I was looking for a new pillow after my car accident. I had zero Idea of what I wanted and honestly have alway s used target pillows..because they are cheap. So this was my first experience buying a new amazing pillow. George was seriously the best and so patient with me and we pulled out every pillow. he explained the differences and was so helpful. I could see how this could be an overwhelming process but he was so thorough. I wanted to buy one for my husband too but he suggested he come in and try his as well to get the perfect fit. I brought him back that afternoon and we got his pillow as well. Such an incredible experience with this business. George was very progressional and helpful I couldnt have had a better experience. My husband and I were looking for a new bed. After going into sleep number we went into Somnis. Hands down we felt away more comfortable and George was amazing!! We really liked that he did not try to sell us the most expensive bed. What he did do was educate us on what we need in a mattress and why. Did not rush us and answered all our question.

Two days ago I received my Wellsville mattress from Somnis which I bought in the Clearwater Countryside Mall. I have fibromyalgia and was in need of a bed comfortable enough to help with my body aches and pains. I was helped by Paul who helped my select the right mattress. Im so very grateful to him for his help as I made the right choice and am extremely happy with my purchase. My new Queen bed is like a cloud and its helping me feel better already. Paul the manager helped us today. What a great guy. Was informative but not pushy. Made us feel like we were welcome to try things out and just enjoy them for however long we wanted to. Most salesman will start throwing their sales pitches at us but he just gave us information. What we went In for was to look at the zoned dough bamboo charcoal pillows. I’ll tell you, they are the most comfortable pillows we’ve tried yet. We bought two of them and laid on their adjustable bed with vibrating options for like 15 minutes.

I purchased a complete sleep system and Im very happy with it. My hubby had a hard time finding the right mattress and we looked everywhere. After finding this store Joe took his time to select the perfect one for us. Obviously hes been dong this a long time. This process is not like the drive-thru so anyone with a negative review here must have expected the quick process you find in a cheap mattress store. It takes time to select the right mattress, and to get it to you because they all have to be made first. That was a big plus for us, freshly made. Thanks for the experience!

The reason I gave them 5 stars is things went wrong beyond their control after I ordered my mattress and adjustable frame, they couldnt deliver the high end frame for an additional 3-4 weeks. They went out of their way to make me happy by temporally delivering another high end adjustable frame then swapping it out when my frame came in. In addition to the great service, the price I paid was very fair and Id buy from Matt in the Clearwater store again.

My husband and I are well please with the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. We are also well pleased in the gentleman who served us. I believe his name was George. He gave us all the facts and allowed us to lie on the mattress which we then purchased. Very kind and down to earth. No pressure. We have recommended our family and friends to go and try one out. Extremely bad experience with service. Purchased king size adjustable bed with two twin long mattresses, no problem there exchanged to single mattresses because features didn’t work well for me and now it’s been a nightmare getting the store make it’s equipment working. Would never recommend this place. Specially the sales person Joe. Thinks he knows it all and doesn’t return phone calls. Once they take your money your just another sale. Terrible customer service...

George was the person who helped us (me and my mother) with finding the right mattress for us, and it was a very enjoyable experience and he helped us a lot and was very entertaining to talk to him while we looked for our mattresss If i needed another one i would go back there in an instant!!!

The salesman at Countryside was great and very helpful. My complaint is not with the store or the salesman. My complaint is with the bed I bought there. I bought the Mlili harmony blah blah blah. It is by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. That is a lot coming from me considering I slept on a foldable cot for 9 months in the desert of Iraq. The bed came with instructions and the salesman told us that we needed to walk on it and give it some time. I think though they forgot to tell us that we also need 1000 people to come in and jump and lay down on it to get it to the same comfort level as the store demo had. We have had it for two months I dont want it anymore but you cant return a mattress.

I recently purchased a mattress at the countryside mall location. The salesman George was very helpful and informative not pushy at all which was very refreshing. My husband has sleep apnea and after researching the best options I found is the sleep systems. George helped me make that final decision to get the Arya mattress and Leggett and Platt adjustable base. There are so many on the market and can be confusing. We love our system. I would recommend anyone looking for a great experience and for the right price is Somnis at Countryside mall.
