I was in there Sunday, October 3 and it was definitely busy. I only saw one employee and he most definitely was working the job of three people with a smile on his face. He was making three different customers milkshake orders while ringing people out at the same time. I waited until he wasnt busy to ask his name and he gladly gave it to me still with a smile on his face. Im here to tell you Anthony deserves a raise! He went above and beyond any UDF employee I have ever encountered. He speaks volume for your company brand!

10/18/2021 MORTIFIED BY THIS SO CALLED SHIFT SUPERVISOR AND HER POOR LEADERSHIP. HER NAME IS SHENANAY, heavy set, dark skinned, hair plaited, with glasses young lady. I entered into store to purchase some donuts. As i proceeded to check out, the donut prices werent ringing correctly. I mentioned it to a much nicer and professional young lady who was ringing me out.. she adjusted the prices. Shenaynay the shift Supervisor came to the counter and told me what was ringing up were the correct prices but the labels inside the donut case were wrong. I mentioned to her, that what the shelf price says is what a customer normally pay. Shenaynay gets very upset, yelling, ghetto, popping her hands in the air, comes out from the counter arguing with a paying customer. I asked for the store manager, she wouldnt give me the number, but wants to call on her cell phone. I didnt purchase the donuts.. I will not patronize a store that has poor so called leaders looking after a business. I cannot understand how that young lady got a leadership role. UDF ARE YOU THAT DESPERATE?? Her behavior was unacceptable and controversial. Need I say more.

Poor service, the employees were unpleasant and unwelcoming to myself and other patrons. I had ordered one item, and the server had to ask twice for me to repeat it. They continued to make my order sloppily and with disregard to customer satisfaction.

I have been to this location quite a lot living here since 2020. I dont think I ever, not ONCE, have been greeted by a cashier. Every time I ask something like, How are you? there is absolutely no response. Its a very awkward encounter. Typically this wouldnt bother me, but I have been helped by at least 7 different people working the cash register doing this same thing. No one tells me my total, asks if I found everything okay, asks if I want a bag.. basic customer service skills. Multiple times, I have also seen employees talking and playing around with each other, ignoring customers waiting to be checked out. Please teach your employees that customer service is an important skill that is valuable, no matter what field of work you end up in.

As an employee of a local business, right down the street, it saddens me to write this review. My co-workers and I have been going to this UDF for years. Lately, this location has gone down hill, FAST. Customer service, get your act together, Carl Lindner would roll over in his grave if he knew how this store was run. For the last two weeks, the cappuccino machine has been out of order, the fountain drink ice machine has been out of order, the microwave has been out of order, and they have been out of regular coffee almost daily. To top it off, employees behind the counter cop an attitude whenever you order ice cream of any sort. Not sure who is managing this location, but something needs to change. As a UDF, the main items people utilize are your coffee, ice cream, and fountain drinks. If you cannot manage to keep these few necessities in stock or in working condition, there is a problem. PLEASE somebody fix this, as myself and other employees in the area would love to keep coming back, however, it is difficult to do so when majority of your store is not stocked up on basic items and appliances are out of order.

Staff always greets me when I come in, store looked good and cleaned and as I can tell there is a new manager and she runs it much better . Things are much better stocked and cleaner .

While my visits to this location have often been pleasant and uneventful, my most recent visit was extremely unpleasant and made me question visiting again. My girlfriend and I visited to redeem a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream each, I believe as a promotion on national ice cream day, July 19. When we arrived, there was a line at the register several people long, with only one associate, who I believe was new, working the register, and two other associates standing behind the counter of ice cream. After a delay, the associates behind the counter asked us what we would like and we told them our orders. Seeing the paper on the counter advertising the peach ice cream and milkshakes, I also decided I would like a peach milkshake. Having already ordered ice cream, I decided I just wanted the smallest size possible. When I got to the register and told the associate our order, while it was being put together, he informed me that I could actually get a larger size for less money, due to a promotion that was occurring, which was on the paper I had noticed the pictures of peaches on. When he told me this, I considered it, then decided I would like a larger size. The older woman who was making my milkshake became very upset about this. While slowly making my milkshake she berated the other employee for “making her life harder” by letting me know I could be getting a better deal, when all she had to do was pour the milkshake ingredients into a bigger cup and add some more ingredients. She then kept ranting, saying it wasn’t her fault that people can’t read (implying that I should have taken note of the prices on the paper), and making me and the associate at the register very uncomfortable.Living down the street from this location I would love to be able to recommenced it, but this last trip has made me question the quality of employees and customer service, and if it is even safe to visit there.I hope this employee was just having a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse taking out her personal feelings on a customer.

Cool Staff 😎 Clean Store

Ive gone to this UDF numerous times as Ive been a Clifton resident for quite a while. At one point it was ok but now its just a joke. Everytime I enter this store the workers behind the counter scold me as if I came in to audit them. Not one time in the past 5 to 6 months has a single person been polite in any way. No matter what I go to the counter with the ppl make me feel as though Im nothing but a nuisance to their existence. Tonight I walked in and purchased an item and upon browsing decided I wanted a shake. The clerk huffs and puffs then rings me up and slides the bag with so much force I had to make sure it didnt slide off the counter. Then as he slams things around making shake hes barely saying a word to the other customers. In my opinion get new employees here. dealing with that stuff is beyond annoying as a customer.

Okay, so want to start off by saying how much it saddens me to even write this review, but here it goes .Tonight, on 4/1/2021, a Thursday, I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience at the UDF on Clifton Ave . I am a Clifton resident and UC student, so this is my local UDF. I am fond of this one as the one in Avondale is usually never as friendly, tonight was a different case . Whoever the woman is here with glasses who is the manager honestly needs to be let go because she hates her job . Complained about me wanting my shake extra thick and charged me for two extra scoops of ice cream, my shake is as thin and runny as a bowl of warm soup, when I asked for a remake, she refused and said the ice cream was shutting down . On the other hand, Tre was very friendly and helpful all around

Sometimes I get the late night munchies and make a run here to get some ice cream.Usually between 1-3 a.m. Matt is always the guy to help me. I go to United dairy farms for the cheap gas and well-made milkshakes. why did not purchase a milkshake I did purchase some grocery items and I found it very confusing to locate what I was specifically looking for it. I appreciate the customer service and taking the time to help me locate the products. The great customer service was a highlight of my experience.

Ive had one star and five star experiences here. Some places you walk into, you can just tell youre going to get attitudes or maybe a great experience. I really hate to bother someone at an ice cream shop to make me a malt. When its good, its sooooo good.

Didnt believe the hype around United Dairy Farmers. Stopped in and experienced this one, then it became a regular every other week stop while I lived in Cincinnati. I enjoyed this location, however its situated on a busy street with a small parking lot, making pulling out challenging at times.

It is usually the best place to go for cheap ice cream and shakes. It has fast free shakes and ice cream options as well. There are plenty of seating though lacks the ambience of a coffee shop like Starbucks. It sells beer, milk and other packaged food items. For regular coffee drinkers, udf card is useful for getting discount on fuel.

Its a UDF and they are consistent throughout the franchise.Bring your ID if you need cigarettes or beer. They follow state law as they should. No sales to minors

Visited here from out of town, we stopped here very often! This place had everything shades, microwaveables, all flavored milkshakes and it seemed like they never closed. The staff was super friendly as well!

I was having difficulty finding an ice cream ( Hawaiian Sundae). The lady at the store came all the way to the pick it out for me. Very friendly staff. Great ice cream place. Have been hanging out here for the past 8 years with friends. Pleasant experience

I’ve cone to this UDF for family ice cream nights for as long as I can remember. And now that I have my own kiddos, my husband and I bring them here.The milk shakes here are amazing because they’re so customizable. Why get a boring peanut bitter shake with vanilla ice cream and regular milk when you could gEt one made with there 75 Candles (Oreo birthday cake ice cream) and chocolate milk? That’s my personal favorite. Hubby loves their eggnog shake over the holidays. And my boy would drink just about any of them. LolIt’s always worth checking out their advertised specials. For instance, on our most recent visit, there were two good deals....1. $2.99 double scoop sundaes! You can do two different ice creams, any sauce with whipped cream and a cherry!2. Use their app and work your way to $0.50 off/gallon of gas once you’ve purchased four cones over the course of a month! (but note that this particular UDF isn’t a gas station, unlike most others).On my most recent visit, my little boy enjoyed the pumpkin pie ice cream. I was surprised it was still available in late January! I got two of my reoccurring favorites - PB Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and 75 Candles. I topped that with their yummy peanut buTter sauce. (They also offer a delicious hot fudge that I would hIghly recommend!).

Homemade is one of the creamiest ice-creams youll come across ever. Their flavours are very subtle and sensible, not to mention rich.

I had trouble with the dairy in the past for receiving my change. I spoke with the main office it seems as if the problem is no problem anymore. In other words the main office took care of the problem.

The Combination of the grocery store and ice cream place, varieties of ice cream collection, Banana split is the best ice cream I ever had, beautiful decoration, hot fudge brownie Sunday, peanuts buttermilk sake all tried, very clean, grocery has lots of collection, open twenty four seven.

I live near by and go there every morning for cappuccino or hot chocolate. Their machine is out of order plus the service is slow. Manager seems not to care if the machines are out. The employees there are always busy talking to one another and not taking care of the customers. Staff every week is changing probably because either the manager is the problem or the corporation has issues.

This store is ridiculous, the lady working (Alisha) got smart with my aunt for looking through a magazine, tried to make her purchase it! she was looking through it to see if she wanted and planned on buying snacks and drinks but when the lady got so rude we immediately left. sad!!!

We dont have UDF where I live, so I make a point of treating myself when Im in Cincinnati. Great milkshakes and malteds, cold drinks, and a selection of basic fresh fruits (apples, bananas, oranges) keep me going during dance intensives and other calorie-crushing days.

Delicious. Short changed us a bit on the top-off of our milkshake, but the price is impossible to heat for a good malt. I always try to go back into a UDF every time I make it home.

Ive had horrible experiences with the staff. Most are very good and very friendly. Yep in particular, two women, have HORRIBLE attitudes. I complained to the management about one and shes still there. Still treating customers bad. If you dont like your job dont work there, someone else will.

None of the coffee was freshly made, or their was none made at all. The the donuts wasnt fresh either they were hard, stale . The manager and cashier had serious attitudes at 6:45 am when the customers bought this to their attention. Horrible customer service.I took my money elsewhere & I live in the area.
