My wife and I called due to the fact our box spring was making awful noises. We drove from Odessa because 10 years ago my wife bought a mattress from this company. The service was excellent and he didn’t try to sell me things. He provided me with knowledge and made sure I was making a good decision on what we needed. Jeremy is a bed expert. I was in a bind since Mattress firm sold me a bed that they did not have. Within 5 minutes Jeremy had me on an Unelma mattress that I have now been sleeping on for the last 2 weeks. Best suggestion for a bed. I sleep on firm clouds. Oh and the pricing is amazing. Purchased a hybrid bed and 3 cool pillows on Monday was delivered to store by Wednesday after I unwrapped bed it sprung up considerably fast from what I was expecting 4 hours later I was sleeping on it. I went i to buy a king size bed only and came out with a bed that was better then the one i wanted and a queen size bed for my daughter for under $1000. Wholesale price was great and the service was outstanding. They deliver it the same day and took our old beds with them for only $35.00. They was quick and professional. I bought 16 mattresses for my motel and when I went into the store the owner Jeremy was aware it was a motel. After about 5 months some of the mattresses had sank in the middle, so after speaking with Jeremy he recommended we upgrade and paid another $2000.00. After taking all the old mattresses away new mattresses was delivered sure thing after a couple of months some of the mattresses started sinking again. These beds are not slept in every night like they are at home. One of my staff also purchased a mattress from this store from Jeremy for Home and the same thing happened to her. These must be seconds they are buying. When I contacted Jeremy several times he promised he would get the problem rectified but never got back in touch and this happened several times of me calling I just gave up. I have replaced all the mattresses again another store and it has been over 12 months ago and all are great no problems at all. This was a very expensive mistake to buy from this store. BUYER BEWARE JEREMY DOES NOT HONOR HIS WARRANTIES AND THESE HAVE TO BE SECONDS.

My girlfriend and i came in to look for a new bed. We looked at a few beds. Which the gentleman told us he had 2 trucks coming to come back n he would have some picked out forbua.. so we waited till they both came so we would have more of a variety to look at..he let us know when they came. He sat with us while we looked and explained everthing to us about the beds. Overall great customer service very pleasant and helpful.
