The most un-trust worthy place to get a vehicle. I worked with Carlos (Juan Carlos Tinoco Hernandez).He’s under Mohammad Reza. Carlos kept continued communication with no transparency during the entire process. I had no idea what I was walking into. When I first started, I had $1000 down. They asked I pay $1700, so Carlos helped me sell my current vehicle. I didn’t know I was selling it to his family (I know this because Tiffany said so, when I was there). I provided the $1700 down, and they asked for another $500. So I put that down. And left with a ‘2015 RAM ProMaster City.’ Before leaving, I agreed to $2,700 down in total, or wasn’t allowed off the lot. I had two weeks to pay the additional $500. I was appreciative.A week into owning the van and tons was found wrong. To which I was working on repairing myself. Roof leaks, bad suspension, windshield watershed missing, bad brakes. Then all of a sudden the vehicle ‘Check Engine’ light came on, then the ‘ESC’ message came up. They reset the codes and didn’t expect the drive cycle to complete before the 30 day warranty was up. The codes came back and the vehicle started jerking and would slow itself down. When I listed off everything that they said they would fix it. They then told me I now owe an ADDITIONAL $1000 because the lender (Westlake Financials out of California) is charging me for paperwork, because I’m 1099. This puts me at $3,700 for the vehicle, and the new $1000 fee doesn’t apply to the cost of the vehicle. I called the lender and asked them about the fee. They said that’s not true and I don’t owe anymore currently. I talked to Carlos again and Carlos said “the Lender would never tell you if you owed them money. That’s just how it is.” I explained that makes ZERO sense and isn’t how it works. In the contract you sign with them, it states you can’t take them to court, for any reason. But they voided that contract with this new hidden fee. When I brought that to their attention, they offered to magically lower the $1000 to $800. When I threatened to get a lawyer. They offered to pay the $1000 themselves if I take on the vehicle maintenance myself and they don’t have to do anything anymore. When I declined that and asked for all my money back, they wanted the vehicle first. I told them no and lost it.They kept trying to get more money, and offer less work. Then they tried scaring me “you’ll never find someone to help you or get you a vehicle.” I had to have other people come in there with me to get everything taken care of. I’m FURIOUS, and beyond upset. The very next day the van was put back on the lot end sold a few days after. Codes probably reset again, and everything covered up. They push major scams, and this is the SHORT version of this.Btw, to whomever there is reading this. I have all the texts saved. Our conversations saved. And my phone call to the lender asking about your new unknown paper work fee recorded. How about you scam and screw people less. Carlos, you claimed to be a Bible Study Instructor/Teacher, you need to find yourself.

Moe and his team did an amazing job getting you in a car thats has issues not even 30 days out. On to of that makes promises they do not keep. I waited 2 months for tags to be transferred and transmission went out. On top of that, they said they would take care of things on the car no cost to me and yet I had to still spend my own money and has not been replayed.

My ex husband ruined my credit and they STILL got me in a car the same day. Most of my info I gave them over the phone & they called me and said come sign!! After test driving it, I really fell in love with my lil mom car. Definitely recommend!

Leaving a 1 star review for my brother Michael Leftwich. Lesson learned here. He was sold a lemon and I wish he would have called so I could help him inspect his vehicle and give some guidance so he would not have been screwed over. Please see the picture of his tires and filter in the previous one star review.This dealer will clear codes and give faulty fixes as well as sell a vehicle with bad tires. Anyone who has a car knows that tires do not go bad after 3000 miles. His are completely unsafe and should have been purchased with new tires, or at least tires that would last him more than 30 days.Buyer beware. Ask for a check out from a mechanic that you trust not someone who is pushing sales for commission and trying to clear the lot. Would not recommend.

Tried to scam us. Sprayed truck down with water so we wouldnt see the flaws. Told us it was getting detailed and it came out wet.

I bought what I thought was a great car from here, but not even 24 hours the car started having problems. And has had bad problems ever since. The owner acted as if he would make it right and when it came down to it, he basically told me it wasn’t his problem anymore.I HIGHLY don’t recommend.

Overall my experiance with auto highline was good. David sold me a car and showed me what my payments would be like with certain amounts down. The prices are slightly negotiable, but still fairly priced. The staff here are really friendly and the cars here seem to be in pretty good condition. Definitely a place to look into your next car.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it has had nothing but problems ever since. They only went so far to fix it. The owner did not keep his word about refunding me or getting me a reliable safe vehicle.

I put $3,500 down on a 2007 Ford F-150 truck. The check engine light was on from the day it was purchased I took it to them they said they would fix it... after leaving garage check engine light came back on maybe 30-45 miles down the road so I ended up taking it back to them to fix again. After they “fixed” it the second time it came back on and shut off on me in the middle of the interstate to where I was stranded for a bit until it would turn back over. They said at that time they didn’t know what the issue was. Not even two months after that it broke down I had to replace passanger side cv axle passanger side wheel barring ball joints and bushings along with the control arm. I’ve NEVER had so many issues with a vehicle I’ve purchased ever before. After I’ve let them know repeatedly it was giving me issues they refused to help so I refused to make a payment until the issue was fixed. Today the repoed it which is fine I have contacted the motor vehicle commissions office as well as an attorney. I will never purchase another vehicle from this place. Running a business of any sort you should always make sure whatever vehicle/product your selling shouldn’t have that many issues for your customer/client or if you actually fixed it in the first place instead of just resetting it.I do not recommend this place at all.
