Couldn’t have been happier initially, but soon found out that the vehicle that I had purchased would spontaneously catch on fire and almost severely injuring my family, myself, and several bystanders. I purchased a truck from Tony and not even a month later it caught on fire. After a short amount of investigating we soon found out the cause of the fire was from an open recalled component that Tony and his dealership missed, in a 172 point inspection he prides his service department in! After confronting him he refused to take any blame in the situation and once proven he could have prevented this he stood up from behind his desk slammed the drawer and angrily escorted me out of his store. 10/10 recommend staying as far away as possible, I wouldn’t buy a bicycle from this guy!

Had a good experience here! My husband and I stopped by to check out a jeep wrangler they had for sale. (He was dying to get one). John helped us out and his knowledge about jeeps is unreal. We did unfortunately come to the conclusion it was a but out of our price range. We were kind of bummed out but John said he had a different kind of jeep and showed us a 2013 jeep patriot with 30,000 miles and only 1 previews owner that he knew personally. Its not a wrangler but I fell in love immediately. John let us take it for a ride and told us all about the engine and the interior mechanics. I could leave a simple review saying the service was great but this dealer deserves more! I was searching for a specific vehicle equipped with specific features and stumbled upon one located at this lot. It was out of state which to any buyer is always difficult being that you cant drive and see it easily. I called the dealer up and spoke to Matt. Don’t buy here! Bought a van from Tony about 11months ago. My wife and I did our research on the vehicle before we bought it everything checked out but there was a known issue with the year and model which affected some vehicles. The TIPM, we asked him to his face is there anything wrong with the TIPM he said no so we bought it. I now have a $3000 repair bill, and the mechanic said whoever had this before you hard wired around the TIPM to bypass the problem and if they would have fixed it right the fuel pump and injectors probably would be fine.

This is how car buying should be. I was greeted as soon as I stepped on the lot by John Boggs, one of their sales personnel. I wasnt hassled and was asked what I was looking for. Once I told him what I was looking for, he didnt deviate from what I was looking for and quickly showed me the specific truck that I wanted to see. Ive never met a car salesman as knowledgeable and passionate about his job as John. John knew everything there was to know about the truck that I eventually bought. John didnt pressure me throughout the process; he simply guided me along and was honest in giving me the pros and cons of the truck that I was interested in. It was a pleasant experience. After I bought my truck, Tony Knight himself came out and personally thanked me for doing business with him. Everyone in this establishment, from the owners/management to the sales department and finance department, is friendly and cordial. Theyll even take care of your registration and call you when they have your license plates ready for you to pick up. I highly recommend Tony Knight Autoplex.

What can I say? It’s the only place you want to go to buy a car. If Tony doesn’t have what you want, he can find it! He is particular about the cars he buys to sell. Extremely helpful throughout the car buying process. If this is your first car I would go here because their financial person will get you a lower interest and they all will try to work with you to get what you want at the price you can afford . Also help you get a new insurance company if you old one doesnt line up correctly.

The salesman seemed nice, we asked about 4 different cars, and was told the same about all 4. They just sold it this morning. 1 or 2 cars, I might believe that, but a) 4 cars were sold this morning. Sounds funny. All 4 were still there when we left. We were there about 2 hours. Only one other person came in. He looked at one car and then left. He asked what we can afford for a payment. We told him what we could afford.he said ok, and then tried to sell us something that we couldnt afford. Later on that night Mr. Tony Knight, (the owner), called us to find out what had happened earlier when we were there. I had a nice and good conversation with Mr. Knight. I believe he was really serious and honest to make right with what had happened earlier. I also as Mr Tony have worked in retail all my life, and everyone can have a bad day. Mr Tony even offered to give my car a free oil change to try to help with the first bad experience. Now with all that being stated. I will still only give the first visit there only a one Star, because of working in retail myself and even having a bad day, there is no excuse for Mr. Tonys salesman and the lady in the office treating my wife and I the way we were treated. But, now I will give Mr. Tony Knight a five star rating for really going out of his way and calling me to make right with what happened earlier. Averaging the two out, will be a three rating. So I will change my rating from a one to a three because I believe Mr. Tony would do everything in his power to correct our first bad experience which should not of happened in the first place by Mr. Tonys salesman. That is why I only raised it to a three star rating.

I just got my 3rd vehicle from Tony Knight and he always goes above and beyond any other dealer to ensure quality and perfection! If you buy a car from Tony you will not find another carlot that can compare, all of his cars are super clean and they always pay attention to all the little details. I have never felt stressed or pressure buying from him. All of the staff there are really friendly and very helpful we highly recommend them to all of our friends and family.
