We came to this location in desperate need of a new mattress but no idea what to look for. Jonathan started out by asking us a series of questions about our sleep habits to get us started, showed us several options and then let us browse while answering all our questions. He was extremely helpful, not pushy at all and not once did we feel like he was just trying to make a sale. We actually went to another store to see a floor model they didn’t have but came back to purchase it here because of the excellent service. Would definitely recommend!

Lynn was amazing! We came by a few months ago and picked a mattress that ended up being too soft for my husband. The exchange process was quick and painless and only had to pay $89 (plus the remaining balance of the new, pricier mattress and tax). 100% recommend. They do what they can to make you happy!

I really dreaded mattress shopping, its confusing, expensive and totally awkward. We were having a super exciting Friday night (ya know, going to Costco), so we decided to stop in as we knew needed to buy a mattress in the next month or so. Wont purchase from mattress firm. Margins are super high so they will just discount it until u buy it if you bring a quote from another company seemed sketchy. Didnt seem to follow the corona guidelines only once in the morning and once at night so be careful during the day they dont spray anything after each customer. And employees get paid heavy commission so they will just do whatever to get you to buy is what I got out of my experience. Hope this helps someone

With DREAD!Zach greeted my son and I as soon as we walked in and was very understanding when I explained to him (at a dead stop, mind you) that my day would be better if I didn’t have to buy a new mattress 😂Regardless, he listened to my concerns and pointed me in the direction of the mattresses he thought would fit my unique needs.
