blow up mattress!!!

Store Manager Ashley was very accomodating and patient. Answered all of our questions......facilitated a demo of the bed benefits and quality. No pressure.....

Laurie helped us pick out the perfect sleep number bed, bedding and pillows. It was a great experience. We’ve had the bed for over a month now and it’s pretty great. We picked the adjustable frame that has the foot warmer and that’s my favorite feature. To me it was worth the money. Our bed is a flexible king and we love it. I like it soft and set to 35 and my husband likes a firmer mattress so his is set to 70. Getting a sleep number was a great choice. We picked the I8. I also got a weighted blanket and I’ve had them in the past and this one is my favorite.

Ashley was super helpful and easy to work with. She was patient and courteous and knowledgeable. Also, she didnt try to gouge us or force us to buy something we didnt want. Definitely would recommend.

Melissa is so well-informed on all the details of the Sleep Number beds and products, professional and thorough. She is also very knowledgable on how different physical challenges are affected by sleep habits and positions.We were very impressed with the entire line, and very impressed with Melissas friendly help in choosing just what we needed and wanted!

Really great experience today with Melissa. She helped us with getting everything from the right mattress, bedding and pillows. Highly recommend seeing her when you go in. If you go in the beginning of 2020 she might be on maternity leave. Excited to get my new bed.

Melissa, the saleswoman, was professional, and demonstrated the sleep number system to my wife and I, so that we understood the concept. The entire experience was one that we would recommend highly! Considering the cost over the 25 year guarantee, the mattress was extremely affordable!

Anthony is very patient and kind, I may have asked a lot of questions but he took time to answer them! His positive attitude is a plus in the retail business and to the sleep number store, I would definitely recommend him if you are shopping for a new bed.

I would not recommend anyone buy this bed even though it is the most comfortable bed in which my husband and I have ever slept. The beds are good but way overpriced and the company’s service is terrible. From the day of delivery until over two years later, nothing about service with this company has been easy. On the day of the delivery the crew arrived very late using a Uhaul van wearing no uniforms, just ID badges, and assembled our $4000 bed in the dark in the street. They refused to assemble the bed in the house on our clean floors. We received very few instructions on how to operate the system and were told to call customer service. Dealing with customer service was very frustrating and took many return calls. Do not buy sheets or any bedcovers or any extras there. We had to replace our Sleep Number sheets for a fraction of the cost online after a year because the Sleep Number ones faded. I ordered a replacement part today from Sleep Number which UPS shows was never delivered to our house, and I was told to deal with UPS. No refund. No new part for free. When my husband or I have a problem and try to find help online, it is very difficult to find helpful assistance. All of this amounts to a poor company, especially when not just Amazon but Target and even Walmart do much more to provide quality customer service.

Delivery employees did not take old mattress as advertised. Sleep number customer support was unhelpfulBed was extremely uncomfortable once I got it home. I checked to make sure that they didnt send me the wrong model since it felt nothing like the one in the store. Id call it a glorified air mattress, but after receiving it, its JUST an air mattress.Sales associate offered 0% interest financing as opposed to paying for the mattress on a debit card, one month later, Im being charged over $50.00 in interest for one billing cycle.The store manager was supposed to handle it over one week ago, did not follow up so I tried to follow back up with her and shes been out for a week and the store associates will not assist and have been extremely rude about their screw up.Long short, in my opinion the mattress is terrible, even past the adjust period when I woke up sore for the first couple of days and the customer service where there was no action taken to resolve an issue and then to treat me like Im the problem when they caused me a problem is just unacceptable.

Dr. recommended a sleep number-type bed for my mom who is battling cancer. My dad paid 8k at this store, bed was delivered and the incline/recline functionality is not working. Several calls to the store and to the customer service number haven’t produced a technician to fix the problem. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Not impressed, store only had 1 employee. I was looking to replace and older sleep number bed....but the employee said she had the test beds set for the other customer and I could not change them until she was done...got tired of waiting and left.

Our Sleep Number Expert was Melissa. She took her time in helping us understand what the bed can do and does do. After the demonstration we purchased the bed. I cant wait to receive it in April

Disappointed that they really do nothing for a 3rd time returning customer. Can’t exactly say I would want to give them my business. I will go to their competitor this time. I’m not happy with the changes they have made to the way the bed sets up. Now I wouldn’t be unable to remove the pillow top if it had to be cleaned. Sometimes too much change is not a good thing.

Dont buy a sleep number bed. they are overpriced. Im going on my third mattress cover. The mattress covers I have been getting have been cut too short they are smaller than the cheap plastic box spring
