Great company to work with. Roger was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He took the time to listen to what we where looking for and the payment range we wanted. He was able to get us a 2020 Ford Fusion at a very competitive rate. The process from start to finish took about 4 days. Two days to get all the paper work completed and 2 days for delivery. (Car was coming from Ohio and being delivered to Georgia.) The best part of all of this there was no bait and switch. The last time I went to a dealer they did the old ohh you want this car but we can only get you financed for the more expensive car.

I am going out on a limb and changing this to 5 stars I received a text from destiny at mccluskey stating i should receive my documents via overnight thus was the only holdup from my previous review a shout out to hannah she was great went above and beyond her duties if something changes o will revisewhere to start i guess to say at first i was a little apprehensive i called the number and spoke with hannah because i could not find a list of their cars she directed me to the website and found a vehicle i was interested in so i called hannah back and begun the process she was and has been very responsive so after going through the process my next step was waiting for the vehicle to be delivered which made me nervous from reading reviews but the vehicle was delivered with no problems with the exception of the disinfectant they used i cannot stand bleach so a car detailing and 2 cherry air fresheners and smell is gone they need to ask if we want this as an option now all i am waiting on is my title bur so far an excellent expiercence the reason for 4 stars is because deal is not 100 percent finalized when i have title in hand i can do 5 stars or more

I like the car. But it had some issues when it first was delivered. The engine light was on for the first few days. I was concerned about that. Still not sure why it was on in the first place. The latch on the trunk is not good. It takes a few hard slams to keep it shut. I had to pull over twice to shut the trunk because it would fly open. And the right signal tail light is not working. So, it needs to be serviced (Again! I was told that it was serviced already before delivery.). Can this please be addressed? I shouldnt have to pay for repairs upon delivery. Thank you.
