They have a self serve drip coffee station, a big ole roaster in the front, a bunch of fresh pastries on the front case, a comfy couch by the window that a man is literally napping on, a roasted beans case, chill music, and some very nice baristas. Good place that I will definitely frequent. Check out this Frozen Matcha Latte - good stuff!

After a certain nearby coffee shop started making their mochas sweeter and sweeter, we had to find somewhere new- and Lookout Joe is that place. You can actually taste the coffee underneath the chocolatey mocha goodness! Love the cozy space, very nice place to sit and work. We stopped in during the pandemic so it was carryout only but staff was very nice and helpful. Also well-priced beans. Will be back many times!

This is by far one of the best cafes in Cincinnati. If not the best. Very nice peaceful environment that serves awesome tasting coffee. I have been down here at least half a dozen times and the experience is always warm and satisfying. This husband and wife team are so service oriented to take care of their guests that this in itself makes them deserving of your business. Other cafe in the city however as a coffee drinker i have seen nothing that compares to this cafe. Especially having lived in a major city like New york.The balance of delicious coffee, baked goods, wonderful service and serene environment makes it perfect for someone that wants to go sit and have a peaceful moment. Even their choice in background harmony is befitting. Coffee drinkers come buy your coffee here. You will be happy and hooked.

Lookout Joes is a wonderful little coffee shop that roasts its own coffee on site. The coffee is delicious, the staff is wonderful, and the food is excellent. A perfect place for a Saturday morning breakfast!!

Love this coffee shop. Truth be told, I made this place home the first few weeks of starting my company. The Joe is delicious and the service is beyond welcoming. I would take a place like this over a coffee chain any day. Stop by and try for yourself, youll see what I mean.

First time here, ordered a latte. Espresso was a little bitter, over extracted but good body and aroma. The 2 younger women working could be more knowledgeable when it comes to their beans, processes, etc. I doubt they deal with people who really appreciate coffee and espresso regularly. I also bought their house espresso roast beans. At home, I was able to pull a great shot- robust, smoky, notes of chocolate, hazelnut. Parking is tough around the square, be prepared.

I go to this cute little coffee shop usually 3 or 4 mornings a week ( if I’m able ). Staff is always so sweet and polite. They recommend stuff for you, they are clean, and honestly one of the cheaper coffee shops on the east side. If you’re looking for a cozy little place to drink coffee and or eat breakfast, this is a great option. Also you must try their Broccoli and cheddar quiche! Best ever.

This place is GREAT! The staff is very personable, extremely helpful and just all around amazing. They are constantly making new drinks for me to try, and the food is wholesome. Conversation with them is such a joy! I make it a goal daily to visit them and at LEAST get a caffeinated beverage from them, if not a nice cold, refreshing tea. Tryely a hidden gem that needs more attention!

The coffee is always delicious (especially the highlander grogg)! The environment is cozy but because of its small size, it can get packed pretty quickly. Also a good place to buy beans. They have a few select teas as well, but there are better places for that. A comfy couch, some artwork and a nice cuppa does very nicely here.

Great little coffee shop. Had the mocha and it was excellently chocolatey. Lots of nice sweet nibbles to choose from and I think well try some beans and quiche next time. Well definitely go back and loved how homey it felt.

This is a quaint coffee place with delicious pastries and a local atmosphere. Lookout Joe is ideal for a meet-up, wether it be formal or casual. I suggest trying one of their feta and spinach croissants with a warm cup of coffee.

Serve a good brew, excellent service. Indoor seating is a little tight and can fill up with people having meetings. Plenty of outdoor seating. Parking can be a little tricky here, theres a pay lot in the center of the Delta/Linwood intersections plus some street parking.

Used to be, hands down, the best deal in gourmet coffee beans. Maybe not as freshly roasted as they used to be. Know 2 places costing maybe 7 to 15% more, but worth it.

Good coffee. Joes has free wifi, a few tables and a couch for seating. Also, theres quite a bit of outdoor seating. Joes tends to be open later than many of the other non-Starbucks shops around town, especially on the weekends. For that reason I often end up here, enjoying coffee and studying.

First time here and I ordered a espresso and a small amount of coffee beans. The espresso was pretty bitter but had good crema and aroma. I have yet to try the beans yet, but they said they were roasted that same week, we will see.

Their best advertising is the aroma of the coffee beans roasting which flouts out onto Mt Lookout Square. I like to spend a couple of hours here working on a project or chatting over lunch with a friend. Plenty of exstention cords for computers. Quiet pleasant music, out door seating or I sink down into their couch for a lunch and reading. This is probibly my favorite coffee shop.

I ordered an iced latte and was given cold brew because that is their policy. There are huge differences between these two drinks and I just dont understand their logic. Was very unimpressed with the staff also.

I took my friend here yesterday for some coffee and tiramisu. She had never tried tiramisu before and i was excited to share my favorite dessert with her. On the way home we opened the container and each took a huge fork full of cake. To our horror the dessert tasted like rotten cheese!! I flipped the clear box over to check the date and to my displeasure it said 10/29!! The cake was almost a week expired! Disgusting!!! 1 day past expiration is enough to turn my stomach but 6 days? Needless to say my friend will likely never try tiramisu again! Such a waste of a great 1st time expirience not to mention the terrible taste left in our mouths! #unacceptable
