If I could rate this place less then one star I would. We drove two hours to this place, based on the description of the vehicle I was looking at.(great shape, clean inside and out) (beautiful truck). That could not have been more wrong. A little rust, dents and scratches I could deal with for the price. Truck was bought from a dealer auction out of PA. Somehow has a clean title but appears to be a flood vehicle. Completely riddled with rust. Most of the driver floor was gone. Started the truck and stated it sounded like it had a bottom end knock, Justin argued the fact that they put 1000 into the truck in parts and that they would never have done that if it was knocking. I guess his experience in selling vehicles means he knows all over a certified diesel tech. Can’t pull the wool over these eyes. These vehicles are garbage. Stay away!!!!

Over many years I have bought 4 cars from Cincinnati Used Auto. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They are a great family owned business with excellent employees. From the friendly owners & Zack, to the salesman, and the nice gentleman who tidies up the car for you…they are all so friendly. They make financing stress free and the whole process very enjoyable. If you are middle class and looking for a great car at a great price, check them out. You won’t find many places like this around anymore and it is a shame.

Thank you Justin, Zach and Holli for a great buying experience. It was amazing how fast you processed our transaction. The warranty price was so affordable and gave me peace of mind buying a used truck. Everything was exactly as described online. I will also say while I was sitting there, I was very impressed with the customer service your company displayed. A Family Owned business with exceptional employees. This is not your normal used car lot. They actually care about the automobiles they are selling.

Terrible customer service and extremely rude staff! I was looking to buy a car and had my heart set on some thing I found online. When I got to the lot I walked around being followed like I was going to steal a car. Afterward, I was approached by a salesman who was extremely rude and told me the car that I had chosen was out of my age and price range and I should pick something more appropriate. That is putting it kindly. I told him I wanted the car, I’d be putting $2000 down and I wanted to finance to help keep my credit up. He gave me a dirty look and ask if I could afford the car and do I even have good enough credit to buy it. I proceeded to tell him I had a 750 credit score and he said we’ll see about that. I would never set foot within 100 yards of this crumbling piece of garbage of a lot ever again ever again.

Always go look at the car! I Bought the car sight unseen. Car had problems: Headlight and tail light were cracked and not working. $2000 grand to fix from the dealer. Wiper fluid bottle was broken and glued together. Needed an alignment and oil change (oil was over filled). It mismatched tires not good for the AWD. Car had body damage. Bumper and hood did not sit straight. I get its a used car but be HONEST about the problems the vehicle has. I called and told Justin he blamed the shipper and did nothing to help the situation. Would not recommend to anyone.

This was single-handedly the worst I’ve ever been treated at a dealership. Before I get into the review, I should state that I look pretty young, like high school young. However, I am a college graduate with my dream career in hand. With that being said, upon walking in and inquiring about a test drive for ‘13 Scion FR-S, the salesmen treated me like I was a kid. Unnecessarily asked me what I was paying with and how old I was. Before test driving, I had to sign a document of agreement on the limits and conditions of the test drive. I mentioned to the salesmen I wanted to test drive the car around the highway and on Beechmont to get a feel for it (which the contract said I could if I kept it within a certain amount of time and distance) He told me no and that he would be riding a long with me. The “test drive” was literally the next stop light, left turn into a parking lot and back. He had the audacity to stereotype me when I mentioned how loud the exhaust was, saying oh, I thought you would like the loud exhaust.Needless to say, this dealership was incredibly unprofessional, unwelcoming and rude. I would recommend against this dealership not only because of my experience, but because of the mediocre pricing in general on used vehicles.Edit in response to Troy:I am certainly reviewing the correct dealership. Kind of hard to forget when you were treated a certain way.You are correct, this was back in 2019 but I figured I would warn everyone else of this dealership. If your salesmen do not test drive with customers, then why did he feel so obligated to ride along on mine? I was definitely being stereotyped. Not only that, but the contract I signed was pretty much useless because he disregarded it and said I could only take it around the block cause it was low on gas (which I was willing to even pay for).Ive attached a picture for further proof, where you can see the area in the background that clearly match your business.

Zack and Justin were great. Zack handled most everything and Justin handled the paperwork. The original price was good. They held the car while I arranged a Lemon Squad. After the Lemon Squad they fixed a bad front bearing hub and while they were at it they replaced the other front hub. They did what they said they were going to do. No shenanigans. Occasional slow to respond to texts and emails but eventually they would get back to me. They seem to be very busy, probably because they are good. Zack even had good options for shipping. When we got the vehicle there were no surprises. It was a 2005 so we werent expecting perfection. Thanks Cincinnati Used Auto Sales!!! Went to check out a 15 year old car with 160,000 miles on it. First red flag was it was listed for double what the NADA value said it should be. Get there and it’s no where near the condition it’s listed to be in. The radio is broke doesn’t even turn on. Ash tray is broke. Head light lens covers look like someone took sand paper to them. All the black plastic trim is extremely faded and cracking in some places. The lug nuts are rusted bad. Rims have curb rash. Then I start it up and the water pump is leaking antifreeze and the coolant was low in the car. Couldn’t even see it in the expansion bottle.this place is a joke. They wouldn’t even budge on the price. LMFAO.

My husband and I traveled here because he was interested in buying a 2017 Chevy Colorado. He was originally working with a salesman Troy. He and Troy had discussed numbers on the vehicle. Apparently Troy, had to go out of town. So he received a call/ email from Justin Deltuva stating that he had reached a deal with a lender. Pricing was different from what he had discussed with Troy. Upon trying to find out why, Justin Deltuva stated that he was busy and didnt have time to talk. And if we wanted the deal to call back when we were ready. I found that to be the most arrogant, disrespectful, impolite, and unprofessional behavior in an establishment I have ever seen! We will not be doing any business here ever!

Great place to buy a car. I originally went in to test drive a vehicle they had listed on CarGurus. After driving it I told them it wasnt for me and I was going to keep looking. Zack, the general manager asks if something is wrong, I said no it was just too big. They suggested 2 other cars I might like from their second lot, so the next day I called to have them brought over.Justin was great about helping us with the cars, bringing them around and answering any questions. I was interested in one after driving it but needed my mechanic to look at it first. They had no problem with that and when my mechanic had a list of things that needed fixed Cincinnati Used Auto Sales offered to fix everything. When we went to pick up the vehicle to take it back to my mechanic Zack told me they did more than they said they would. After my trusted auto shop looked at it again they said indeed the dealership did everything they promised and more! Even my mechanic was surprised by the amount of work they did. I was satisfied that I was getting a good reliable suv for a very good deal! Justin made the paperwork quick and easy and that was it.When I need another car (hopefully not for another 10 years) I know where to look first!

My son just purchased a Dodge SRT from Cincinnati Used Auto on Saturday, 1 May 21. He drove 11 hours to get there after being assured the car was in “great shape”.Upon arrival, he found a damaged quarter panel, missing hubcaps, and several spots of touch-up paint.Okay, it’s a used car, and still worth purchasing, but it would have been better to have been upfront about these defects. Then, driving home, my son noticed the headlight was out on one side. He was already several hours into the trip back, so he just hit an O’Reilly’s to buy a bulb. $100.00 - ouch. The bulb didn’t fix it, so now my son is dropping the car off at a Dodge dealer to have them trouble-shoot the headlight issue. So, we paid $25K for a car that isn’t even legal or safe to drive, and we’re about to have to drop another $300 or so with the Dodge dealership just to fix this.Cincinnati Used Auto either doesn’t perform used car inspections prior to selling a vehicle or they discovered the headlight was out but didn’t want to deal with a wiring issue.Add in the numerous cosmetic issues, missing hubcaps, and damaged quarter panel, and it is all in all a pretty frustrating experience. The salesman, Justin, kept telling my son he could “walk away” as my son pointed things out to him that were not disclosed prior to his 600 mile drive. This is true, but given the cost of the trip itself and the one-way rental car my son used to get there it really isn’t that clean or simple. The headlight would have been the tipping point, but, unfortunately, my son didn’t catch it was out until he had left the dealership. All in all, pretty typical behavior for a used car salesman at a used car lot. We were just hoping for better.

Save time and aggravation by purchasing your vehicle elsewhere. The vehicle I purchased was fairly priced and they handled the sale well on the day of the sale. I had an outside mechanic look over the vehicle, took it for a test drive, and all was good. However, this dealership agreed—on a dually signed agreement—to fix a problem with the vehicle post-sale. Nearly one year has passed and the work has not been completed. The work detail apparently only resided in the mind of the mechanic who they said is unable to work for an unfortunate reason probably not appropriate for sharing on a review. However, any memory of what they’re supposed to do seemingly left with his departure. The dealership has never made an attempt to contact me to fulfill the work agreement. I have attempted to get this resolved a few times and my requests are met with silence. If you buy here, you better be 100% sure you never need to contact them after the deal is signed. Also, perfectly willing to alter this review if they make good on their promise.

The vehicle purchase experience was great. However, on the way home, the vehicle completely died on 275 during rush hour traffic. I thought we were good because they were quick to get the vehicle towed, diagnosed, and repaired...However fast forward a short 11 months. The vehicle needed the exact same part replaced. Which, normally wouldnt completely piss me off, but the mechanic TAPED (ie: cheap and quick) the part to repair the vehicle. We discovered this when it was taken to another shop. This cost us an extra 2 hours of diagnostic labor (so over $100 MORE) because that part was replaced, so we figured it shouldnt have gone bad so quickly. My husband called to inquire if they would help cover the over $400 repair, to which they responded sorry about your lock and most auto parts only have a 30-day warranty. Im sorry, but what?!? On what planet is that even a thing? Oh, its not, nice try. They almost had a repeat customer, but we are strongly displeased with this post-sale service.

Got a 2007 Kia Sorrento with low miles in the beginning of September and have had nothing but problems with it. After having it for 2 days the check engine light came on and has not turned off since. Within 4 months the emergency brake light came on and I was told by 2 separate mechanics that it should have been illegal for them to sell me this car. The entire underside is rusted through, brake lines are about ruined, hole in the gas tank and much more, essentially they sold me a car that is in way to bad of shape to drive on the road. I also can’t get any parts fixed on it because the mechanics said they refuse to work on a car in that bad of condition. I get that it was an as is deal but now I’m out $5000 and a car. Wish they cared enough about their customers safety to not sell a car in that bad of condition.

Was really disappointed when I drove down from Columbus to see a car. I asked to spend some time with the vehicle and was allowed that.. but no more. Even when I informed them I was going to buy outright, they seemed to judge very heavily on everything but my intent. Sad I wasted my time, glad I didn’t waste my money.Edit: I was clear with my distaste for financing against buying outright and regardless of the chance for miscommunication internally or not, they quickly have lost my interest and business. I apologize. In addition to clearly putting forth my buying preference, I was considering two separate vehicles, and spoke to only two reps, saying the same thing to both. When business is more properly conducted, its harder to find disappointed customers.Again, I would recommend dealerships closer to Columbus, or Florence. Both cities who welcomed a more intimate experience during the buying process especially with higher dollar values when you want to make sure you make the right decision the first time.

I would highly recommend Cincinnati Used Car Sales. Several weeks ago I purchased a 2007 Jaguar and found all the staff to be very courteous and professional. I was hesitant to make an expensive car purchase from a used car dealer, but I am very glad that I did. After providing a valid drivers license and signing a few waivers I was allowed to test drive the care by myself and was not treated with any high pressure sales when I returned. I wanted to take some time to read some reviews about the car model itself and more importantly reviews on the dealership. Both had enough positive reviews to convince me to purchase the car. Two days later I purchased and brought the car home. As a follow up I took the car to my local Jaguar dealership to get it checked out. It was close enough on mileage to get its 50,000 mile service. In addition to the service I asked for a full vehicle inspection. The car passed with no issues and in the words of the service manager Its a very clean car, you got yourself a nice one. My main contacts while dealing with Cincinnati Used Cars were Holly and Ron. I encountered several other people whos names I do not know, but everyone I meet was pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I try really hard not to write anything bad about businesses online. But these people go above and beyond dishonesty. Knowingly sell cars that have major major issues and do nothing at all to help resolve any issue. Actually. I take that back.... They try to get you to come back in to use their techs saying they will do it for cheaper price. No thanks. These people are why used car salesman have bad reputations. Dont believe their fake reviews. Theyre dishonestIn response to Troy. We were told that this was Zacks personal car. How could you master tech miss $5k in. Repairs. Which you wouldnt cover. Since you stand behind your product Troy. Explain to me how we bought a car off you which your employee used. Which your master tech checked out missing a bad CV joint and many other issues. Im supposed to trust you again? You cant be serious? You sell junk.

Back in January I purchased a car from them. There was a check engine light issue and it was noted by both parties and agreed before purchase that I had two options. Option 1, get a discount off the full price and bring it to my own mechanic to solve the issue myself. Option 2, for full price have their main mechanic repair it for free. I’m bad with cars and didn’t know any mechanics so I went with option two (biggest mistake ever). The next five months I call over twenty times to schedule a total of just three visits to get my car fix (mind you it was only supposed to take one visit). On each visit I am assured by an employee that the problem was solved and each time it was only a few days before the check engine light would come back on (I would scan the car and each time it was the same issue). The third time was when I finally gave up. Their mechanic told me to drop it off first thing in the morning and he should have it done by the end of the day. I do so and wait until an hour before they close before I call to get an update. An salesman told me the mechanic was with another customer right then but that they could ask him to call me back after. Okay. Wait another thirty minutes and call only to find out that the mechanic left for the day. Frustrated, I asked why I didn’t get a call and how I was supposed to get to work tomorrow to which the salesman went off on me, treating me like I was a charity case because they were fixing my car, before hanging up on me mid conversation. Next day I pick up my supposedly “fixed” car for the third time. This is when they really become horrible as their manager acts like I’m an idiot and that he would drive the car for days just to prove that they have fixed it. I don’t bother arguing and just get in my car to leave. I don’t even get eleven miles down the road before the check engine light comes back on.In the end I went to a mechanic my uncle suggested and the guy, hilariously, fixed the problem that day! So, just to sum up, it takes about 6 calls to get one appointment, that appointment will not do anything to help your car, after you buy your car you are an annoyance to these people not a customer, and they will give you the longest run around of your life to save a penny.

We recently purchased a vehicle and I was very pleased with the buying experience. Cincinnati Used Auto Sales has a very friendly and professional staff. Their selection was good and they were willing to negotiate with me until I felt that the deal was fair for both sides. I would recommend them if youre looking for a high quality used car. Thanks guys!

Terrible experience here and would highly discourage any business with these people. Went looking for a car with the intent to buy outright and was turned down since I requested a test ride. The rep said they only offer test rides with a credit application.. leaving us with the option to buy the vehicle blind and without any knowledge of how the car would run. Don’t waste your time.

My wife and I bought a 2012 f150 from there. The check engine light came on due to a faulty oxygen sensor. They fixed it and I cant complain about the sale process. Not pushy or your typical used car gimmicks. I enjoyed dealing with them, and would definitely be a repeat customer. I only have one suggestion for the dealership, maybe be a little more protective of your clients confidential documents, I was sitting there and seen copies of other clients driver licenses sitting on the clipboard for the whole office to see. But again, great experience. Very happy

Cincinnati used auto sales is a very friendly customer service oriented business. The sales reps are easy to work with, they are a family owned business and will work with the customers on what they want and or need. The one thing they are lacking is more customer parking, they are a growing and have little room for parking. Over all good experience.

I just purchased a car at Cincinnati Used Auto Sales and it was a very good experience. Ron Behymer was a big help in furthering this nice experience. We test drove the vehicle and were told to take as long as necessary. We negotiated the price and financed the car right there. I was especially satisfied with the interest rate on the loan for this used car. We drove it home the same day. A delightful experience. Thank you Ron.

Buyer beware. Bought a truck from them and was told to call them when we were cl0se and they would have the truck ready. (That meant we will go outside and clear the check engine codes). Buy the truck and the low fuel light is on. Stop and fill it up, and fuel is pouring out of the gas tank. Make it 18 miles down the road and check engine light comes on. Have it scanned and shows multiple things wrong with it. Lets not forget about the title issues. Called MULTIPLE times and was told it was mailed out last Monday, we mailed it Wednesday, blah blah blah. Nothing but lies. Finally received the title on the 45th day when the plates expired. Title was dated a few days before the plates expired, which confirms all the other days we were told.the title was on the way was all lies.

Ron was great and got us taken care of quick and easy. On the day we were there they were extremely busy and Ron seemed to be juggling everything on his own, but did an outstanding job. We were a little bummed because the vehicle was not cleaned up by the time we arrived (came from about an hour and 1/2 away), but understandably they had a big snow storm a couple days before, and as I said, they were slammed with customers and we were told the other salesman was out. With that being said, they made it right promising a full detail inside and out on a date of my choosing in the future. Im loving my new car and commend these guys for a job well done! My only recommendation would be moving to a larger lot. They have superb high-end inventory, however the lot is too small which made parking hard for customers coming in and out, and made their inventory a little hard to see. Thanks, Ron!!

A few minivans from this dealership popped up on the USAA car buying service I was using. We went down and the first van we looked at wasnt what we were looking for and ended up walking past one we liked. After driving it, there were a few things that need to be fixed before we purchased it. After fixing the original issues, our sales person told us that they found a few more issues with the van and they fixed them all without any prompting from us. On my way home after pickup, the van shook violently at highway speeds. I called the dealership and told them about the issue. They then worked with me to go to a tire place near my home and volunteered to pay for the repairs. This is the first time a dealership offered to have something fixed after I purchased it. The prices are very reasonable, customer service is exceptional without being pushy, and they are honest and up front about their vehicles. I will recommend this dealership to anyone.
