Was quoted an hour to wait and it was completed in exactly that amount of time. Was offered water by two different individuals while waiting. I have a pretty bad experience lately. 4 times I came to fix my check engine light, men just connect his computer to my car, cleared an eeror and told me we DONT know why its happens. I could do it in Autozone if I just needed to clear it. Right now I have to fix an engine. Im coming there again for diagnostic, they took the money for it as they should, but instead they didnt tell me whats wrong with it, showed me few pictures from internet and thats it. Im asking them what would be the cost to fix it, and the answer is thousands, could be 1 or 2 or 3 or 4.What? I dont mind to pay that money. But they have a protocol how long it takes to fix the problem. I understand that it may be few more problems on a road. Seems like may be they didnt even want to do it, I do know. But its not a Cadillac dealership, its Honda at most with Cadillac logo.I Dont trust this dealership anymore.

Very bad customer service and repair protocol!I took my vehicle in for service and autobody repair. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and didnt even start an estimate for autobody repair until I went and picked it up. Then they said there would be a 6 week wait until they could start the repair. So I waited 6 more weeks, then I took my vehicle back. I then had a bad experience in the showroom, they had a car that I wanted to purchase, so the next day they told me to come in, made me wait an hour, to tell me that car wasnt available and had been sold. After my unpleasant experience in the showroom, they said they would not do the repair that I had been waiting 8 weeks for. The customer service was embarrassing. They wasted my time in the showroom and bodyshop. Dont go there!

This was my first time using Camargo Cadillac to service my Chevrolet vehicle, I have always used McCluskey Chevrolet where I purchased it. I arrived at 8:30 which was the time of my appointment for my oil change. I was kindly greeted and Steven promptly took my vehicle back. He came back a couple times to communicate with me about my car and had my it finished within 40 minutes, Emily then quickly and courteously checked me out. Every person I encountered smiled and greeted me, I felt welcomed and valued. They even washed my car at no extra cost! Top notch customer service, you have earned a customer for life!

Very nice dealership! My dad bought a 2010 Cadillac DTS Platinum here and we had a great experience! From the moment we pulled up to the dealership we were greeted by Dale, our salesman, who quickly arranged for us a test drive of the DTS. The car was exceptional in every way. After test driving we proceeded on purchasing the vehicle which Camargo made a very easy process. There was a broken interior piece in the vehicle, but Camargo has the part on order and will repair it for no charge! They also mentioned that they would provide a loaner to us if we needed it. I just called the dealership after seeing on cars.com they have 3-21 Escalades stock. I asked to speak to someone in sales. The salesman said those are spoken for and usually are with a super sarcastic tone. I wouldn’t buy from this dealership ever due to this guy being a complete smart a$$

I found myself in a situation this weekend where I picked up a large bolt in one of my tires. I was turned away from a tire store on Montgomery road, and I am honestly glad I was. I pulled into Camargo on a Saturday with a bolt in my tire the size of a screwdriver. The service manager stopped what he was doing, and took the time to help me personally. Overall 10/10 experience. Leading up to getting my XT6, I chatted with Rodney about the previous lease situation I was in from another dealership and what I was looking for. He was able to guide me along the way and get me what I truly wanted. All said and done I gave him the final information needed, went to breakfast, & had an easy & quick car delivery! Bought a used Escalade from Jim at Camargo. Had a few issues with it and Camargo came all the way to central Indiana with a loaner, took the Escalade and had it fixed, and then brought it back. Couldnt ask for better service and sales!

Used the body shop to fix a trunk lid that popped up in the corner by the hinge due to an overpacked trunk. Mike was great. Got in next day, all good, complete with a shuttle service to and from. Super nice folks!

I recently leased my third vehicle from Bill Laker and Carmargo Cadillac. I have returned to them despite having moved to Michigan because Bill and the team at Camargo are exceptional. There are local dealers that would be closer for me, but they cannot match the level of communication, customer service, and expertise that have been demonstrated by Bill and Camargo time and time again. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
Navigation was repaired/replaced as scheduled. Navigation is now working with out any issues. Great.
Took my car in for a minor repair and received a rental. Had car for well over 14 days. Shop only submitted to insurance that they only had my car for one week instead of the two they had it. Also, refused to send documentation to insurance accounting for missing week. I have called several times today to try to get this rectified with no resolve. Finally after calling several times I reached someone who rudely told me she would take my name down and someone will contact me from the body shop which still hasn’t been done yet. The insurance is saying this is not their fault and the body shop is liable for the extra week of payment. Which probably explains why I am getting ignored and getting the run around.
I came to look at a 2012 Escalade that was taken in on trade. I was immediately greeted at the front door and was introduced to Rodney who I had been speaking with all week regarding this vehicle. Extremely professional and low pressure. Rodney was up front,didnt hide anything from me and honest. The quality of their used vehicles was outstanding which cant be said for most dealers in Ohio. This dealer with its sales professionals should be the standard for how all dealerships are ran. And Rodney could not have been any more helpful in presenting the well kept inventory Camargo offers and communicating with me. Id recommend this dealer to anyone and send them to Rodney.

This is for the body shop only.FIVE stars for outstanding body shop work. No better painters in the city. Absolutely flawless. None better.ZERO stars for tremendously long wait. Its now going on six weeks and still no Suburban. The estimated time for this car was half of this.WE HAVE USED Camargo body shop at least four times in the past seven years. Same story. Every. Single Time. Paint shop backed up, we didnt get this part (did not order, did not come in),an indicator light went on at the last minute.TERRIFIC body work, but BAD wait.

My wife recently purchased a used vehicle from Camargo Cadillac. I test drove the vehicle and Terry Healey helped me out. He was great. He offered me the option to drive the vehicle home to show my wife, he pulled up the service that the dealership had done to the vehicle before putting it on the lot to sell, and inbetween the test drive and our actual purchase he arranged for our financing to be prepared. When my wife and I came in to take delivery of the vehicle it was already cleaned, gassed, and parked right out front. We were really impressed by how efficient the process was, and yet we didnt feel pressured into purchasing before we were ready or able. Were really happy with our purchase and would expect others to be too based on how well we were treated.

I took my 2006 Cadillac in for service due to my engine light being on they did a great job in getting the light turned off.I waited three weeks before sending in this review I just wanted to see at the Engine Light doesnt come back on before sending in this report. White glove service department needs to be overhauled. Spent 2K for front brake repairs. $200 just to pop the hood Analysis 🤔, and some number of a 1 or 10 point inspection that they didnt even bother to check the air pressure in the tires let alone fill them up or top off any fluids. But they do have a complimentary car wash. 😉
Our service advisor listened to my concern and agreed with my assessment. She provided appropriate feed back - info re: parts ordered & time frame for completion. I told them that I was in a temp cash flow bind and needed a deal with no up front cash, and keep my monthly payments within $30 of my current Caddy. They made it happen. Friendly salespeople, let me take the cars out alone. They still offer Valet service pickup, loaner, dropout service for any service appointments, something even many MB or BMW dealers dont do anymore. Free car washes for as long as you own the vehicle.

Thought I was getting a good deal but the car broke within a couple hours of driving it off the lot and after saying they would take care of it, having me drive all the way back there the next day to drop it off, and making me fill up the gas tank in their loaner car they instead told me they dont want to fix it because its expensive so I should just drive it until it breaks the rest of the way.
I just picked up my Escalade from having it serviced looked in my arm console I can tell someone had been scrounging through it I had two bottles of cologne I just purchased those were gone and now I noticed that my granddaughters unicorn watch also is gone I can easily replace all of these items its just I feel very violated that someone would do something like this keep in mind Ive never had anything done like this at this location but they have to do better with hiring lot text Car Wash Guys Etc I am not happy at all

I’ve always been treated as if I cannot afford or an not “worthy” to buy a car.My recent experience at Camargo Cadillac was the complete opposite. Overall the car is very nice. Service is good but I am not happy with the tires. I have had six flat tires and when I ask for a better tire and solution I dont get an answer. I have the insurance but that does not remove the concern of being stranded every time I get in the car. I am willing to pay but not feeling anyone is interested in solving my problem.
Perhaps the most painless experience Ive ever had in purchasing/leasing a vehicle! Everything at the dealership worked like a well-oiled, precision machine!
