Our Sleep Expert was Matthew M. at the Country Side, Dunedin FL location. We, my mother and myself, met him yesterday and was looking for a mattress and stand to replace a bed that was almost 15 years old. Matthew was very helpful, showed us several options and was able to meet what my mother was looking for. We had purchased another mattress and frame 3 years ago and it is still in perfect shape. Great service from the time we entered the store. My favorite part was not trying to over sell everything in the store to me. We asked questions and were answered in a knowledgeable way. The service is always quick and easy. They never try to sell me anything I dont need, nor do they push their pricey merchandise on you. The delivery service is also great in my experience. Right as we walked in we were greeted pleasantly. The attendant (I feel bad because I forgot his name!) was extremely friendly. He was super no pressure and let us lay on beds, got pillows for us, and left us so my husband and I could chat privately. He gave a lot of his own experiences and only had us try out the type of bed we wanted to - he didn’t force us to try any beds that we weren’t interested in.He helped get my approved for financing - super simple process - and we were able to buy the Kingsdown Cal King bed. It was the most comfortable. Great experience!

The delivery was right on time. It was fast and efficient -they were in and out so quickly! Julio and his helper we’re very professional and polite. I walked into a mattress firm store the day before, knew exactly what I wanted and made the purchase in all of 10 minutes and delivery was within 24 hours. Great customer service!!

He gave me great pricing on three mattresses, totally explained the “outlet“ model of purchasing returned mattresses, and, in so doing, made me very comfortable and saved me 40% off brand new product. I did not know previously about this we of purchasing a mattress, and think I will always do it this way in the future. Thank you Brad for the education and the service. The whole experience was over the phone and via email and took less than three hours.

Walked right in and walked out with a bed ordered less than 30 minutes later. Great service and help. My bed was supposed to come in the next day but the exact kind I paid for did not. Our sales person was super knowledgeable, delivery was prompt and easy. My only complaint is that we didn’t know we would need special hardware to attach a headboard to an adjustable base and had to make a trip to the store to order the parts.

I thought I would supplement my wifes review with some images. Mattress Firms knowledgeable sales team was exceptional and provided a no pressure environment for us to purchase the perfect mattresses for our unique needs. Two inexpensive queen foam mattresses were perfect crash pads for our garage rock wall.

We were desperate for a bed. Scott was super knowledgeable, very friendly. Felt comfortable to just tool around and check out beds. Ended it up buying the entire set up of a king that is adjustable. Jeff helped my wife and i work out the perfect mattress for us. He was knowledgeable enough to help us with exact technical reasons why some mattresses would not be helpful for us in the long run, and let us know both pros and cons for each of the mattresses we tried out until we were sure which mattress was the one for us. He stated later for us to help us get the best deal we could get. It was a really refreshing experience for us since he was really just being real with us and not some overblown salesman with a pitch. We REALLY appreciated his help.

The sales associate David was awesome. He let us in the store explaining what to expect when we went in with this being the days of Covid19. He pointed out the mattresses that fit my request and was respectful in backing off and letting us test the beds without him being pushy. He was very polite and worked well with us. I went into Mattress Firm to buy a memory foam pillow just a little before closing time this past Tuesday evening, 8/18.Jeff, who was the only person working, was so helpful, professional, and friendly.Another customer walked in and he somehow managed to help us both at the same time without missing a beat... I’ve never seen that ability in a sales or customer service rep before.... what a rare talent!The only memory foam pillow they sell in the store, all others need to be ordered, is the Tempurpedic Memory Gel Foam COOLING pillow.It was $99 ($105 after tax), and I hadn’t planned on spending that much money. But, I REALLY wanted one and didn’t want to order & wait, so I bought it. I bought the “Extra Soft” one.And.....OMYGOSH!!!!!!! This pillow is THE BEST PILLOW I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON IN MY LIFE!!!!!It was definitely worth EVERY PENNY!!!I am actually surprised, after seeing the cost of so many others online, that are way more expensive, that this one doesn’t cost more!I hate to get up! And can’t wait to get in bed now! Lol, and I even think about my pillow during the day! HahaNo more waking up with a neck ache for me!I will never buy a different pillow again, and I’m getting my daughter one, who is as big of a nut-case as me when it comes to the pickiness of buying a pillow, same store, same Jeff, lol, for Christmas.Thank you, Jeff, so much!!

We met with Evan Brown, the Sales Manager. Evan answered all of our questions and worked to give us the best possible price on a new mattress and pillows. He was well spoken, helpful and informative answering all of our questions. He worked to secure the earliest delivery date so we could begin to enjoy our new mattress as quickly as possible. We have not only enjoyed our new mattress but for the first time in years, not woken up with lower back pain!! The customer service we received that day and on subsequent visits and calls have been wonderful! We always felt as if he worked hard to ensure our satisfaction.
