J&S Auto sales is by far the most honest dealership I’ve ever been in. If by any chance something goes wrong with your vehicle after purchase they’ll hold up their end of the bargain and fix it without question within 3 months of purchasing the vehicle. They make buying a vehicle a fun experience and absolutely stress free. Their office is super comfortable and relaxed. My wife and I both got our dream vehicles here and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Outstanding family owned dealership and if I had a need for another vehicle I’d go back again.

Asked if there were any dents in car. Has response car is really excellent shape. Drove 3.5 hours down to find a baseball sized dent in door. Are you effing kidding me? Car was NOT represented at all accurately. A reputable dealer would have taken pictures of that and posted them. Two yeah whos selling cars out of a trailer. Dont walk run from these two.

This place is a poor excuse for a Christian based business!!! Tells you they follow the Lord and everything you would want to hear to ease your mind just to get into your pocket. I have been dealing with this guy since June and I still cant drive my truck with no tags. I got the run around about waiting on paperwork from the other guy and everything else. Even was told on two different occasions that they were there, only to arrive to get them and they didnt have them. Do not, I repeat do not do business with these people!!!!

Submitted a application for a truck and spoke to the son and was told that he new a company that funded trucks better. Took a week to find out that they wanted 5 to 10 thousand down for a 29000 dollar truck with 178000 miles, cracked windshield, tpms sensor fault, and ripped interior

I have dealing with the staff at J&S since I’ve been at Ft. Campbell. Never had any problems with 100% professional and yes they do thrive on soldiers. But with soldiers it’s easier to get them approved. They even tell you how much your car payment will be before doing anything. Now tell my any other car lot that does that. Like I read some of these comments and laughed. When you are promised something no matter where you’re at it’s on you to read your contract before you sign. I haven’t had any problems with this here. 7 soldiers I have brought to then and they all still have their cars and 6 of them are paid off. And I have 2 vehicles from here and any problems I had was resolved in one phone call. So I would recommend this place to anyone looking get there first vehicle or even someone who wants something bigger or smaller and you can’t afford it with big dealers. Awesome Charity was amazing. She was so helpful. My girlfriend got a beautiful car for a great price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I searched diligently for an ethical dealer and good deal on a car so I decided since the car was clean and in relatively good condition, I left with things that needed to be done on the car. First of all, I was told by Charity, the sales person that I would have 3 months to bring the car back if anything went wrong. That was a big lie! We were told by the owner buy as is but he would try to honor that promise. It is now over 3 months and the promise to fix the part still hasnt been repaired. At one point, I told Charity that she was very prompt when she wanted the pay off from my loan officer and she said I was being rude and hung up on me. If you want a car from J&S youd better make sure everything is done before you drive off the lot because what you will hear is, I Dont know Shannon isnt here or I dont have access to anything, call back or Ill have him call and that never happens.

Absolutely amazing. They worked well with me on the price of my vehicle. Got me exactly what I was looking for. Everything works, great price, amazing miles, and the list goes on. The owner is extremely nice and he is alway a phone call away and will fix everything. The finance lady is awesome. She helps you get great deals and helps with amazing financial abilities. If your military DO NOT GO HERE. They know exactly how much you get paid and they know how much to manipulate you. Once they sell you a car. All verbal promises will be null and void. They dont care about you. They only care about how fat your wallet is.

Absolutely horrible went in there look at a mustang and try to drive it before making an offer as I was pre approved through my own lender salesman said I need an approval that you can buy that car before letting you test drive it, there is no reason to let them run my credit as well for something that was way over priced to begin with. If your looking to buy a car do not waste your time with going here as there inventory does not rotate they have had the same cars on the lot for over 8 months.

We just bought a 2005 Saturn Ion from them for our 16 year old and the owner and staff were great. They listened to what we were looking for in price and mileage range and they took my daughters age into account. After we got the car we had a problem with the key and Shannon the boss came straight to my daughters job to see what was going on. We’ve had no problems car runs great and everything I definitely recommend them and I’m hard to please when it comes to cars and the safety of my teens

I liked the place right away, we were searching for my next vehicle. The salesman, John, was incredibly helpful and straight forward. Although i didnt finance a vehicle through them, i was looking at a lower price on a specific model, they went above and beyond to meet 98% of my needs! Very unprofessional, pushy, and odd people work here. They take advantage of privates and any military they can get their hands on also after you buy a car she texts you every single day saying bring someone in I’ll pay you $$$ 😂 I bought a car two years ago and it’s been falling apart ever since, granted it’s my fault but I was a private at the time just excited to get a car to go see my family. Do not recommend. Thank God I paid of that car and found a good family owned dealership!

Do not go here. We got a car and we was told it needed a new rug and it would take a week. A week later we was told a week, and three weeks later we finally got the car only for the transmission to go out after 4 day of having it. We was told two days and it would be fix. Two week and we were told the people who towed our car was out of town. So we called the tow company and they had been working the entire two weeks. A week later after several calls a day our car was ready. We got it back only to find out we need 4 new tires. Weve only driven the car for a total of two week. Never ever go there. Other people who did business with them the same time we did have traded their cars for better ones. We did business in February 2013. STAY AWAY CHEATERS WORK HERE. We ran into one of the brothers and he hid his face so that we wouldnt recognize him at the Auto Zone by the shop. Please stay away

Dennis is an awesome mechanic that fixed the only issue I had with the vehicle in a timely manner and got me back on the road. J & S is without a doubt one of the best car dealerships I have every worked with. They are family friendly and have that home town feeling that every soldier looks for. I have two vehicles one from J&S and one new one. Wothout a doubt I love my vehicle from J&S more. The service is impeccable and the people are just awesome. They have stayed up to date with me about my vehicle and how I liked it. And if I ever had an issue they were the first to jump up and get it taken care of immediately. I am soff impressed with themI will without a doubt buy my next vehicle from J&S also.

Let me start this by saying that if you do not do your research you are failing yourself.That being said, they took one of my new soldiers for 12k on a 9k(MAX) truck with almost 200k miles. They know the game very well. They stated that Navy Federal will ensure a loan up to 125% of the actual value, and based off of KBB value of the truck, the soldier paid approximately 122% of the vehicles true value.Also, the ball joints were bad and a taillight was cracked, among other things. I will say to their credit that they rectified those issues, but, those should never have been issues to begin with for $12,000.Yes, they have money to make. No, they are not honest, good hearted people. Thats just the nature of the beast. Id recommend staying away.

So in Feb of 2016 I bought a 2000 F250 Super Duty. They told me adamantly that I would have a year warranty and anything that went wrong they would take care of. Only to have it blow a head and have the other head fall apart in November. Odometer runs backwards, I have to replace two heads, all 8 spark plugs, gaskets, bolts, both timing chains, all on my dime because they refused to uphold the warranty they promised. These people are cons, they let known drug addicts work there, known women abusers, and they dont uphold agreements. Not to mention they will send you texts after you buy everyday to bring people in and you will get xxx amount of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Good selection of big trucks if thats what you want. Communication is terrible, and prices are a lil high. Typical used car dealer atmosphere/attitude.

Those salesman are con artists. I wet there to do a trade in and They put me in a 06 murano and it had car trouble a week later. to find out it had a mechanical lien on it which was not mentioned. Dont go to them. the payments are ridiculous for piece of trash and they will sweet talk mess.

They are horrible with vehicles. They don’t care about you they care about your money. I had a car for about 3 months. The hose melted because the car got to hot because they sold me a car with a broken fan. Then something was wrong with the engine. They had it towed up there and it sat for a week and no answers. I told them to keep the junk.

DONT BUY A CAR, TRUCK, VAN, OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Even if they are giving the vehicle away from FREE STILL DONT PURCHASE ONE! I bought 2006 Nissan Pathfinder from this place in September, they acted all nice and professional. They told me if I had any problems with my truck to bring it back to them and they would fix it. That turned out to be a lie. 4 months after the buying the truck Im driving a rental because they transmission has gone out. I received a warranty with the truck but when I called them they told me that they original documents from the dealership were never faxed over so that is null and void. I called John the mechanic and one who handles paperwork and he had my folder mixed up with someone elses then called me back to tell me that he had just faxed the paperwork over. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Very poor customer service, the cars they sell are all junk, every one of them have major mechanical issues, shannon tigart says he will fix something or order something and never does . they rip off and take advantage of the military by jacking there price up and over charging . this place needs to be shut down or at least black listed as most of there customers iam sure are military due to the location. i suggest never doing business with them period .
