Upon taking delivery Emily greeted us outside and Eric explained the paper work to close the deal making it very easy for us to understand everything. Susan knows everything about the cars and went through and gave us a class on what the X7 can do and complimented the look of our car. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a car from the BMW Store. They dont make you feel important, they know you are important to their business and treat you that way. The BMW Store made my dream come true. I bought my 2019 330i Xdrive M Sport Package from them and Matthew Swartz helped through the entire process. I did all the documentation over email from North Carolina and only went to the showroom to collect the car. Its been 6 months and I have been to several other BMW showrooms since then but trust me this is the best I have come across. They have a huge variety and undoubtedly the best collection of merchandise if one is interested.I shall always have a soft corner for this place as I collected my first luxury car from them.
Matt Carelock has been my service advisor for the last few years. He is conscientious and communicative. When my car developed an air conditioning problem, he and the technician met with me to discuss the symptoms. Later that same day I received a video of the inspection that revealed the cause of the problem. I called and authorized the repair. The part had to be shipped from Germany and the estimated time was three weeks. With the current state of almost everything being dysfunctional, I prepared for a longer wait. A little over a week later I received a message from Matt that the car was repaired and ready for pickup. When I arrived, a representative immediately greeted me. The car was right outside, washed and cleaned and ready to go. The job has a two-year parts and labor warranty. Superb.
As former Lexus customer and now a BMW owner, the Cincinnati BMW Store has a very poor arrangement for customers who are waiting for their car to be serviced. Sitting out in an open customer service area with virtually no privacy or ability to plug in electronic devices is not what I expected. All Lexus customer waiting areas are significantly nicer. I would expect the same from BMW. The BMW store in Louisville is much nicer. The Cincinnati BMW Store in general needs a significant upgrade.Service so far has been okay.
Bought my new used car here with a trade in. It was a great experience. They gave me a good deal on my beater BMW trade in. Nick Norman helped me find my new car from the pick of the litter and then Jemar Dubose helped me finalize my financing. They gave me a good APR. Both went above and beyond making sure I was happy. Even put a bow on the top of my new car for the experience. I can get my car washed for free there 3 days a week. This is my 12th car purchase and by far the easiest.
This was my first service visit to BMW as I am an owner for only 1 year. Kendra made scheduling the service visit easy and actually fun to do online. Matt was so welcoming and showed me around the waiting area. Everything was completed on time including a carwash and interior vacuum. I enjoyed the video of my car from the service tech. His comments about the car condition were very useful. Overall the best car service visit I have ever had in decades of driving.

Went in to service my 2016 X5 last Tuesday, and let me just say the facility was AMAZING & the service staff was REALLY FRIENDLY!!! heck, even the bathroom was SUPER CLEAN!!! I went in for my brake light being on and it turned out I needed front brakes & rotors. My only issue is I am out of factory warranty because my vehicle is a 2016 but I only have 31k miles so I cannot be upset about this. My only issue is the price for everything ($600), but with the warranty for the parts and excellent service I totally understand! Thank you to Matt and the other service technicians!!! This is a 4.8 star review, again the only issue is the price because Im kinda cheap!!! lol :-)

I visited this BMW store back in June, and I had an unpleasant experience. Amy was the rudest sales person I’ve ever met. I was interested in leasing a 3 series and wanted to test drive whatever was available. Amy literally said something like “if you are only considering leasing this car, we don’t need to waste our time on test drive.” Well, I can afford the car, but I’m not stupid. She also asked many personal questions which made me extremely uncomfortable. Definitely not buying from them.

Mobile Service Review:I had a recall on my passenger airbag in my BMW. I havent had to work with BMW before since I have owned this car, so I wasnt sure what to expect. I spoke with a nice lady at the Cincinnati store last week where they set me up for an in shop appointment. I received a call the next day offering for them to come and fix it at my home instead so that I wouldnt have to make the drive. I was so thankful for that offer! Ray- the mobile worker arrived at my home today and was so friendly! It only took him 10 minutes to replace my airbag and he was so informational about my car. Extremely friendly and willing to answer my questions if I had them. Thank you BMW and thank you Ray! Based off a first impression with BMW services, you really shined! Ill definitely use more services in the future.

Overall, the experience with Mat and the BMW Store was very good. The only downside was that used cars are in such demand that selections were very limited. However, we got a fun little 430i convertible thats been fun to drive.

BE AWARE OF THIS DEALER SCAMS TO DECEIVE THE CUSTOMERS INTO PURCHASING MAINTENANCE PKGE WITH BUYING A NEW BMW.I purchased a BMW X5 about 2 years ago from this dealer.The dealers finance person showed me a maintenance plan that covers scheduled maintenance repairs and how much money I can save, but he hid the facts that scheduled repairs are only done if for example brakes are worn to dangerous measurements. The schedule is only a smoke mirror to sell you the maintenance scam pkgs at hefty price.The maintenance plan does not really cover any recommend maintenance, they are only done at very minimal dangerous specsDO NOT BUY THE MAINTENANCE PKG OR TRUST THIS SCAMING DEALER FOR ANY PURCHASES.
The BMW store Cincinnati was amazing!!! I had the pleasure of meeting with Tim Morrison who were very helpful, and did the great job. I did most of the leg work remotely over phone which included email and phone calls. Tim searched for and made the exact car I wanted at a great price. also made sure to show me all the ins and outs of my car before driving off the lot. He even contacted me a few times to see how things were going and if I had any questions. I had an overall great experience at The BMW store Cincinnati.Top notch quality and professionalism. Update: After speaking with BMW staff regarding the situation below, they were very apologetic and wanted to fix the situation. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and had a really great experience. The salesman I worked with was extremely patient and personable. After this experience I would recommend this dealership to those interested in purchasing.Unfortunately I was unable to experience the great customer service everyone else has raved about in these reviews. My husband and I arrived and walked past several sales associate’s offices and not one asked us if we needed help. We assumed we should go to the main desk for assistance. There was an older lady standing at the desk that walked right past us and looked out the window, turned around and saw us again, and still said nothing to us. As we were walking out the door to leave (since no one acknowledged our presence) we passed another desk where a sales associate sat and again he said nothing to us. Finally, a sales associate was walking back in the building and he said hello and asked had we been helped. We explained to him that no one acknowledged us and we left since it did not seem like our business was wanted. Based on the poor customer service we received, I would not recommend this dealership. However, we received EXCELLENT customer service at BMW of Cincinnati North.

Well, where do I start? it’s been a month, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to me……that MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP with no firm date of resolution. For what you might ask? Well I don’t know, and neither does BMW. I bought a 2019 X6 May 2020 and before I even had the luxury of making my first car payment it was already in the shop, twice, for shutting off while I was driving, in mid route, how scary. I received the car back within the week and they reassured me “the car was fixed” I took it back and within the 25 mins it took me to get home, IT CUT OFF AGAIN. I had another situation where it was in the shop, the car was running oddly louder than normal in the engine area. Took it in because the trunk rattles, all this within less than 30 days, SERIOUSLY?? I would think a premium vehicle like BMW should run, they fixed it, but I brought it back again because a hose of some sort wasn’t plugged in correctly. Now 2021 here we are AGAIN, car in the shop going on 30 days this week and BMW has no idea what’s wrong with there PREMIUM LUXURY, well over $50,000 vehicle. Get a BMW they say, it will be fun they say. This is my FIRST BMW and I am NOT feeling the PREMIUM LUXURY experience that I thought I would have. It was between THIS or a Mercedes GLC coupe, I should have went with Mercedes. I’m starting to have some doubts, I wonder if this is a Friday lemon model? I paid premium dollar for this car and for sure have a premium car payment, YET, I’m not getting that “premium car experience.”What resolution could BMW provide to get its, first time buyer back to that “SHEER DRIVING PLEASURE” they claim to have? Im just feeling defeated at this point and this “premium” car, at best is just average.

My service rep is Joe Gettler, who is the coolest dude you’ll ever meet, and the best mechanic in Beemer heaven is Jake!!!I had a problem with my GT from the time of purchase back in Southern California. There was a fluttering sound that the engine made, which I thought was a bit strange. I’ve been to numerous BMW dealerships all over North America, including Hawai’i. But after asking three different dealerships about my concern, which they all said, “nothing is wrong.” I gave up asking.This repair was for my rear differential and a coolant flush. When I received my vehicle, I noticed something different. That fluttering sound was gone!!! I can’t tell you how happy I was!!! I was fortunate to meet the mechanic working on my vehicle and I could tell he was the type of person who will go to the ends of the earth to make things right!!! One week later and still no fluttering sound. Thank you so much Jake for taking care of my vehicle!!!I will definitely return to this dealership for all my future repairs, no matter where I am in North America❣️

I cannot say enough about the extraordinary customer service experience I had at The BMW Store! I suffered a serious fuel pump malfunction in my 5 Series that resulted in metal shavings being deposited throughout the entire fuel system. This occurred after spending over $3,000 on a fuel system repair. My service representative Joe Gettler and the service manager Nick Walsh worked tirelessly on my behalf to identify and rectify the problem. The resulting repair involved replacing the entire fuel system from tank to injectors and everything in between. The cost of the repair would have been several thousand dollars but knowing I had already spent a significant sum, they worked their magic through the BMW hierarchy and were able to cover the cost. Without their help, I would have been faced with a serious dilemma. Thanks you BMW Store, Nick and Joe!

I emailed for info on a car. We had quick response times, they sent pictures and a build sheet. Very proficient. However, when it came to price I was told that my salesperson ( who was involved this entire time ) was out today and could not offer pricing to me that day. When I expressed my displeasure, I was also told that now the manager was out that day too, and it appears all pricing must go through that person... So after some conflicting responses, I decided it was best to pursue other dealers. I guess the moral of the story is, do not try to buy a car on a Wednesday, or ensure they have the necessary staff in place to actually sell a car... I really do not know how a dealer expects to sell inventory if they cant actually sell it.

I’ve now leased 3 cars there and they’ve always treated me great. They make the process so easy and are always willing to help. I cheated on them once and got an Audi - it was ok - but the whole thing felt so much more transactional. There were little to no options and you couldn’t really track its production on their website. Once there, they didn’t do much of a walkthrough and your car is just parked out there with a bunch of others. They don’t even pull it around for you. BMW is so much better and the BMW store excels compared to other BMW dealerships in the area.
Take your M to a local mechanic, superior imports has a master mechanic that diagnosed my other M & fixed it right for a wiring issue.Was misadvised by the staff here for a recall on my m5 & ended up with only money missing out of my wallet(diagnosis fee.)These guys will waste your time & give you the run around.

Salesman Mat Swartz and the finance team at the BMW Store enabled an exceptional buying experience for me and my wife. We were permitted to test drive a CPO BMW X5 xDrive35d MSport for more than an hour, which allowed us to evaluate its features and capabilities. When it came time to negotiate, there were no surprises - no ridiculous undervaluing of my trade-in, no $895 doc fee, no undercoating or paint sealant add ons, and no demand to sign a waiver of my legal rights. Five hours after arriving at the dealership, we drove away in the CPO X5. The buying experience more than justified the 500-mile trip from southeastern Alabama.

Had my vehicle in for recall maintenance, when vehicle was returned there was an issue in the area that had to be serviced. After going back in which the Mgr Nick had already noticed & also had checked into the whys, upon arriving at my appointed time, he sat down & talked to me also apologized for my having to return for the same issue. Just to have a conversation about the issue elevated my energy in a positive way. Of course as humans we are not perfect and make mistakes but when it is owned makes it so much better. I took my BMW 5 series to the service center on 12/18/19 after noticing condensation in the driver side headlight. I was charged over $700 to fix the leak and was reassured that everything was fixed. After a few weeks, as our Cincy weather changed, I again noticed condensation in the driver side headlight. This time when I took it in, I was charged $3700 as the condensation had damaged the headlight assembly. I spoke to the service manager, who stated that his technician may have misdiagnosed the issue in December. As a recompense, they will discount the $700 I paid in December from this bill. But, he can’t guarantee that it won’t happen again. I drove less than 1200 miles between the two visits. The headlight repair from December didn’t even last 1200 miles and ended up costing me an additional $3000 due to shoddy repair. Clearly, “BMW Experts” maybe an exaggeration for this level of work. Be very weary of this service center.
