Their raspberry filled doughnut is so nice and not too sweet, sour, or overfilled. I didnt like the Oreo Kreme one, but it wasnt awful. My boyfriend enjoyed his donuts as well. I got the strawberry chiller to drink and it was initially too strong, but after a few sips it was nice. Id probably stick to coffee in the future.
This location was an absolute disappointment... we live about an hour away but my daughters first birthday wish was to go to Krispy Kreme and get a cake batter donut. When we arrived and walked in, the glass to observe the process of donut making was disgusting inside and out. There wasnt many customers and but maybe short staffed? When we finally did order, the woman helping us was very rude and snappy. Again... this all happening on my daughters big day so Im just trying to smile through it all and keep her smiling. The raspberry and lemon filled donuts were deformed and Im honestly not even sure if my lemon one was fully baked. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the person who made our drinks and for the fact that my daughter got her donut and liked it. I honestly would have just gone to my local Kroger if I knew this is what would happen... probably wouldnt ever go back...
Wasted my time! They are not open! Doors are locked! On Wednesday At 2:30 afternoon the business closed but it says it’s open online and drive thru is not working either. One person is inside (maybe employee), one car is in the parking lot. If your closed update your hours online!
The worst Krispy Kreme Donuts I have been to across the country I believe they were selling Donuts that were made yesterday kept in the refrigerator I did not say anything but while sitting there eating a couple of phone its another couple came in and voice their opinion to the cashier as in Echo the other couples comments stating that they were terrible Donuts I do not recommend this location at all Krispy Kreme should re-evaluate whether or not this should even be allowed to be a franchise very limited variety as well. They did not have any hot and ready Donuts at all either.
First time here at this location, fresh, clean and very friendly keep it up thank you
The KK donuts you can get from Speedway are better tasting and of higher quality than this place’s. Genuinely horrible. They clearly sell old donuts and you can taste it. The icing is dull and the donuts are hard/stale. Pathetic.
😡 I had been craving Krispy Kreme doughnuts for about a year. I decided to make the half a hour trip to the nearest store on a Monday to receive the free cup of coffee and doughnut with my purchase. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the doughnuts I wanted and I could use a coupon. I got there they didnt have all the doughnuts I wanted and I couldnt get the free cup of coffee with the doughnut.😒Not at all what I was told on the phone. So I got a dozen of what they had. Disappointed I left without checking my purchase until a half later when I got home. When I open the box I was😳shock, mad and very upset to see what was in the box. Some of the doughnuts were the same size as the mini doughnuts. They were horrible. I called and complained. I really wanted my money back but I had to get a store credit because it was not worth the half-hour trip back. I might take a L and just not go back. But Im very disappointed!
1 was there about an hour after they opened on a Saturday and got a dozen do its. We were disappointed to find that they were not warm/fresh and were .lot smaller than normal. I am going to stick with Marcellas donuts who I know makes them fresh every evening and they are a local owned and run company.
The return of Krispy Kreme to the Cincinnati. This is the only area store currently north of the Ohio river. Apparently there is there still a following. We went at possibly the busiest time of the week: Sunday morning. Drive through service only. The line of cars was backed up into the street frequently during our 30 minute wait in line. The original glazed are just as good as I remembered, but the other offerings werent worth the wait (or the money). The most frustrating part about the experience was the number of advertised donuts that were not available. The website is for a national audience, and lists donuts that arent available at the local store. Even half of the different donuts on the old, static menu in the drive through were not available at the time we had to choose. This may have been part of the reason that the line moved sooooo slowly.Heres hoping that in-store shopping resumes soon for their sake.April 2021
Pregnant lady here. Live out in union ky so its a trip here. Online posted they close at 11. Was turning in the parking lot at 8 while the employee was LOCKING THE DOOR. I was so upset. Update your times please.
Lobby closed but was informed theyre short staffed, so I went to drive thru. They were friendly and my doughnuts I ordered super good! Cant go wrong with Krispy Kreme. Good service!
Delicious fresh, warm doughnuts for every individual taste. The glazed ones off the conveyor actually melt in your mouth.❤
Unfortunately, all of the bad experiences I had at this Krispy Kreme made me think so lowly of it that Im not kidding when I say I was genuinely worried about driving there only to find out theyd be out of doughnuts I wanted - its happened before. It takes me almost an hour to get there and back, so I cant take the risk if Im not confident they wont disappoint me. I did go recently since I woke up early enough, figuring it may be a good time to go. To my shock, their whole menu was available for online ordering. It hasnt been the last several times I looked, leading me to believe you could only order certain items for pickup which makes no sense. If it reflects what they currently have, fine, but I was trying to place a future order days ahead and it still was only showing me a few items. Anywho, I managed to place an online order recently after seeing everything was available, picked it up with no issue, and the staff was nice. Definitely a step in the right direction as far as how I feel about future visits. But a negative that really sucks: they ruined my favorite doughnut - the original Kreme-filled. Why in the world does it have a hole in it now instead of being whole???
There is never anything else besides glaze donuts at this location. Why even advertise anything besides glaze donuts if thats all you ever have?
Cant get hot donuts any more. Only drive thru is open due to staffing problems.
Cant get hot dinuts anymore.
Worst customer service ever. All the doors were locked so we had to go through the drive thru. The girl was not only incredibly rude but acted like she didn’t understand a single word we said. Out of frustration we ended up ordering three of the donuts that they actually had that we came for and then she decided to tell us at the window that she had the other donuts that we already had asked for (she had lied and said they were out of them) so we asked her to add those onto the order we already had but she completely replaced the other ones with those. Drove 30 minutes to only get three donuts and left without my bf’s donuts. Don’t go to this one, they’re rude and Kroger and speedway have bigger varieties than this place.
Called to get some information about the store. Someone picked up the phone with a very nasty tone. I had to ask if it was Krispy Kreme. I asked when they do the hot donuts because the app said it was not at this location. She gets all smart saying we only do them at 6 am and was going to hang up on me. I told her thank you for you help, she said Um yeah ok. Wow very sad to see this is what the Krispy Kreme hires to take care for the customers! I’ve not been to one in a very long time and I’m very glad that I called in and found that it’s all ghetto! You may need to teach your employees some manners at part of training!
Always good, you can never go wrong with fresh donuts.
The doughnuts were absolutely yummy, of course! I assume the employee I dealt with was new though. Service was good all the same.
UPDATED:They finally fixed the app ordering! Now you can pre-order a variety of their delicious doughnuts! As always, service at Krispy Kreme is unparalleled, and (especially if you have a promo code or coupon) its an amazing quality at an amazing price. My only qualm is that they were still lacking on 4 varieties they had listed on the menu (despite me being the first person that morning); this is just a minor complaint.Heres my ranking of what Ive tried:1. Glazed sour cream cake2. Chocolate iced Kreme filled3. Original filled chocolate Kreme4. Chocolate glazed (TGIC special)5. Original filled original Kreme6. Chocolate iced glazed7. Original glazed8. Chocolate iced custard filled9. Cake batter10. New York cheesecake11. Glazed raspberry filled12. Glazed lemon filled13. Chocolate iced glazed with sprinkles14. Glazed chocolate cake15. Glazed blueberry cake16. Yellow iced glazed (Graduation special)17. Strawberry iced Kreme filled (Graduation special)18. Strawberry iced glazed with sprinkles*Note: if you like strawberry flavoring, you will love the strawberry iced. To me (not a big strawberry fan), it was too overpoweringORIGINAL:For my first time going, I was astounded. The service was super fast at drive-thru, and the cashiers were polite as could be (I gurantee that you will leave more at ease and happier than you were before). Krispy Kremes doughnuts taste is far above all else due to the fresh yeast dough. The variety is diverse, but being the only Krispy Kreme in Cincinnati, they run out fast (I had hoped to try the Oreo and the original glazed Kreme-filled, but both were sold out, hence the less-than-perfect rating). Its great that theyre doing the Graduation Dozen, though. As a 2020 grad, its nice to know someone cares this much. For whatever reason, nobody picks up when you call, and the online/app ordering only works for the original glazed. Perhaps theyre broken?
Delicious doughnuts but their variety is very limited compared to what their menu shows (sorry, were out of that. That one too.) Consistency of sizing is also varied by the day. Sometimes they are the typical size, other times they are small, still others they are skinnier. When it was a new store, they always had the Hot and Ready sign on, it seemed, regularly. Now, you never see it on, doesnt matter what time of day or day of the week you go. Such a bummer.
I love love love. Did I mention I love this place always fresh and delicious
Krispy Kreme donuts are very good nice and fresh very good taste
Downgrading to 1 star after today. The older lady at Beechmont at 645 am needs some serious customer service training. She has on line orders on the counter yet if you try to pick up your order she scolds you. She points to a half ××× sign that you cant see well that says ask for help first. She then says you cant just come in here and take orders off the counter. Mam you need to learn how to speak to your paying customers better and get those orders (behind) the counter if you are that worried about wrong orders leaving!Update 7/15 Still horrible customer service. .8/21. LOBBY CLOSED WITH LONG DRIVE THRU WAITS!!! Go anywhere but here!!!9/15 A 5 year old could run this better. Just close it down permanently!
Glazed donuts that melt in your mouth? Count me in.Our donuts were still fresh even rolling through at 1 PM.
Fast service but they didn’t have very much variety available.
Definitely worth the 45 minute drive. The doughnuts melt in your mouth. Service was great
When I pulled up to the drive-through there were signs on the menu that said speaker doesnt work order at the window and when I got to the window I was told they only had 5 types of donuts and no donut holes. so I ordered something she told me they had she came back and said sorry we dont really have those right now either, offered me something else and the donut she gave me was hard and small. Bad experience all the way around.
I have never been treated so poorly in a business just to make a purchase. They have deplorable hiring practices to say the least. I will go to Servatti or Kroger from now on!
Got there at 6:15 am only for them to say they don’t open until 7 am. Try updating your website. Website and Google both say you open at 6 am. It’s annoying when you drive 30 mins to get donuts and can’t get them.
We ate here 10 minutes ago. The had fresh hot donuts but the light wasnt on. We are leaving 15 minutes later the donuts are still coming off the belt with 4 employees and everyone is BING and yet no light on.
Great Doughnuts when will all be bringing in the blackberry jam filled glazed doughnuts😋
All posted hours on doors and online say the lobby is open, no signs on either door. Both doors locked, got eye contact from an employee who mimed drive thru. Like really? Why in the actual hell do I have to drive thru to get a coffee. I freaking walked here so screw me I guess.
My fiance has a major sweet tooth and when he saw the sign, he got this big smile. On came the turn signal 😆 We ordered a dozen...well...he ordered 11 and then asked me if I wanted one 😂💜 I said, Thanks for asking! Laughing. Krispy Keene is the best!!! 💯🍩💓 They have excellent coffee too.☕😍
Serves hot donuts off the line. Best way to eat one.
I really dont like leaving bad reviews.I got an email alerting me to a cyber Monday deal in honor of me being an Amazon delivery driver.I went on the site and found my nearest participating restaurant.Once I arrived I am greeted with a sign saying they are closed. Way to make me feel honored.Serious fail from Krispy Kreme.
Drove from KY to this location. Website says closes at 10pm, app says they close at 10pm, got here at 9pm and the parking lot is empty and the restaurant is closed down for the night. Disappointing. Won’t be back, dont waste your time going here.
They all are so nice and gentle with the donuts and you can’t get that around at Dunkin’ Donuts
This place has amazing donuts. It is a great place to go in the morning just have a quick simple breakfast it is amazing and delicious
Hard doughnuts and they close early.. like 4 hours before the posted closing. They should tear the place down
Dissapointed they closed way early. No special deal for us today.
Not open til 10pm on Sunday. Update your website
Put a location on the west side of cincinnati.
They were closed when they were supposed to be open. Thats no fun when you have to travel a significant distance to make a trip to the only Krispy Kreme around.
I had to walk through the drive-thru to get my yummy doughnut.
Today was teacher appreciation day at Krispy Kreme in Anderson. I really appreciated this so much!! As a teacher, I am not used to being celebrated. The donuts and coffee were delicious. The high school and college age workers were so very sweet and well mannered. My visit inside their store sure uplifted my mood during this time of preparing to go back to school full time with the risk of contracting COVID. Thanks for making my day, I will remember it for quite sometime!!!
Very friendly customer service. Very clean! I visited around 8pm and there were plenty of donuts to choose from. There were about 10 people in front of me but my wait time was less than 3 minutes! Highly recommend you try Krispy kreme!! A÷ Ill definitely be back! Thanks guys!💚💚💚
They have exactly what you want
I drove 35 mins, from cincinnati, 2 days in a row for nothing. checked online and it said they were open til 10pm and when i got there @ 9:15, they were closed but the sign on the door said they closed at 9pm... no big deal right? i’ll try again tomorrow... next day, i got there around 8:15 and when i arrived i seen a worker inside & went to the drive thru. no one ever answered after sitting there for 5/10 minutes. i called them from my cell and the girl was not nice about telling us they were closed and they closed at 8pm.. would be nice of someone to update the time on the door or even on the krispy kreme website.🥱
Looks like my last review was removed so I will just give one star without going into detail. Very rude morning manager and I will leave it at that!
Regular glazed donuts were awesome as always but the hot caramel mocha wasnt hot caramel or mocha 😒 it tasted like warm, watery coffee and I dumped it out after 3 sips, ick!
My hubby and I were act on our way to Dunkin Donuts, when we passed this Krispy Kreme. We turned around, cause Krispy Kreme always wins in our book! Weve been to this particular location at least three times now, this time, once with out-of-town friends, and for Pirate Day. We live in Independence so its a bit of a drive, but the closest one to us.I had the 3 Spring donuts, and boy were they delicious! Great customer service, too! Well definitely be back!
Picked up three dozen donuts for poll workers on election day. Hot and tasty they were, and gobbled up by all. Our dog Teddy was even impressed. Will be back especially when the hot sign is activated.
So, went to try the new pumpkin donuts and they were OUT OF EVERYTHING but glazed. They were actually closing down early. The lady was nice but dang Krispy Kreme....thats no way to do business. You should always have a variety of donuts and you should never close down early due to lack of managing and planning. The negative reviews on here are accurate.👎
Love Krispy Kreme original glaze donuts but this location is sooooo slow Please hire people for this location. I dont care if theres one car or five, youre not getting thru fast at all. Not at all. Its ridiculous.
Employes are not friendly and donuts are not what I expect from Krispy Kreme. Usually small and many times the so called filled donuts have no filling.
Krispy Kremes donuts taste pretty good and the times Ive been here they have had a decent selection. Nice they have a drive thru especially during the pandemic. However I think I prefer Busken Bakery for both taste and value for your money.
Tried to come in and pick up a couple donuts to go while parked at the laundromat next door. Apparently they are drive thru only now, despite having allowed carry out previously in pandemic. That’s fine. What’s not fine is how grumpy the manager was in telling us that, while she was standing around in her break. Not cool, customer lost. Probably forever, to be honest.
Nothing is more satisfying than a fresh donut rolling off the line at a Krispy Kreme (go there when the hot light is on). Well, right now due to covid, their doors are closed, but dont despair... Just go through the drive thru and grab yourself a dozen or more.Only thing is.. Their selection on assortment is very limited. Skip the coffee (theres a Starbucks just down the road).
Fresh hot glazed donuts. They cant be beat.
Love the creme filled
Always having an issue with the cashiers regarding my rewards status
I love when I see the hot sign on fresh donuts going down
This is the absolute worst Krispy Kreme location. These people need to have their franchise reconsidered because they are inconsistent with the rest of the locations. The donuts are never fresh. It’s not hard to identify a day old donut. I know times are hard but if you feel the need to sell day old donuts then you should not be open. People make special trips to your establishment and you disappoint.
Delicious variety of Yummy Donut Goodness!
Quick drive through
I was there during hot light. The doughnuts melted in my mouth.
Fresh and hot! You have to try them!
Nothing ever seems to come out of this location fresh anymore. Went thru at 8am & the woman working couldnt make an iced latte cuz she was the only one working. Stands to reason that the donuts were all made sometime yesterday. They were dry and glistening with the glazing running off them..YUCK!
Good donuts great staff
Donuts were good, service was not. My iced coffee was overfilled, on the lid and leaking down the cup, they gave me no napkins. Even my straw was wet of coffee. They were completely out of cake donuts. My donut order was wrong. I will not be going back.
3X been here and everytime out of blueberry donut, they keep tell us they had them the day before😔
My doughnuts was good. They only had the drive thru open and Im use to going in looking & picking out doughnuts. They were out of an few of my favorites. They need to build more locations.
9 a.m. and FRESH, WARM KRISPY KREMES! WHAT A WAY TO START YOUR DAY...ESPECIALLY IF YOU STARTED OUT 2HOURS EARLIER ON AN EMPTY STOMACH!
The staff are all like Zombies. It is like The Walking Dead in there. No smiles no enthusiasm no nothing! The place needs shut down!
My experience with the manager has been appalling with regards to service. She lacks customer service skills and needs more training on how to talk and serve customers.
Great fresh doughnuts
Great service was through drive in just a few moments.
I drove through on a Friday night at 8:45 pm and asked if they could have four dozen individually wrapped donuts for me the next morning at 6:15. I knew it was a tall order, but the young girl at the window took my order and told me that they sure could. She was really friendly. Well, turns out they A.) Dont open until 6:30 and B.) Dont individually wrap donuts. When I called at 6:10 the next morning and asked about my four dozen individually wrapped donuts to be picked up at 6:15, I asked if had to wait until 6:30. Yes was all she said. I went through the drive through at 6:25, I was handed four boxes of donuts, not individually wrapped. When i pointed it out, she said, We only do that for schools. THIS STORE HAD TWO OPPORTUNITIES TO TELL ME THAT YOU COULDNT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF MY ORDER, AND THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO TELL ME YOU COULDNT DO IT EITHER TIME. That shift manager (because she couldnt possibly be a store manager with that attitude) should be in the kind of job where no one has to depend on her to deliver on expectations.
Fresh doughnuts and so good
Too high priced. Cost $18 for10 Donuts. Cashier didnt mention that it would only be $11 for a dozen. What is scam.
Last few times they have had limited amounts or completely out of certain donuts. I try calling to ask what they have before I waste a trip but no one every answers the phone. Ive tried 5-6 times throughout the day. Every times Ive driven down there in the only person in the drive through. I refuse to believe they are simply too busy every time to answer but then a ghost town when I get there 45 mins later to be let down with no donuts. Answer your phone please.
Micah on the morning shift is the best! He has the best customer service. I will be returning on his shift only.
They always have an excellent selection and everything is very fresh. One of my favorite places to go when Im on that side of town.
Rude & waited for 25 mins, on Sunday Sept 13th w/ my 3 yr old, to be told they only had glazed, filling donuts. The problem: When I asked why the store was open if they don’t have any donuts besides these last few, he said, our production isn’t open & slammed drive thru the door in my face. Answer me nicely & I would’ve been nice. You’re in the service industry during a pandemic. You think I’ll be going back? Nope.So why are you making people sit in a 25 minute line to tell them you only have a few of the worst donut??I’d like an answer.
Great customer service. Great donuts. What more can you say.
Worst location ever. They never have any of their special flavors and service is slow. They also dont know how to use the app. I have been disappointed with each of my five total visits.
My wife and I though we would give them a try. Online menu looked good, building is super nice, etc. upon arrival Only had 5x donut options available, told me their coffee machine was down after I already paid, and order was screwed up. I won’t be back. Duncan is much closer anyway.
Wish there were more of these around the area because driving all the way out here is tiring. Love the donuts and the staff are usually quite friendly. Nice for a quick stop!
So fresh! If you want an apple fritter you MUST go early.Always sold out by evening
