They wont answer emails, they wont answer facebook, they wont answer the phone. I sent 5 requests on their website, and total silence! Either they are out of business or their customer service is junk. Maybe they need to take down their website!

I recently went here to purchase a hearse. They had a lot to choose from and most of them looked pretty decent. I got what I was looking for and the transaction was quick and to the point.I will also add that the car wasnt cleaned out from the last occupant. There was still flower petals is the back and I found a funeral obituary pamphlet under the seat. It was funny finding all that stuff. It totally adds to the conversation when people ask why I bought it.

Ads were misleading. Staff wasnt attentive or friendly. I dont think they work on commission because no one wanted help us. I guessed our car shopping was bothering them so we went right down the street to another lot and bought a nice truck instead.

I bought a van that they said ran great. Well it lasted 2 whole days and the distributor cap, button, coil, and ignition module all went bad. When I asked what they would do, they said theyd fix it minus the cost of parts when I called a second time they basically told me it was my problem. Worst dealership ever. Dont ever buy a car from these con artists.

Go somewhere else. Classic stereotypical used car salesman; lies through his teeth and does not negotiate if he knows youre interested. Do not listen to anything he says. Go off of your own intuition. Bought a hearse he said was great. Had to have it towed back to Cincinnati 4 times in 4 months, each time for a different problem, and each time paying for both parts and labor. The final time the car was basically totaled because of a major mechanical problem, and we had only put about 2,000 miles on the car in 4 months. All in all the car ended up being double the price after repairs and tows. He gave some credit for another car on the lot; one which trashed out after only 1 month. Did not respond to calls or texts when contacted to pay off the 2nd car. Terrible business. Do not give these people any money under any circumstance; they are only trying to hustle you.

Can you please safe hearse car for me until i get older and because i need to get somewhere by myself for little bit and wish my family lets me drive it to places and please dont give it away no way

Bought a car and the engine went out a few months later all he said was i will buy it back for 100 dollars when I paid just about 2000 for it. I got cheated for my first car and he knew it.
