Sales person was knowledgeable and took time to really understand what we were looking for and gave us a quote before we left. Full disclosure, we did not end up buying from here this time but have in the past for our guest room mattress.

The Original Mattress Factory was great and we are thoroughly enjoying our new mattress. My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and the Original Mattress Factory was our first stop and last stop. Nick the manager of the Kenwood shop was extremely helpful and explained how their mattresses differed from those you would find at a Mattress Firm. They even have examples where they cut open competitors mattresses to show how the inside differs. After seeing their examples it was pretty clear that we didnt need to stop at any other mattress store. The prices were also extremely reasonable.Delivery was also easy the 2 deliverymen easily hauled away our old mattress and box spring and quickly delivered our new set, the whole process took about 5 minutes. They were also very polite and courteous.I would highly suggest buying a mattress for the original mattress factory if you are looking for a mattress, they are very comfortable and very well made. Best of all it was made locally in Cincinnati.

I actually shopped and bought from the one in Fairfield, OH. Very friendly, not pushy salespeople although I believe they work on commission. I only bought a basic full size bed for spare bedroom with the soft top.Delivery was worth the $50. They arrived on time, brought box spring and mattress in and set it up. Very professional, nice guys. I would recommend to others.

In a time when many people are buying mattresses online, the Original Mattress Factory is the opposite experience. A real live person shows you the mattresses, explains the materials and how they are made. They are built here in Cincinnati by craftsmen. Cant be beat by a boxed mattress.

DO NOT GET A BED HERE!!! Spent over $1,500 on the king size mattress set. After months of struggling to getting acclimated and my back killing me.....we went back up to see what they could do. They gave us some cheap foam top and said to try it. After another coulple month of my back still killing me they said we had to pay a 25% restock fee plus the cost difference to upgrade and another $100 delivery fee for the grand sum of over $750.. Are you kidding me! What ever happened to 100% customer satisfaction. Go to another mattress store where they gaurentee 100% comfort. What happens if I pay the additional $750 return/upgrade and my back still hurts!? This part of the warranty was glossed over “real quick”. We are going somewhere else where they will guarantee comfort for a lifetime. I may pay more in the front end, but will be at ease knowing that another company will guarantee the comfort. This is 2019 not 1960. Read the fine print prior to buying a mattress there.

My wife and I went in on Labor Day 2018 knowing that we basically wanted a firm bed to help her with minor back problems. We were greeted promptly but without any sense of pushiness or pressure. Sales person offered to answer any questions, then left us to try about 10 different beds. After we narrowed it down to two, we asked our questions to which the sales person had all good answers. After deciding on one, it only took us about 15 minutes to fill out all paperwork. On that Friday, the deliverymen came, took out the old mattress, set up the new mattress, box springs and new headboard we ordered, and were gone in less than 3o minutes; very polite and professional. Very good experience and will be back when a new mattress is needed.

OMF is the only company I have found that makes a mattress good enough that holds up when Jennifer Garner visits.

I went in with high expectations after receiving a word of mouth recommendation from a family member. When I arrived on a Saturday at 5pm there was only one person working and she was already helping other customers.Had I been helped I was ready to buy a mattress that day. However I walked out of the store empty handed and am now pursuing other places to buy.
