No pressure to purchase, and the process was quick and easy. In my opinion better than going to a dealer, which we went to look at SUV and most lots didnt even have cars to look at. Truly a wonderful experience! Our trade-in broke down on the highway, on the way to the dealership. They actually sent someone out to pick us up! Once we got there, Nate treated my wife and I very respectfully and because everything was mostly electronic the process was the fastest Ive ever seen it. Once we decided on the car for us, it maybe only took an hour before we had keys in hand and were on our way!

Waste of time honestly.I test drove two different cars, went over paperwork and etc and at the very end they decided to tell me that I am not approved because my “income numbers” didn’t match.. First of all we should have went over income verification before even test driving cars… they did everything BACKWARDS. I went that at 11Am left at 3:00pm… went to Kentucky to TOMGILL Chevrolet they got me approved ! and was approved within 1 hour and I drove my brand new Chevrolet Malibu off the lot the same day… don’t get me wrong they are very nice and understanding people but they did everything backwards just to make stuff seem sweet.. I’d honestly say they are just money hungry. Because they tried to have me put down a higher down payment and a trade in.? No way. Just money hungry.

We purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Auto Sales in Cincinnati on 8/14/2021. The sales experience on August 14 was courteous and smooth. However, we were to receive the Title by no later than 9/28/2021 when the temporary tags expired. After a call to Enterprise, we were to have received the Title by 9/29/2021 via Federal Express. As of this date 10/2/2021, we have not received the Title.

Great prices on last years models. They make buying easy. Its nice to be able to review and compare all the cars on the lot before stopping by for a scheduled test drive.They made financing as easy as it can be. It takes some time, lots of signatures, and the warranties and interest over time always adds more to the bottom line than you expect. Not their fault, just part of the process. I think you can do pre approval on the website to skip some of the waiting.

We were car shopping for my sister. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We found a great car and they were able to match our financing rate so it was a win-win. They then took the time and explained all the features and helped set up the Apple Play system etc. Karen Greenidge and the manager Tim were so helpful. I cant say enough good things about this place. This will be the first place I go to the next time I am car shopping.

I am a new customer to Cincinnati Enterprise Car Sales. I was in the market for a newer used vehicle. Nate was my sales person. I initially test drove a 2020 Ford Edge titanium AWD and liked it. Nate quickly worked up (within mins) financing and provided best interest rate/financial institution with monthly payment based on my info/down payment. I also test drove an Infiniti qx50 and liked it also but it was FWD and I wanted a AWD vehicle. At the time I was still not sure what type of SUV I wanted. I went to other car dealerships and test drove other vehicles. I eventually decided on the 2020 Ford Edge several days later. By this time the vehicle had sold but Nate promised he would work with management to find me the exact car with similar miles from within their rental inventory. He explained they would run the vehicle through a complete certification process to ensure the vehicle met the standards to be sold. This process took less than a week. The actual vehicle I purchased had all of the same features as the other car with a few hundred miles less. Nate stated Enterprise would agree also to sale the vehicle at the same price as the 1st Ford Edge that had more miles. The finalizing of the deal took less than 1/2 hour. I told Nate I felt like I just rented a car versus purchased one. In an ordinary car dealership I would been there for hours for no real reason try to haggle a price and still feeling screwed in the end. Tomorrow will be one week. I very please with my purchase and with the quality customer service Nat provided guiding me through my vehicle purchase. I highly recommend Cincinnati Enterprise Car Sales if you are looking for a newer used vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I used the website to choose the exact vehicle I wanted and then called the sales department. They made sure that they had the correct vehicle in their system, reserved it for me, and then set it up to be transported from its location which was out-of-state. I was updated when my vehicle was at the local lot and ready to be picked up. I even got to choose the pick-up time based on when it was most convenient for me.This was my first time buying a new (2018) vehicle and having a car loan. Everything was handled very well and explained to me clearly so that I knew what to expect as far as payments. They also contacted my car insurance company and transferred it to my new vehicle.

I did a national search on the Enterprise Car Sales website and found the truck that fit my needs in Houston, Tx. I spoke to a sales representative in Texas (Kevin) briefly to get the towing and hauling capacity from the driver’s door sill sticker of the truck before contacting Karen at my local Enterprise Car Sales office in Cincinnati, Ohio. Karen was extremely helpful at arranging the transfer of the vehicle and the purchase. The truck was clean and has been trouble free. My only reservation would be that Enterprise did not provide records of the maintenance so I could plan routine service going forward. It is a great vehicle for my needs. This was the best car procurement experience Ive had in 48 years of owning vehicles. Totally transparent. No gamesmanship. Dave Bartish and Torrance Tolle were knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable. People might say they would never buy a car that had been in a rental fleet. Thats the wrong way to look at it. They get TLC after every rental and all the service and any warranty work done immediately, when it should be done...got a 2020 that looks new with plenty of warranty left and a great price. Our sales person, Meagan, was ready when we arrived to show us several cars that fit our plan to purchase an SUV. Interestingly, after discussions about trunk space, we switched gears to looking at a sedan and Meagan rolled easily with this change showing us an Altima we felt better fit our needs. We decided we wanted a white one instead of black and she found one in Louisville that had excellent mileage and all the features. We paid a deposit to have it transferred and went back a day later to check it out and do the deal. Meagan walked us through everything about the car and made it super easy to shop and buy the car. The experience here was wonderful. My husband and I came in to this location on Tuesday to look at a specific car. We had recently been in an accident that totaled out his, really nice but older, Mustang. Unfortunately due to there being negative equity on the old car, he could not get the car he originally came in here for. However, Samantha and Kim, told my husband and I that there was another option. A nicer, newer car. At first we were disappointed that we could not get the car we actually wanted. But when they talked to us some more about our situation and, honestly, explained everything to us, we changed our tune. Dont be deceived by the mere 30-45 vehicles on their lot or even the Thousands that they have listed on their website across the country that they can transfer over, because Enterprise can pull from more than 1 Million vehicles that they have in their rental service and find the exact vehicle, features, & color you are looking for! Seeing it in that light, they have the biggest selection of vehicles in the country. Extremely friendly, not pushy at all (I love the No Haggle Pricing), and I felt a lot more comfortable buying here than anywhere else with the way they back their cars (the 7-day buyback and 100+ pt inspection are great). People ask me if Id really buy a previous rental but the way I understand it, at least 1/2 of the cars on a dealership or mom & pops used vehicle lot are previously rentals that were bought on auction or directly from a rental car company. Id rather get one straight from the source since it seems like theyd only want to sell their best vehicles themselves & send the rest to auction to be sold at dealerships.All in all, Enterprise was outstanding. I highly recommend buying a used vehicle from them!

Talk about going above and beyond...Derryon drove 35 miles (one way) from Cincinnati to Springboro to bring the paperwork to my wife to sign--in a Kroger parking lot where she was shopping! They have great vehicles...not good great. They come with good options and are new model cars. I purchased a 2015 Camry SE..very nice. They even financed me also. Very easy - found the truck I wanted online, emailed Dawn and got the details. Went in and signed the paper saying I wanted it, then got it. Good price and easy, no haggle, no hassle. The only downer was that I bought the truck on a holiday weekend and it had just come in and hadnt gone through inspection yet. So I signed the papers on Friday and didnt get the truck until the next Thursday. But otherwise, it is a great truck.Edit: When I got the truck home I discovered that the jack and floor mats were missing. I contacted Dawn and she order me the high quality floor mats and a jack - no additional charge to me! How many used car dealers would do that??
