Overall very good experience. Initially dealt with Sean Lewis but he was unable to understand that as retired military I don’t receive a pay stub so he snubbed me. The next day I brought statements from bank to explain. He passed me 3 times in lot and showroom but wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence and passed me off on Dave. Who saved the entire experience with his professionalism. KUDOS to Dave

There bank kept giving me the runaround for 2 days for proof of income after I showed them the papers for proof. If they didnt want to do business thats all they had to say. Had me wasted 2 hundred dollars from lyft for two days smh. So I went next door to byrider who by the way has a better warranty on there vehicles. I got approved in one hour. So u tell me whose better.

The dealership associates are excellent. But the cars they sell you are not. First car we bought needed a transmission within 90 days, we figured it was a freak accident as the car had less than 30k miles. So second car after 60, SIXTY DAYS needed an engine. The warranty doesnt cover it and they wont help you fix it. Either pay out of pocket or its repossessed, those are your only 2 options. It is not because of the people who work at this dealership as to why we will NEVER buy a car here again. And i assure you, anyonr we know wont either. Awful experience.

Overall I love my new vehicle, but as a new car buyer I believe they should make sure the vehicle is what they advertise, the front running light wasnt working so they had me wait 2 days before I picked it up, not a big deal but I would think the oil should of been changed and the air filter was wasted so it should of been changed,they apparently didnt look at it, plus the interior wasnt even vacuumed, so after 100 on the oil change and filter, and 20 to get it vacuumed and cleaned, Im only hoping thats my last issue I have. All in all 3 outta 5

Experience was ok for the most part, they really reach out and call and text to find out if you want to purchase or not. But I didnt like the online process, all of that it give you real-time down payment number is just simply not true. Just go in and find out how much it will be is best. Car selection for me was limited and they needed more money down so I personally didnt get a vehicle, nothing worked for us.

I purchased a car from here about 7 months ago. The experience at the dealership wasnt bad at all. Andrew was my salesman and he was very nice. Im very satisfied with the car I purchased. My first complaint is they didnt take the time to clean the car before giving it to me. The car was filthy. I had to take it to the car wash immediately because I couldnt see out of the windshield. Most places will clean the car before giving it to you. My 2nd complaint is the car had wheel locks on it and I didnt know until I got a flat a few weeks later. I was told they didnt have the key and it wasnt their issue. I couldnt find any place under the warranty to remove the locks so I had to pay out of pocket. I dont think I will purchase from drive time again.

I came across DriveTime while looking online for vehicles and scheduled an appointment for the next day to what it would take to get me into a newer car. I met Sean the next day and explained what I was looking for and what I thought I could afford. He was extremely helpful with any questions I had and 2 days later I have the keys to a great new car. If I could give a zero I would. They do help you fox your credit. If you want to pay for a car that wont run for the duration of the loan. They dont do thorough inspections of vehicles and dont care what problems they sell you.

When I found Drivetime, I had doubts. Being told many times my credit was too low to do anything with. However, their showroom was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Lorenzo Harris showed me numbers on my dream car, but it was too much. After a few days of him not following up with me, I went to see what was going on. Amii was there and showed me a car that would work GREAT for my budget... since I couldnt get the money down that day I walked out. The next day I went back and with Lorenzo, Andrew and Amiis help walked out the door being the new proud owner of a 2009 Mercury Milan. The only reason there is a 4 star rating is because Lorenzo left me hanging for days after our first conversation. If it werent for Amii and Andrew being there, I wouldnt have gone back.
