Super fast and crazy friendly. My drink was good too!! I usually dont rate Starbucks as I visit at least one daily but this one stood out! I was impressed!!

This Starbucks caters to the white-collar workers in the office buildings downtown and their hours reflect that, so they have weird hours compared to other Starbucks stores.Never have had a bad experience here except 1 time when they have me a wrap that was slightly past its date.

Love Starbucks coffee and you can order ahead on the app and go right in and pick up your order and be on your way.

Dog friendly location. Good for a stop during a downtown walk. Try their pup cup for your furry friend!

You Gotta Give it to Starbucks; They are Consistent.Starbucks’ strength is in how rigidly consistent they are in their preparation and execution of their food and drinks. I typically order the same thing (peppermint mocha, with four shots of espresso) and it comes out the same at every location. Of course, I’ve had the occasional screw-up, but they have been far and few between. This location prepped my drink and sandwich just like I’ve had it back home in Kansas City. They have a nice setup of high and low tables right next to the windows overlooking an intersection in downtown Cincinnati. The employees there are either working to serve customers or cleaning the establishment. The wi-fi is good with reliable connections; I clocked the speed at 35 mbps. One thing I will say about consistency is that it creates the need to simplify products and find efficiencies at the cost of quality. One of the best business lessons I learned is you can only pick two of the following three: good, fast, or cheap. And depending on your tastes, patience, and expenditure threshold, Starbucks can get sliced in many ways. For me, in this experience, I say my drink was good and fast, and my sandwich was fast and cheap. Overall, a fine experience and I will continue my patronage… despite Starbucks’ unfavorable changes to their loyalty program.

It was great, even in the rush of the morning. The lady working in the morning was a little rude, and disregarding covid safety guidelines. They yell out the orders like any other coffee shop, place them on the counter. Wanting to verify the items were mine before touching them, I asked who they belonged to. She stated, Its on the cup!. The other customers didnt appreciate that I had to touch an item that potentially may belong to them either.

Staff is delightful, but this spot lost a star specifically because I searched for Starbucks drive thru and found this location... But its definitely not a drive thru! Super frustrating experience due to Google Maps, not this location!

The service is fast and great. Although its very hard to choose what you want. There is also custom options, cinnamon, chocolate, sugar, wooden things to stir, straws and vanilla to put or use in youre coffee.

Amazing service provided! I always place mass orders for my team at another store and recently switched to this one. The waitress here is so friendly and helpful, she puts our coffee on the tray and gives us a bag for the sandwiches in advance. Extremely considerate!

I love Starbucks. Drinks, food, always delicious! But this location could really use some help on improving their speed/efficiency. All of the other Starbucks I frequent are good at matching their on the go order times to actual prep times, varying by maybe a minute. This location always indicates orders will be ready in 2-5 minutes, but takes 15. Either another location needs to open, or another barista needs to be added or something.

Small, and quick service. No bathroom. Its not a great Starbucks for staying and enjoying your food/drink, but its great for a quick stop. Very busy in the mornings and around lunch. Service isnt incredible.

Cincinnati Starbucks on 4th & Vine. The customer base varied from homeless cigarette rollers buying drinks and snacks to shoppers seeking a caffeinated jolt. This is big city Starbucks- not my typical suburban Starbucks experience. Watch your chair at this one- not enough chairs to go around.

They move fast for being so busy. Theyre friendly. And Ive never had an issue with any of my picky orders.

The service was terrible, and the employees didn’t not look happy at being at their job. It’s not a updated Starbucks, if you want your cell phone charged good luck, they have no USB chargers. There were homeless people inside the Starbucks and outside the doors. It’s fine if you are by yourself but when you are with your children it’s a whole different ballgame. Never will go back to that location .

I used to come here 3-5 times a week. a few years ago it was by far the best Starbucks in the city! Well management changed, and so did the service. It is so bad I found a new coffee shop and could not be happier.

Dont usually write reviews but Im just gonna say that the service is awesome and even though weve got a lot of Starbucks near home this one is our fav!!! The way they make the coffee and everything... plus they make me feel extra special every time I walk in there; they all are very kind and helpful.

Very positive experience - I was in town for work and the worker remembered my name from earlier in the week - very nice touch. Then I forgot my Croissant and the same employee chased me down the street in the rain to hand it to me - thank you!

Im a Starbucks fan, and came to this location to grab my free birthday drink while on vacation - I purchased a second drink and two food items as well. At the checkout I was charged for my birthday drink, and when I pointed this out I was informed that Youll just have to come back later today.I was on a tight schedule and would not have another opportunity to return - I am disappointed that the gentleman couldnt be bothered to correct my transaction, he just moved on to the next customer. (Especially since the birthday drink promotion expires right away.)

I expected a busy, dirty Starbucks with it being down in the city but the staff was on it, the coffee came out great, and they were super nice to everybody that came through. I got an Americano and bacon egg bites and it was all good! And I highly recommend this Starbucks location if youre in Cincinnati.

Downtown location gets busy in peak hours, not as bright and inviting as other Starbucks near by.

Of course the coffee is good, breakfast food items are disappointing. Dunkin Donuts is clearly the better food option.

Slowest Starbucks downtown. Pick another location if want good service in the A.M. It’s an absolute circus before 10am. Every time I think it’s going to be better, I’m let down. Even mobile orders take 20-30min (if they don’t get lost in the madness) despite estimates of 3-8min in the app.

The service was horrible! There is 1 guy inparticular that is the worst there. And then he was at another location of Starbucks and saw me and said they were closed when they actually werent for 20 min; he let people in right after I was told they were closed! Try OTHER locations, they are normally great!!!

Couldnt connect to wifi on phone or laptop. Really slow too. No seating besides a few bar seats next to the freezing window. Its a shop to run into for coffee and leave. Not cozy or set up to do work in.

Terrific window-side seating makes it first choice for people-watching, but the lack of restrooms makes it last choice for long visits. The staff are friendly but the two entrance doors can cause confusion when you queue.
