Matt was very knowledgeable about beds pros and cons. He saved us well over $ 1000.00 on comparable beds. Didnt nickel and dime us on existing bed removal and delivery like most. Delivery guys Angel and Kelvin were courteous and friendly and on time. They made sure we were were satisfied before they left. It was a great experience.

I LOVE my new Serta Silver Chill Hybrid mattress. Matt was very patient and knowledgeable and really helped me make a great decision to buy this mattress as well as the adjustable base.Heres the BEST part.....delivery was free AND they removed my old mattress and boxspring too! Amazing customer service!!! Had issues with 7 year old mattress (10 year warranty). Matt, store manager, was able to walk me through requirements needed for warranty exchange. He had said the process would take up to 2 weeks. Got a response in 2 days that my claim was approved. The warranty approval covered entire price of what we paid 7 years ago (including tax, with a charge of $89.99 for warranty exchange which was discussed upfront). There was no hidden charges. We got to pick out any new mattress desired and being delivered in same week. The new mattress was on sale and the sale price did apply. We had a very great experience and will definitely use them in the future.

After trying every bed at Mattress Firm, I went over to Bed Pros Mattress. I walked in and of course first bed I try out is the most expensive without even looking at the price...however, I tried every other bed and kept coming back to the Talalay Latex Bliss with fully adjustable base. I am now in sleep heaven! Thank you Will Agnew for all of your information and getting this delivered the next day. Moving men also very polite and helpful.

BUYER BEWARE of these SCAM artists! I have never experienced such poor customer service and negligence. This store refuses to honor their own 30 day Comfort Exchange policy. I was hoping to resolve this matter amicably, however, the store manager, Matt, wouldnt even provide contact information for upper level management. I recently purchased a mattress from the South Clearwater store a month and a half ago. When delivered, the delivery personnel damaged my bed frame. I have been trying to get this issue resolve but have been repeatedly ignored. I have also been trying to get into contact with management but have been unsuccessful. The customer service here has been horrible.[Comment To Response]Store credit will not repair nor replace my damaged property. I am not looking to receive a ‘gift’ from your store. I am looking to get my bed frame, that was damaged by your delivery personnel, returned to its original state. I have provide a quote with what it will cost to make that happened that was rejected. I have spoken with the furniture store and they do not do repairs like that, which I have explained.

Called nine times manager received emails to contact, received four numbers to call. Yep a complete run around. Been one month now trying to get one of the two adjustable beds we paid like 4,000 dollars for fixed that makes noise from day one of being delivered. Complete nonsense. My next step will be BBB AND/or court. My husband has spent hours on this. Enuf

Bed Pros has the best policy... For $88.00 you can exchange your mattress for another. The first one was too soft, the next too hard, then the third was just right. They were incredibly patient with me and didnt bat an eyelash when I asked to exchange the mattress a second time. As you know, theres a difference between sleeping on a mattress and trying one out for 15 minutes in the store when you have your kid crawling all over you... With Bed Pros, you dont have to worry about buyers remorse. I cant recommend them enough!

The guy named Dwayne was so damn rude to us. he was very unprofessional and started telling us how he only makes commission and blah blah he needs money and pretty much we are the worst customers to come in today. When all we wanted to do was look at mattress for our first apartment. We never asked him to follow us around and talk to us. he insisted. I hope to never seem him again.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I was cussed out by a guy named Chad for trying to return a pillow I owned for 1 day. I was never given a proper receipt explaining the return policy, only a small credit card print out. He stated that he thought I was in a rush to leave the store and thats why he didnt give me a proper receipt. I understand if I cant return something due to store policy but I DID NOT appreciate being cursed at and blamed for the whole thing. I had already spent over a thousand dollars on a bed and to be yelled at for not understanding something that was never explained to me didnt feel right. I immediately went up the road to the countryside location and a very pleasant guy named Adam helped me out and was very nice. I wish had bought everything from him in the first place. DO NOT GO TO THE SOUTH CLEARWATER LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CUSSED OUT BY CHAD!

I am looking around for a king mattress mattress stores are on every corner so I figured id call first to see if any specials are running the guy was disgustingly rude not even a minute into the call the guy said you know a king is going to be expensive right and told me to cut the bs and just come in.
