Went in to Mattress Firm Clearwater with the intention of trying out a new mattress. The store was very busy with one sales associate working, Teri Vasquez. Even with how busy it was, Ms. Vasquez kept cool and professional, making sure she connected with each customer to find out their specific needs. This worked out well, for me, as I had time to try out the different mattresses. When Ms. Vasquez got to me, she was patient and listened to my requirements and made sure I had a pleasant experience. We give this company store 5 stars!! I’d give 6 if I could! We were looking for a mattress at first (before we found out we had to replace our roof!) and Kim and Terry spent a lot of time helping try out different mattresses/pillows etc in our price range. They were both knowledgeable and pleasant. Terry even had some extra tips for us on the Temprapedic beds which we thought was really helpful. We didn’t end up purchasing a mattress that day (roof had to come first) but we DID call back to see about purchasing the amazing and cool Beautyrest black ice pillow. After not being able to find any avail online I went back to the store and Kim assisted me. We found ONE pair but down in south Florida!! I was disappointed at first but then Kim went above and beyond in her customer service. She actually offered to PICK THEM UP for us while she vacationed down there!!! I was blown away. We didn’t purchase a mattress from them but she was willing to go the extra extra mile to ensure we got what we we’re hoping for, for Christmas!! I can’t say enough great things about the store, the employees, the cleanliness and kindness. We all need more of that!

I bought a new mattress. After about 3 months i was still not comfortable with it. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. We didnt get the bed we paid for and were told that we would have to wait till our mattress went on sale or pay more money for our mattress.Me and my wife went in to look at a mattress where we were met by a woman named Teri. She had us look at several beds and after a trying a few beds me and my wife agreed upon a bed and adjustable base. We were excited because our current mattress was to firm and neither of us were sleeping well and were happy to find a softer mattress. The day came for delivery and we were extremely happy. We put to frame together and put the mattress on the frame. After the first nights sleep we both felt the mattress was to firm. After looking into this we were sent the wrong mattress as stated by both sales persons we talked to. My wife even texted pictures into the store. After all this the salesperson would not give us the bed we have paid for because of their mistake. They told us to wait for the next sale or pay more. Not sure how people like this stay in business. They will not correct their mistake and are trying to make us pay for their problems. Its unfortunate that I will have to get a lawyer involved to get a bed that we paid for and are owed.

We are two different kind of sleepers so we thought it may be impossible to find something we both liked, they walked us through all our options and we decided on an adjustable mattress. The king twilight bed is great! But they sent me all queen linen and protective cover; instead of, the King linen that I ordered. Now, I have to wait longer to fully enjoy the amazing bed and linen.

My wife and kids went there during the Black Friday Sale weekend to look for a new mattress to replace our relatively new sagging mattress. We were all treated very professionally & respectfully, including our two young daughters. We spent nearly 2 hours sleeping on many mattresses to test them. Our salesperson, William Mills, provided us with very helpful guidance and knowledge on selecting the best mattress, especially keeping in mind the issues we have had with our previous mattresses. I feel we got a great deal and were able to narrow down our selection of mattresses to the right one. He also provided us with all the important warranty & exchange information, especially since our investment in our new mattress was much more than we were planned to initially spend. Knowing that we had 30-120 days to return and/or exchange our mattress for a refund--or a new mattress--gave us piece of mind. We are looking forward to getting our new mattress and sleeping better.
