I had a wonderful experience. Their manager Darrin even went to another dealer just so I could test drive a different car ( which i ultimately did not purchase) The salesman was not high pressure and answered all my questions. The finance guy was great, quick and easy. I am totally in love with my new to me car. They went above and beyond. Darrin and Ryan were outstanding. We will be back π€©π€©
Great service people, who go out of their way to take care of your car!
Great cars, great people! Sales manager was great and easy to work with. Derek the finance manager was very cool and knowledgeable and even taught me a couple things. Very good experience. I would buy again, highly recommend you do too!
Chuck was informative and super helpful. Appreciative of all of the staff. Smooth experience!
I recently had a great experience with Shawn Olson and all the others at INFINITI of CIncinnati. It was good because you dont have any pressure and they listen and respond positively to what you have to say. Didnt push for any other perks other than the vehicle I was interested in. Im sure everything they told me at the time will prove out to be correct. If I ever need another vehicle I will certainly get in touch with Shawn to see if he has what Im looking for at the time.RespectfullyColonel Donald A. Morgan
My husband and I had a great experience with Infinity of Cincinnati. We had great communication with them prior to arriving to look at our vehicle we purchased. Everything went very smoothly and really appreciated the GM for taking time to talk to us as well.
Ingrid Kasten worked hard to find the car my I wanted and was very professional. So far the car has been great and Iβm extremely happy with it. I look forward to hopefully doing business with Derek and Ingrid again in the future!
Greg Wind is awesome.you have the best technicians in the land! Keep up the good work. And I really love the service manager I think his name is Dan.
I recently worked with Ryan Thompson and Darrin Penrod to purchase a used 2015 Infiniti Q50 (my 3rd Infiniti). These gentlemen, as well as the staff members that I encountered at the dealership, are true professionals in every sense of the word! No pressure, just very knowledgeable of their product as well as helpful and courteous at all times. Ryan drove almost an hour to bring me the car to drive and ultimately back to the dealership to complete the purchase. The entire transaction was totally more positive than any other car purchase that I have ever had. See Ryan or Darrin for your Infiniti needs.
Great staff, great dealership, very professional. Quality product.
Shawn Olsen did such a fantastic job of getting me the exact car I wanted. He listened to my wants, produced a car that met all of them and some that I didnt even know I needed or wanted (can you say heated steering wheel and cruise assist), and he did it all with the patience of Job while I was reluctant to turn in my BMW for an Infiniti. He took away all of fear of switching brands, and he did it by educating me on the differences and the strengths of the Infiniti brand.Best. Experience. EVER!
I had a great experience working with Shawn on my used 2018 Q50. I purchased the car sight unseen and it was everything he and the team described. Great car and great/easy process to purchase. I would highly recommend Shawn and the team.
Great service in a very timely and professional manner!
I absolutely love Infiniti of Cincinnati, they do a phenomenal job, especially the service dept. Thanks Chuck for getting me in last week!
Super unprofessional and I was lied to! Will never take my business there ever again!!!*UPDATE*Right after these guys wouldnβt even look at my car, I called infinity of northern Kentucky and spoke with mike in the service department. He told me to bring my car right on over they donβt discriminate. 3 days later my car was repaired and is back running perfectly fine thanks to those guys in Kentucky! Take your cars to them they do great business no matter what you look like!!! By the way the director never called back!
I have visit this location a few times in the past. My first two experiences were just OK and my third I said I would not return again. It is not close to my home or place of employment and I did not feel like it was worth the extra effort, money and time. However, this visit the service advisor I had was very customer service driven. Addressed my concerns and although there was an issue with getting me a shuttle driver he gave me the option to reschedule or wait. He ensured me that they would move as quick as possible if I did wait. Also, having an earlier appt is ideal for me and I was able to schedule this appointment very quickly get serviced and on at work early enough to not miss any meeting. Also. I like how they cover the steering wheel with the current condition of the world.
Logan, our sales rep was very helpful not pushy we drove a used vehicle first we came back I ask for a Carfax he had that ready for me I told him that we had decided not to purchase a used vehicle and weβre going to look for possibly a new vehicle instead he said may I show you one on the inside I had no intentions of buying a new car that day but we went in and let him show us the vehicle that he was talking about and we ended up buying that vehicle.
Vince West and his team are fantastic. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great buying experience. Fast and easy. They go above and beyond to make sure the car is in top shape prior to delivery.
My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Infiniti of Cincinnati, we worked with their salesperson Ryan Thompson. Ryan was very prompt on answering all of our questions, was extremely easy to work with. I recommend if your looking for a car here, ask for him!
Ingrid was terrific. Overall, the whole car buying experience was painless.
Thrilled they fixed my car before the warranty expired and I am grateful for the work but communication was lacking over the several days they ended up keeping my car and the loaner car was very dirty inside.
Chuck and entire team were great
I had been looking for a car for a few months as my lease was coming close to being done. Of course I was looking for a specific car and where I live they donβt have the inventory of many used cars they do mainly leasing. Darrin at Infiniti of Cincinnati wasnβt the first dealership I spoke with- but he was the first that I really felt comfortable with and confident that I found my car and my dealership I wanted to work with. It was a few days before Christmas and he was always available to answer all of my questions (he gave me his cell number) which means a lot to me. Darrin coordinated my car to be shipped directly to me here in NY. The whole transaction was seamless! I highly recommend Darrin and all of the great people that work at Infiniti of Cincinnati. Signed a very Happy Customer Anna from Syracuse NY :-)
I highly recommend Infinity of Cincinnati, especially Mike Duffy. I was having trouble getting the deal I wanted with another dealer, and contacted Mike Duffy, who was extremely gracious, highly professional and extraordinarily helpful throughout the entire buying process--on top of giving me the great deal I wanted. Mike and Infinity of Cincinnati is who I will do all my auto business with from now on. Everything about Mike and Infinity of Cincinnati was top-rate!
Found a vehicle that I loved. Offered a fair price based on the year and number of miles on it. It wasnβt certified and didnβt come with a warranty. Had cash in hand and was ready to buy it that day! Sales person wouldnβt entertain the number - at all. π€·πΌββοΈ Bought a newer model with less mileage AND itβs certified at another dealership. Received a call today about my interest and noticed they reduced the price to my offer. π€£π€£π€£ Um....your customer experience was horrible. I wonβt buy from a dealership where customer service isnβt top of mind. ππ»
This is a COVID era review. All protocols were in place. This service department gets a great review. They were efficient and thorough, and friendly to boot, and its not easy being friendly at 7:30 in the morning. They cleaned up the car nicely upon completion, and I was only there about an hour for diagnosis and service. Turns out all I needed was an oil change. If you are an Infiniti customer, you are already used to high quality and excellent service. Infiniti of Cincinnati did not disappoint.
Extremely helpful staff. Everything was easy from discussing my trade to selecting my new Q50 through the financing. Nice facility, great people, great service. Thank again, Bob
My car was brought there by triple a. They look at it, but dont contact me. So I call them, and they tell me it will cost 15 hundred and change, to fix it the hpdm module needs to be replaced. Then they send me and email saying that no, its not 15 hundred is 18 HUNDRED DOLLARS! So I call and thats what Im told take it or leave it. Do you at least have a loaner car? I dont live near you guys and I have to get back and forth to work at the hospital. No, sorry, dont have one. Do you know when you will? No I dont. You can check back at 6pm. But you close at 6pm. Silence. So now Im stuck. I do some research and find an HONEST MECHANIC and tell them what the problem is and what I was told. He says let me call you back. FIVE MINUTES LATER he calls back and says, did they offer to clean it? No i said. He said, get the car from them. So I call Infiniti and tell them I need my car back. Why? Because I cant afford the price youre quoting, and because that price is too high for what is wrong anyway. Im sorry you feel that way he said. When are you coming? The tow truck will be there in 30 minutes. Oh! He says. We have to put your car back together. Why is my car in pieces? I havent accepted the estimate? No response. He says well the tech WAS CLEANING IT OFF. What I say? He continues, the tech was cleaning it and the car started. Really I say.(because if its in pieces, how did it magically start) He continues, yea and itll be 3 HUNDRED and change. I started to ask about it and he says let me call you right back. A few minutes later he calls back and says well it will be TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT DOLLARS to release the car to the tow truck. I pay that and the car is taken to the other mechanic. They call me and I ask them to look the car over, and when i meet the tow truck with my car the hood looks damaged, with a some piece hanging out and its filthy, with greasy handprints all over. DEFINITELY NOT HOW IT WAS PICKED UP somethings not right with this whole experience. So i get to the mechanic and he asks, what is wrong with your hood? Nothing i say but there was some thing sticking out and it WASNT LIKE THAT when it was picked up from my house. He says well something was wrong with it, but we fixed it. It also doesnt look like they real did anything more than brush off some corrosion of the connections. We also fixed a few other issues. So, seeing that this Infiniti dealership seems to have a honesty, and customer service problem, and seems to feel that females are just an easy way to make commissions I would recommend you take your vehicle ANYWHERE but here.
Was in for service today...it was prompt and courteous...waiting area is not as nice as some but nicer than most.
Prompt courteous service. Repairs performed as requested and on time.
Took my car in for recall and replacement of airbags. Took care of it quickly. Good people to feal with.
As usual, prompt, courteous and complete service
Good guys!
I have purchased two cars from this location. I love the cars and the buying experience was great too.
Very prompt, friendly service
As a car dealership, this is one of the best. Ive purchased three Infiniti cars here. Been dealing with them for over 20 years. Service is outstanding, always pleasant, helpful, excellent work. A great bunch of guys. Always provide a loaner car if I need one, for simple or complex repairs or maintenance. Very easy to work with. Plus, theyre great cars.
I had a good shopping experience at the dealership. The service by Shawn Olson was remarkable. He provided me a much more cost savings option that I didnt realize at the time. The finance management team was also great!
After several bad experiences, Ive decided to take my two Infinitis to another dealership going forward. The service department does not listen to your problems. I had both cars in recently and they were more worried about telling us there were be a charge to provide an estimate if we didnt use them for the service than trying to help solve our problem. What? This has happened before, but this past time the representative was rude and dismissive and actually told me it was okay if I took my cars to the competing dealership from now on. I expect more from a service experience, especially when it is billed as a luxury experience. I would be hesitant using a dealership that charges for estimates if you dont use them. Perhaps they arent comfortable with their pricing or ability to diagnose a problem correctly. There are other poor service reviews that have the same theme (arrogance from service dept), although not many, but my guess is there are a lot more that havent been listed here. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. The dealers response shows the arrogance. They continue to claim the accessory was applied using scotch tape. They didnt even recognize the accessory as a genuine Infiniti accessory and argued with me about it being after market. I had to pull up the details on my phone and show them. The installation instructions for the techs indicate that the lights be installed indicated Wrap the tape along sides of the lamp. Press firmly & apply even 15Lbs pressure on either edges of the lamp, as shown. Have the integrity to admit when you are wrong. This was two bad experiences with two different cars in two weeks. My wife took the other car and had a similar experience, leaving without a response to the specific problem she asked them to diagnose.I am not one to write reviews. You can see I have one other review that is an endorsement for a company that provides great customer service.
First time here, I was impressed and purchased a used vehicle but I wanted to wait about a month before leaving this review. Im happy to write that the experience has been First Class all the way from the beginning to having a few issues along the way which I did. I would highly recommend shopping here.
I brought my QX60 in for regular service on Monday for a 730am appointment. I arrived at 722am, pulled up to the all glass garage with my headlights on and honked the horn, as the sign said. 4 different people in the garage walked back and forth inside feet away from my car, and not one person looked in my direction or bothered to open the garage door. There is no way no one saw my lights or heard my horn through the glass doors. I was completely ignored. I got out of my car and tried to open the regular door and it was locked. I guess the service department doesnt open until 730am. This was one of the rudest experiences Ive every encountered. I was 8 minutes early!!! At the very least, someone could have acknowledged me and told me they needed a few more minutes to open up the garage, or god forbid, take the 2 seconds it would have taken to push the button to open the door! So, I turned around and left and gave my business to the dealership in Northern KY. Does customer service or even human decency mean nothing to anyone anymore? Im so very disappointed.
Received an email today about a tire special of buy three tires get one for one dollar. So I called to make an appointment for an oil change, new front brakes and possibly new tires. Found out from the salesman and the service manager that they donβt honor the email that was sent out to their client(s) specifically from infinity of Cincinnati. Be cautious and leery of any promotional emails received from infinity of Cincinnati as it is apparent they donβt stand behind them.
Everyone from the lot tech to the service manager was absolutely amazing. I came in for an oil change and to check out why my check engine light was on. Very professional and efficient team over there.
Had appt got me in and out in a timely fashion
I recently bought a car from infinity of Cincinnati. Just out standing experience both in sales from Byron and John Adams in service.very professional, polite. IWould recommend them to all my friends and prospective buyers.
I purchased a new Q60 and could not be happier!!! I had a wonderful experience and I feel that the salesperson, Shawn Olson, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing less than what one would expect from Infiniti! I never felt pressured and I felt that he had my best interests in mind. I picked up my car the next day and he spent quite a bit of time going over all of the features of my new car. Shawn was very personable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process!! I also want to compliment Derek Ogletree - he was very thorough and explained everything wonderfully! Thank you and I absolutely LOVE my new car!!!
Nice cars. Superior customer service.
Infiniti of Cincinnati Rocks! Awesome product, sales & service.
First time buyer at this dealership, long time Infiniti driver. Service was excellent and Darrin Penrod was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the cars and their features. I can whole-heartedly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.
Darrin has been very patient with all our questions during our buying experience and he sold us a Qx50 π.. We had a good experience with this dealership when buying our first infinity. They were professional and helpful.
Went in there to buy a camaro cash in hand we stood outside waiting for someone to come out and help but they stood there and looked at me through the window and there was a camaro in the shop and I asked what was wrong with it the sales man said he would asked walked in the back for 5 mins then came back and totally ignored me standing there and went and sat at his desk so I found one at the dealership down the road went there and bought it cash
Shawn was wonderful to deal with in purchasing my new vehicle. Everything went quickly and Shawn was prompt in answering any questions I had.
Service was outstanding. Valet service is very convenient. Ask for Tammy. She is the best customer service you will ever encounter. Even the valet driver took the time to talk muscle cars with me for a bit. Service went through all the changes they made in detail. Great people, well managed.
Vince made it quick and easy for us to get in, sign our paperwork and get out with a minimum of waiting. We really appreciated that since my wife hates car shopping and the waiting that inevitably comes with the finance part. I worked with Buzzy from the Joseph Fiat store (also in the same dealership group) when looking at the car and he made sure everything went smoothly as well. One of my better car buying experiences.
Have been an Infiniti of Cincinnati customer for over 20 years having bought five new cars. The Infiniti is and excellent and reliable luxury vehicle and beyond routine maintenance we never had any issues. The dealership excels in customer service from initial sales to maintenance and convenient valet service. The vehicles and dealership are a great combination.
Ask for Al! Hes great! I wish I could buy every vehicle I ever buy from him.
Only giving a 4 star since I didnt go through with the actual buying process, but the sales staff were among one of the best car dealerships Ive ever been to. They had a specific used car I was looking for, but it sadly was missing an option I desperately wanted. Not anything I fault them for.. Really wish I could have justified buying from them, because their sales staff was top notch! Respectful, easy to talk to, and seemingly honest.
Weβve been looking for a new car for the last month and have had poor experiences at other dealerships. Michelle was a great sales person! From the first time we walked in to this dealership weβve had nothing but great service and walked out with our new car. Michelle was so helpful and great to work with. We love our new Infiniti!
I had to have visited at least 6 dealerships prior to bringing my search for a mid-level sports car to Kings Infiniti. It was the ONLY one to leave a bad taste in my mouth.Long story short. We arrived in the parking lot and no-one came out to greet us or answer questions. Some places brag on this, and I chalked it up to this, except, and older couple pulled up and were immediately greeted by a smiling salesman. Id hate to say it was a color thing, but Im not sure that it wasnt. We had to go in and stand in the main area for 10 minutes before someone asked us if we needed help.We test drove the car wed come to drive. And I liked it enough to at least sit at the table. The salesman I dealt with, Kirby, didnt even try to get me into the lobby to talk price. He told me it costs what it costs and thats that. No flex, no coffee offer, no nothing. Take it or leave it. Heres my card. I really liked the car, and would have driven it off the lot that night (The car I ended up purchasing actually costed more), but I did not want to give my business to this place.I love the cars Infiniti makes, but if I ever go to buy one, it wont be from Kings.
Justin Daniels is awesome. The overall experience was wonderful oh, awesome service department. Great customer service
Very good experience. The role I dealt with were excellent
Drove from Louisville. They had a trade in I was interested in buying. Shawn helped me. The purchase was easy and friendly. Easy in and easy out. No pressure.
I purchased on G35 and am now leasing a G37x. When I owned my G35 I had a very screwy problem and to make a very long story short it took them MONTHS to find the problem and fix it. They even flew in a factory technician from California for a week and still no luck. Over those months the car came back to me only one time to test drive and I got the problem to come back in a day. It was a VERY intermittent problem so you had to drive it a lot to have it occur. So after 4 or 5 months it was finally fixed. One of the O2 sensors was bad but it continued to read good multiple times. NO ONE had ever seen that happen before. The bill for the 5 months was something like $17,500. I paid 0$ and had a loaner car for the entire time, which also cost me $0. I could not ask for a better dealer. Also, the purchase and the leasing experience were both great.
Had a wonderful experience with the service department when I came in for a pre-purchase inspection. The staff was friendly and spent a great deal of time talking to me about various things. I will consider coming here when I decide to purchase another Infiniti in the future.
Ben there is very helpful. Great service and kept me updated everyday while my car was there. Complimentary car wash is always appreciated!
They have good cars and the dealership was great to work with when we bought our two (used) Infinitis here. The big problem is really their service department. It is unreliable, in all 3 cases we brought our cars in for either minor repair, warranty work or a checkup, they managed to screw things up, forget about things on the list or simply frigging lied in my face. One of the lesser issues was for example when they were supposed to check why two of the tires lose air and to do a tire rotation (besides some other work). When I got the car back, the warning light about a deflated tire was still on, the tires showed the same pressure as before and the same tires showed the same pressure. When I called them about it (not only because it cost $20 for the tire rotation, but also to give them a chance to tell me oops we missed that, come back in) I was lied to with the dumb excuse oh, the computer needs to be reset to get rid of that and get a correct reading of the tire pressure. How dumb do they think their customers are? I cannot prove that they never did anything with the tires, but honestly, simply the fact that they returned a car to me that had the warning light on and not checked the tire pressure checked is finally enough. I will never ever return to this shop again. Never ever. The car dealership though, I have no complaints about - they had fair prices and were good to work with and the cars were as reliable as expected in the last 4 years.
Purchased a used Luxury car there and was greated by a friendly staff and salesman. The salesmans name was Jim he was great. Didnt force a sale let me drive it on my own. When I decided to pull the trigger everything went smoothly. I noticed one small issue on the car and the dealership said to bring it back and theyd take care of it which they did. They worked with my schedule as well. Im very happy with the service, the non pressure sales.
We drove from Indy to get great service and a great deal. Steve helped us and was very responsive when asking questions on the vehicle. Overall the purchase was a good experience and I would not hesitate to go with this dealership again.
Not friendly, not helpful, service department is arrogant. Ive been leasing Infiniti cars for 15yrs (4 Q60s) and I go to Louisville or Lexington for service and sales.
My experience with Darrin Penrod at Infiniti Cincinnati was stellar! Im a stickler for amazing customer service... and thats EXAAAACTLY what I received!!!!
Shaun was great! He assured me that they would take care of us and they delivered perfectly the gentleman that helps with financing was amazingly patient and walked us though everything these guys have my business from now on!!
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! They didnt hassel me over pennies! Knocked $3500 right off the top! The whole thing including the test drive to two hours! Talk to Jim!
Do not take your car for service under any circumstances! First issue I had was when the lot tech parked my car blocking in the entire line of customer parking. A frustrated customer (ha ha shocker) proceeded to do a 25 point turn to try to get out anyway and ended up hitting my car in the process. Later my car was in for service again and they changed my oil accidentally without my request, did not fully tighten the drain plug, and it literally fell out a day later spewing oil all over my driveway and garage floor! Once having it towed to the dealer they simply put oil back in it and sent me on my merry way. Had to got Infiniti Consumer affairs involved to even get them to guarantee my engine more than 5 or 10 thousand miles in writing. Finally, shortly after the oil incident my car started to buck back and forth between shifts and randomly drop out of gear, especially downhill. 3 visits all the way up there and every time I was told that it was normal even after driving with the mechanic. Service advisor Ben flat out lied to my face after I shared a very person story about my mother dying less than a year ago and I canβt handle this stress and I really need my car fixed. He told me he and the mechanic both drove the car (one of them to south Lebanon and back which is a min of 18 miles not including driving the car around the lot). However, when I came to pick up the vehicle there was only an additional 7 miles on the odometer! Finally, it started to develop a very obvious loud bearing whine (all issues point to bad bearing in torque converter) and I though surely they canβt continue to pretend that it is normalβ¦ but no, apparently all the Q50s and Gβs do this and itβs normal as well. Iβm fed up and am left with no other option than to trade the car in taking a huge loss because even though the car is still under warranty, I have no confidence in it and cannot get the issues fixed.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATIONS!!!! THIS IS THE WORST INFINITI DEALERSHIP EVER. I SUGGEST TO ANYONE TO AVOID THIS PLACE AND MAKE A TRAVEL TO INFINITI OF DAYTON OR NORTHEN KENTUCKY WERE U ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT!!!!
I love this place! Greg and the boys up there take such good care of me and I didnt even purchase my M37X from them. (I wish I had!) From loaner cars to oil changes they never give me any headache and maintenance is usually done with in the hour or sooner, not to mention they wash and vacuum the inside for free while its there. They are all so sweet and the facility is very clean and professional. They have a very nice waiting room complete with coffee, soda and sometimes fresh doughnuts if youre there early enough! I just bought new tires from them and everything went smooth as silk, they even gave me a brand new 2014 Q50 to get to work in at no extra cost to me. If you have an Infiniti, or any car that you love, take it to these guys! They are wonderful and ill be a customer for a very very very long time!
In and out for parts.
Very pleasant experience for buying a car. Salespeople (Michelle and Jim) were very helpful.
Great service friendly professionals all around. Walk-on service without an appointment on Saturdays is great for a quick oil change and tire rotation.
Don in service basically lied to my face. I talked to him about an alignment and he told me to come in early Saturday morning and it could be done with my oil change. I came in and he straight face stated he dont remember talking to me or telling me to come in!! Where are all the loyal service men that dont lie and dont mind working!! On top of that he was very rude and unprofessional!! This is not the first time I had problems with there service department!! I dont know what happens to the other gentleman they had in there but bring him back!!
Wanted to exit a lease with Nissan early and move into an Infiniti. Salesman was great, but finance guy looked at my ETF and didnt even bother running numbers. Evans Infiniti of Dayton and another dealer in Columbus got it done easily.
Their service department is extremely helpful and the whole organization is polite and very professional.
Great service. The service person I dealt with was exceptional
Ive leased 3 Infinitys, the latest and last is the Q50 Hybrid. Closing in on the third year Ive blown 13 run flat tires. The worst is no spare and most times no replacement in stock. Try running on a run flat when the sidewall blows out. Been towed to many times. Feet freeze every winter, been to shop apparently no fix. Power steering froze the first year. Last week in a rain storm almost died with my son in the car when it unexpectedly hydroplaned on the highway. Thank God it was on a divided highway and we missed the trees. A 100.00 tow to get out. Cant wait until this lease is over with. Check out Consumer Reports on this vehicle. Vin number for the next unfortunate owner is Infinity Q50 2014 5N1ALOMMOEC510004.
A Dealership easy to deal with and to get Service done where they explain everything to you.
Very honest, low pressure and good vehicles. Not my first purchase, nor my last.
Byron Brantley took good care of us.
Beware of the service department. They wanted to charge me $1000 for what turned out to be a $70 repair. I have the receipts to prove it. Sent a letter to the service manager, which received no response. Get a second opinion on any major repair.
Brought my 2012 infinity QX56 into the service department for what should have been an easy straight forward DVD system fix. They had my car for a week and told me my Stereo receiver needed to be replaced. They replaced it with a refurbished unit and its never worked right since. They have had my vehicle for nearly 3 months because every time they fix something they break something else. 5 months later and my stereo is terrible to say the least. The only thing that does work is my DVD player although the sound is now worse than my 07 minivan. I told the service people it was bad and they refused to listen. Don even told me himself they would replace whatever needed to make it right. He is the biggest LIAR of them all! I wouldnt send someone i didnt like to this place. I am now traveling to lexington, ky to get it fixed. Please be aware of this service department. Nothing but LIARS!
Inventory seems high and your able to drive what ever you want.
I took my car in to get an airbag that had been recalled fixied. My car was working perfectly fine prior to dropping it off. I picked up my car today and when I was leaving the parking lot it became very hard to steer, so I returned to service department to have it looked at. The service person told me that my car was doing that when I dropped it off (NOT TRUE- And not noted on invoice like ALL other issues in the past) I had a leak around the steering shaft and it would cost almost $4k!!! I left in my car and ran an errand, when I turned my car off and the steering wheel went down with a VERY loud noise. I called Infiniti back and they told me that it was normal and when the weather gets cooler it will stop making that noise. WTH!!! My car was working perfectly when I dropped it off, now there saying I basically need a new car. Something is fishy, I wont recommend or return to Infiniti Cincinnati....I hope your car doesnt return broken when it is suppose to be getting fixed!
Great service without pressure. Excellent in communication.
Best Service ANYWHERE Any type of business. PERIOD
Rob was a great honest salesman...no b.s.
Not sure why 50% of all cars listed online are over priced. Used cars that is.
First off, the salesman (who no longer works there) was awesome, as was the whole purchase experience up to delivery. However, when we picked up our new G37 fresh off the truck it had two scratches - I understand, it happens. But after 4 attempts of fixing it, i settled and said it was good enough. After a year the paint started to fade to a noticable matte shade. When I called the dealership I was basically told it was no longer their problem. Took the car to a few local bodyshops and they were very surprised at the subpar paint job. I was told that there was no way this was done in a paint booth and they even pointed out some overspray on the headlight. When I tried to recontact the dealer, I never heard anything back; not even when I asked if they could simply take a look at it. In short, once they had my money for a brand new luxury car, it became my problem. No, I would not buy another car here.
FLAT OUT LIARS! We searched high & low for a Certified Infiniti QX56 in November 2014. Our local dealership tried to locate us a vehicle several months with our preferred colors and options, but never had any success. Upon searching, we found one here at Infiniti of Cincinnati, Being from out of state, I tried to negotiate the deal as much as possible before making the 5 hour trip as we passed through.Upon arrival, we had to wait a good while to get helped. Once helped, I asked about the agreed rubber floor mats & front window tint that was to be done/provided. Well, excuse after excuse, they dont throw those in.....guess they know -they got us, because we drove so far. We were assured everything was with the vehicle, headphones, tv remote...etc......to come and find out 2 dasy later that those items were not and they would not supply them because it was used vehicle.....now I will let you know the ad, states everything is there......So now we spend another $400 for headphones & remotes.being an out of state buyer, they had trouble figuring out the taxes which are very simple & also on our counties website. After an hour of talking with our county & us, they finally said the taxes were correct and the county verified the amount. ......low an behold, when they send the check for the taxes, the check is $126 short......so, I called our salesman several times and he was to have the managers call us back, guess what- we never to get a response from anyone......so guess what, they got us again. Now we pay another $126 for taxes we already paid in order to get our tags. Now we figure the headache is over.....WAIT...Its not??????Well, here it is April 2015 and we bought the Certified vehicle in November 2015. We have some warranty items, service issues that need to be taken care of. So we schedule the service with our local Infiniti dealer. Once we arrive to get the vehicle in for service, we discover it has never been registered for warranty. Our dealership here is nice enough to take it in for the work and asked us to call the dealership we purchased it from because they have to register the warranty. Well after several phone calls, we are assured it would be taken care of. So we get out vehicle back and a week later service engine soon light comes on and we have to reschedule for service. We call in for another appointment & to find out the warranty is STILL NOT registered. So, several calls to Infiniti of Cincinnati, to only get the runaround, someone will call you back. Did they not call you back? Well they are out today. I will make a note to have them call you back......Guess what?? THEY WILL NEVER CALL BACK. They false advertised a vehicle, and flat out lied!Luckily- Im smart enough to copy everything and save it from day 1....SO I have all the paperwork, ads of the vehicle, emails from the dealership to fight them for whats Mine, but unfortunately I will have to have my attorney go after them to get was sold to us. Costing us even more money & headache. If you dont want a headache or to be lied to or ripped off, I suggest to buy your Infiniti elsewhere!! This dealer service customers this way, they will not be in business for long and I will be surprised Infiniti would allow them to keep their license.
Horrible service department, came in and had some warranty work performed, they un hooked a cable that required them to keep the car additional time, wasnt give a loaner vehicle for their mistake so that inconvienced me for 2 days. After recieving my vehcile back it had serval dash lights that came on a road trip, attempted for 2 days to get my vehicle in for service before my cross country trip and was told they couldnt meet my needs and I quote he said because you didnt buy your car from us, that was the last thing I heard before i hung the phone up. Scott is a terrible service manager and is a liar I called and was told by another service represenative they had a loaner car sitting in the bay. I own a M37s fully loaded $55,000+ car that is still under warranty and was turned down, I dont plan on EVER returning to this facility.
Very knowledgeable salespeople, kind and inviting atmosphere
