Then checked out my loaner, nice 500 series vehicle. I received my video of from the service technician indicating all was great with my X-5. I had a great experience working with Clay and the team at BMW of Cincinnati North on my BMW purchase. I drive down from Columbus to check out a 650i that I found through Car Gurus search engine. I was looking for a specific model and features and this one they had featured checked all the boxes.I initially inquired through the message system on Car Gurus and Clay reached out to me a short while later to answer my questions. He went out on the lot to verify the car was still available, took a few specific photos to help answer questions I had and texted them directly to me. We made an appointment for a test drive and I made the 90 minute drive there from Columbus a few days later.The car checked out as I expected. A nice comfort thing for me about buying a previously owned BMW from a BMW dealer is i have more confidence knowing the car was serviced there and met a higher inspection standard than would maybe be found at a different dealer or private sale.Overall the experience was excellent. Clay was very informative/consultative during the sales process, and while Im not used to the no haggle pricing policy I did find the asking price to be very competitive for the car I was purchasing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a BMW, definitely worth the drive from Columbus.

Aatir and Ed have literally killed it. We walked in one day around April to trade in our Mercedes S-class. From the second we set foot at the dealership, we were treated as family. By May we ordered a 2022 M850i GC (which still isn’t here). In the meantime, just because of the AMAZING service I bought an M340i. Don’t go to any other dealer or brand. If you are cross shopping any other brands, pick BMW and come here. Aatir will take care of you, keeping you informed at every step of the way, if you build or even just buy. I am coming from MB, and have had 4 cars from the same dealer. The service, treatment, and everyone there has sold me on BMW alone. I drove from Dayton, OH to BMW of Cincinnati North to get my new BMW 330i as I used my Costco member. Worked with Salesman Clay Moorhead. I ended up ordering a new BMW as I wanted particular interior/exterior colors. Clay answered all my question and was thorough in helping me order what I needed and kept me up to update as to the progressive. He estimated about 8 weeks to get my car. It turn out to be 8 wks plus 2 days - right on target. All of the other people I worked with there was also helpful. I recommend Clay and the team at BMW Cincinnati North to get the BMW of your dreams.

Katelenn was great. Job was done timely. I came in to get a recall on my blower wiring, no smell now.I did not know my key fob said I had 800,000 miles on my car. 270.00 to get the computer updated. 3,070.00 to replace the trans with a 85,000 mile one with one yr war. I guess that includes the complete computer upgrade. However, I was surprised the trans was not test driven with the computer hooked-up. But yes, overall it was great !!! Thanks very much. Jim

Through the Internet I came across this dealership which was 2.5 hours from my home. My husband and I contacted the dealership and contacted by one of their salesman quickly. The 2016 328i wagon they had was exactly what we had been searching for and seemed to be ‘perfect’ for our used vehicle search. The salesman sent additional photos via text to my husband and it seemed to be exactly what we wanted. The one thing I noticed was a small cracked area around the gear shift that the salesman said “if that’s fixed do we have a deal” … to which I replied, “I haven’t even seen numbers yet” … the negotiating or more so informative process went on for a day or so. They sent over a photo of the invoice to which my first question was - what is this $599 charge? The salesman informed me that that’s an automatic charge that they (not ALL BMW dealers) charge customers for repair of exterior paint and leather. It’s no refundable and even if not living near and able to use their services, they won’t remove that charge. The salesman was clear about that. That was a huge red flag for us … but, we were giving them the benefit of the doubt. Considering the car was actually priced over market value, we tried to negotiate even the $599 charge to which they said that they wouldn’t/couldn’t budge due to all of the interest in the vehicle. We ended up sending a $1000 deposit to hold the car until my husband could drive the 2.5 hours the following week to make the purchase. The date and time for our pick up had been more than agreed to and understand by all parties. The vehicle had been described to us as immaculate and we made arrangements for my husband to be able to pick it up. He arrived at the arranged time today and was immediately disappointed when the car was brought up. There were several large, deep and costly scratches and scrapes all around the exterior of the vehicle. Given that it was a used vehicle, we expected some imperfections but nothing like what was seen. The “black rims” were flaking off in large areas due to them being “dipped” and not truly black rims, areas on the rear door(s) would need completely repainted, etc. the list goes on. Point being - this dealership was completely deceitful and untrustworthy. I get the portion of car sales where money is to be made, but for a customer to seek out your expertise and information from hours away and be lied to, it’s disheartening. This process has now set back my daughter having a vehicle to drive and it’s irritating. We asked for our $1000 deposit and walked. Being in a family where we deal with customers daily, this is never how I’d want ours to be treated. Will never be back at this dealership or recommend. They only get 2 stars because of their quick response in the very beginning of the deal, that soon would be lacking as well.

BMW of Cincinnati North is I would say the best experience I’ve had in my life purchasing a vehicle, and I’ve purchased over 10 cars in my life! It started with my Salesman Bassel Mustafa or as he likes to be called “B”, the sales manager was such a sweetheart! “B” had Patrick “The Product Genius” come pick me up because I didn’t have a way to the dealership. Patrick also did a phenomenal job explaining the details of the vehicle, after leaving I felt like a kid who just got his favorite to! And last but surely not least was Royan the finance manager, he was hands down the best I’ve dealt with in my life!! Very professional! If your looking for a BMW definitely go her and ask for “B”, and he’ll give you the same treatment he gave me! 10 stars ⭐️ for him and his team! I will be back and “B” WILL be my go to guy!

My husband and I purchased a 2021 X7 from this dealership. The advertised interest rate on their website is 1.9%. We took possession of the vehicle and not till I was reviewing the terms of the agreement later that evening did I notice they actually charged us 3.85%. This is almost double the amount of interest we would pay over the course of the loan.I called the dealership the next day to ask why were weren’t given the advertised rate? I was sent to several different people, one including the finance manager who told me he does what the managers tell him to do. I again explained my situation to the next person I was transferred to and I told him that we are very upset and we do not want to give our hard earned money to a company who is dishonest and we are returning the vehicle and are looking to purchase another X7 from another dealership. 2 hours later a manager calls me and I told her we’re were unhappy and we’re returning the car today. We got to the dealership and she told me that the rate I was given was a very good rate. She offered me a lower rate, but at this point we lost all confidence in the dealership. If they are dishonest upfront what else would they try to get away with during future service visits/issues. Again, we tried to return the car but the GM refused to unwind the deal.We have purchased 2 other BMW’s from this dealership and was always given the advertised rate. No questions asked. They clearly do not operate with integrity and we will never do business with this, or any Jake Sweeny dealerships.
This is the first car that I have purchased online. This is the first car I have purchased out of state. This is the first car I have financed. Any one of these firsts would have made me nervous. I recently purchased a used BMW from BMW of Cincinnati North and I have only the highest of praise for the team, and Brad Schultz in particular. This purchase was made in exceptionally difficult circumstances - I was arranging the purchase from Europe on the eve of my relocation back to the U.S., and needed to have the car shipped from Ohio to VA. Buying a car sight unseen is always a nerve-wracking experience, but Brad and the team made this an incredibly smooth and efficient process. Brad made sure I was happy with the car by providing detailed information, and also prepped it to perfection. This is hands down the most professional and trustworthy dealership I have ever worked with, and I intend to do further business with them despite the distance. I had been trying to get a bmw for a year. I had contacted other dealers and for example others took two weeks to get back to me on pricing etc and by the time they did get back to me the vehicle was gone. I contacted Aatir and within an hour we were able to agree on a price including all of the extras I wanted. He was completely upfront on what numbers he could meet and so I didn’t have to go through the weeks of going back and forth trying to reach an agreeable price. During this day and age time is of the essence Bc there are so few vehicles. He has been exceptionally helpful answering questions on the car features after delivery as well. The dealership also stepped up when there were a few hiccups. They know their cars and I believe they truly want their customers happy and enjoying the bmw experience. I’d highly recommend Aatir if you want quick straight answers.
Absolutely everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional.HOWEVER, for $180 I really thought this oil change would be above and beyond.When I received my car back, the car looked worse than before it was washed. No big deal, I just took it to the wash after the fact. Not great, but it is what it is.Then then next day, my car begins to give me warning signs. Turn out my coolant was bone dry.....I had to pull over and fill the coolant.If something so easy was missed, what else did that not fill?!
