My first experience was rough I must say but... I gave it another shot. David Joiner helped me out by having a coil replaced and covered under warranty after my car had been seen twice prior for misfires. I wish it didnt take that many tries but I am grateful for David. We went into the Volkswagen lot and a nice young man, Noah Blaylock, came out to greet us. He was very friendly, not at all pushy, and willing to show us anything. We did purchase a car from Noah and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy new or used.

Currently this is the worst time to be buying a Car I felt but she is going off to college and we wanted to start looking to find her a reliable vehicle as she will be out of state for the first time . Our experience started off not so great. We came here and test drove 2 cars. Wanted to purchase a vehicle with some different options but was told to come back so they could get it ready as it wasn’t fully processed in yet. When we came back the vehicle we were going to purchase was on a test drive by the same salesman that knew we were coming back to buy it, with another family. We we’re told that the other people were now purchasing the vehicle, not us (we had to be told third hand because the salesman wouldn’t acknowledge us anymore). Then we meet Erica!!! She is a total rockstar!! She went above and beyond for us because of what happened. If you need a new car come and see her she is absolutely awesome!!

My wife and I went to Kia to look at a possible purchase/trade-in for our Highlander. Victoria was able to assist us and I explained to her that I was interested in the new K5s. Right away she was able to guide us through their inventory. We went looking through each one and described what we liked /disliked about each car we looked at. Financing was easy for the most part. Kimberly was able to assist us on this and we got a fair deal. This is our second purchase from Wyatt Johnson Kia in 7 months.

We bought our 2014 sorento for a recall and engine temp issue and they told us they replaced the temp sensor and coolant. Original wait time was 1.5 hrs and $400+ for both issues and it took them 4+ hrs to be finished. Return a week later for same issues and tell us the coolant is wrong color and sensor was never the issue. They told me it would be $1,000+ to diagnose the actual cause. Reporting to BBB for fraud and ripping us off. Taking car to different mechanic to fix. It had been sitting in same spot we parked it after a week with no work done on it.

2 1/2 hour drive from my house in southern Illinois to look at a Kia carnival. Had a 11 o’clock appointment to see for Kia car animals they were supposed to have in. I’ll drive two hours and call to tell them I’m almost there for my appointment. They tell me that they have not received the car yet. They somehow forgot to tell me that they did not receive the vehicles. So basically I drove two hours for nothing. No courtesy call whatsoever. Obviously I will not be buying a car from these people. If they’re too lazy to pick up the phone so let me know what is going on. To add I called 20 minutes before closing time the day before and they would not pick up the phone. They must not realize what it takes for some people to make arrangements to keep appointments. I had to get a babysitter arrange a ride for my wife to work takeoff work for myself and drive to an a half hours to them. Very inconsiderate people

Leslie Robinson was super helpful and thoughtful in guiding me with my new purchase and pursuit of getting a Telluride. We absolutely wanted 4WD, and that was a make or break option. Our first trip was unsuccessful because the Tellurides are very scarce currently, so Leslie said, I will text you as soon as we get a 4WD Telluride in, and good to his word, he did about 3 weeks later. We came right in and even though the supply demand was in the dealerships favor, he worked with me, to get this within my budget. He is a man of God, and I see it from the way he conducts business. I would defiantly recommend him if you are in the market for a new ride.

So I went to Wyatt Johnson to look into purchasing a new vehicle a month ago and we end up walking because they wanted to give us a lot less for our trade in we purchased from them two years ago. Today my husband and I decided to shop at more dealerships to see if they would give us more for the trade in. As we’re in the process of trading in with jenkins & Wynne we find out the van had been in two accidents Wyatt Johnson never disclosed that with us ( we bought the 2019 dodge caravan almost two years ago) that would have been are third vehicle we purchased from them and I’m very glad we decided to walk a month ago. I now know why the trade in amount was much lower than Kelly blue book was saying.

I had a great time financing my new vehicle here. Victoria was my salesperson, she was very personable and made the entire process stress free and simple from start to finish. I recieved a recall notice for a serious problem on my 2020 Kia. I called service to schedule an appt. The service advisor said her system was down so they cant help me.....WHAT? She told me I can call back in a day or two if I want. What great customer service. Rest assured this dealership will never see one penny of my money, but, they will do the warranty work and recalls simply because they dont make very much from Kia for that work and I dont have to pay, but they have to do it.

Make this short and sweet. Me and my wife was just checking out SUVs because we need one for business purposes. We were comparing the Telluride to the Toyota Highlander, we came here just to check it out, you know scouting prices. Mr. Nelson calmly approached (not all aggressive like most places) and provided some insight on the Telluride and some details compared to the Highlander. Test driving was extremely easy no signing papers or nothing, while driving he actually said test drive this to Toyota then test drive the highlander. I was extremely shocked lol we did it and like this car way better. Came back and he was straight forward force to sell, didnt try to make us buy, just told us that it does sell out pretty fast and sure enough a customer at the Toyota dealership asked Nelson did they have these in stock because they were sold out the other day. Me and my wife purchased which wasnt too long. He filled the tank and fully cleaned the car. 10/10 experience. If you go there ask for him. He is funny and down to earth

From the moment we pulled off the lot we have had issues with this dealership. In December I bought a kia Seltos and I absolutely love my car but within 12 hours our tag from the car we traded in was lost, I wanted to keep it for sentimental reasons and I don’t think they ever even looked for it. Then after a few days I realized that we were lied to about some features that my car had, heated steering wheel and smart cruise control. From what I’ve read they don’t even make the Seltos with heated steering wheel as an option. Then they put my husbands name in the wrong order on the paperwork. And now my husband is trying to get a tag for a separate vehicle and they told him we have back taxes on the car we traded in because the dealership didn’t send them the paperwork they were supposed to.

A man named Nelson helped me so much today. The car buying process was super smooth and easy. He drove me to the bank to help me get the check I needed for the purchase. He also drove me to get my license renewed. He even undid my purchase when I decided it was a bad idea to buy a new car.

Might be an isolated case. ..Who knows.I had a 1130 am appointment. After waiting for an 1hr (1230pm), I asked if my car can be serviced (change oil) by 1:30pm. I was told “no” and was told that my car was still parked outside waiting. I asked for my key and left.I don’t know why appointment is needed (over booking?). At least I should have been told from the beginning that it would take more than 2hrs to change oil for my car. Or if there was unforeseen delays to service my car on time. What a Wasted of my time. Never again.Good luck.

I found the car I was looking for on their website, submitted a request for more info and was contacted promptly by Travis (a sales manager). I explained my situation and he was great about accommodating my needs. I was shopping for my grad school daughter and wanted to surprise her with the car. He was really professional, very cool about setting up everything and even video’d the whole surprise for me and my family. Even better, their finance team got me a better rate than I was originally quoted. I highly recommend both the dealership and Travis, they know how to treat people right.

Victoria helped me decide which car I want to purchase here in a few months and was absolutely wonderful! 🤩 She was very thorough and showed me all the bells and whistles on the Kia K5. I can’t wait to go back and see her to make my purchase!!

So last Tuesaday I went to the Wyatt Johnson GMC Used dealership to trade in my 2017 GMC Acadia. After an hour or two of the situation of me trying to get an used 2019 Kia Sodna I wanted it didnt work out due to my bank situation so finally my awesome sales man Stephen Neffsinger took me me to the Wyatt and Johnson dealership he explained my whole situation of having 3 kids who non stop fight and no space my Acadia was a mistake in reality no matter how lovely it was. Haha. Anyways they got me into a 2021 Kia Sodona ! Since after the long day I had and no 2020 Kia Sodnas due to they all sold out they got me into this one! I love having my space back and having a peaceful car ride with all 3 of my kids! Thank you Stephen! And Kia!

We originally bought my wife’s 2020 Kia Telluride in Hawaii and shipped it back to TN after I retired from the Army. The dealership we bought it from in HI had the absolute best customer service I’ve ever seen. They were very timely and any time the car was taken in for a service, recall or whatever, they would detail the car inside and out and it would look like a brand new car every time we left there. Also, the people there were as friendly and nice as they could possibly be. However, the customer service we have gotten at the Wyatt Johnson Kia in Clarksville TN has been the total opposite. The first time my wife went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment, she waited for over 3 hours to get her car back, and no, it wasn’t cleaned or anything. Secondly, my wife works as a hospice nurse in Nashville. When she stopped to get gas one day between patients she was unable to get her gas door to open. After trying for a while she pried hard enough that it broke the gas door off. She wasn’t near a dealership and was on her way to see more patients. When she took it in to the dealership, she was told that we would have to pay out of pocket for it. They told her she should have called a tow truck to get the car taken care of. In my wife’s line of work, as a hospice nurse, she can’t just not see the rest of her patients for the day. Plus they have been very short staffed with COVID going on. I feel like if you’re driving a car that is less than a year old and that you are paying over $50k for, something like this should certainly be covered. I wasted time going through their Service Manager as well as Consumer Affairs only to be told that she should have called a tow truck in order to put gas in her car, as if anyone has time for that. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
