My husband and I were at this Tempur pedic store the other day looking for a new bed. We had done some research prior too but still wasnt quite sure what we were looking for. Robin Lyons was the first to greet us with a big smile. She asked us several questions to insure she found us the right mattress. She was patient and not one time did we feel pressured to make any decisions. Im positive that Robin found us a mattress that is exactly what we need. Her customer service was top notch. I will start out with my wife and I will only purchase Tempur-Pedic beds since our first one 10 years ago. I travel for work a lot and have slept on many different mattresses and Tempur-Pedic mattresses offer the best mattress out there by far.This was my first time in a Tempur-Pedic store and I was not disappointed. I went in to purchase a pillow and left getting the pillow and a new mattress. The Tempur-Pedic associate Robin Lyons that assisted my wife and I did a great job taking time with us to try every bed and pillow until we found what we wanted. Great experience and we will be going back again when we need other bedding supplies like sheets.

Jennifer really helped us to consider all of our options and choose the best mattress and pillow to our needs. All the while, not feeling pressured to purchase. The whole process was explained easily and was very informative. There should be more people out there like Jennifer.

My partner and I made a trip out to get a new pillow. Robin was super helpful in matching us with the right choice. She asked us questions about our sleep styles and took note of neck pain issues to find the right options. When we need to upgrade our other pillows, well come back out to see her.

This is our third tempurpedic mattress, and it as comfortable as we expected. The shopping experience at the Kenwood store was very pleasant. Jennifer worked with us to decide which mattress would meet our needs and preferences. She phoned after the delivery to make sure everything had gone smoothly. Darren was amazing! So incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without trying to oversell unnecessary products. My husband fell and hurt himself earlier in the morning and was unable to move his neck or left arm, with strong pain to his trapeze muscle. I told Darren about the situation, he explained all of his products thoroughly, and the science technology reasoning behind it A thorough yet quick pace manner, as I am in a rush to help aid my husband who is currently in Mobile. While visiting from NYC, we walked into the Store at Kenwood shopping center just to browse around and walked out with a mattress. The reason Robin Lyons, she was really a gem to interact with. She was knowledgeable, and a ray of sunshine. The company is lucky to have her. If your considering purchasing a Tempur Pedic and are local to the kenwood location ask for Robin.

Buying a good mattress is a big long term decision. Darren Bryant made it a pleasant experience. He is a great sales person, no pressure and thorough knowledge of his product. Darren answered all our questions and was able to steer us to the best product for our needs. This is a factory store that carried a bigger selection than other stores that also carry Tempur-Pedic. They also deliver for free and take away the old bed free. The other stores did not. Highly recommend. By the way, we are replacing our 20 year old Tempur-Pedic bed. It’s still useable and moving to a guest room.

Visited the Kenwood Ohio store. Jennifer greeted us. We told Her we had already purchased a Tempur- pedic bed at another location, but it wasn’t a good fit for me. She was so patient and informative as I spend about and hour jumping from bed to bed deciding on what I liked. She gave outstanding service to non-purchasing customers. In the end I found a perfect pillow which we purchase and went away with the knowledge to get the perfect bed.

Jennifer is a great associate! She’s very wise and was able to intuitively know what I probably needed! Very satisfied with the pillow so far, can’t wait to sleep on it for a few days and see if it helps my neck!

We purchased a mattress a few months ago, the staff was great, and answered all of our questions.Recently, my little one accidentally put the child lock on my remote for the split mattress. Very helpful staff! Rhic was great at helping me pick the right topper. Although they didn’t have my size in stock and shipping would have taken way longer than getting it at another location, he was very understanding, helpful, and accommodating while allowing me to try the two different toppers.

Excellent service! Dave was working the front area and immediately greeted us. I could only describe the pillow I was looking for, Dave quickly identified it as the Comfort Pillow. Sadly, that pillow is only available in Travel and Body pillow sizes. But Dave suggested a comparable pillow and was not pushy to sell it. I am impressed with his customer service and glad we drove an hour to a Tempur-pedic store. We will be repeat customers next time we are looking for a product that is offered here!

I never thought Id spend this much for a mattress, but with the right information and expertise provided by the store manager Janet, we were convinced. We purchased the Breeze cool mattress technology king bed complete with the dual twins and Ergo Smart Base frame that move independently and monitors our sleep. Why, because my wife and I sleep differently. Im more of a stomach and side sleeper and she is more of a back and side sleeper. Additionally, the Ergo Smart Base comes equipped with software to monitor our sleep. The benefit is that the mattress will automatically raise the head up when I snore to eliminate snoring. That also means Ill breath better and thus sleep better. My wife will be thrilled to eliminate the snoring. I had already spent $3,500 on a dental appliance to reduce sleep apnea and improve my sleep and health. This purchase makes financial sense and health sense if you have sleep apnea.In addition, I wake up hot every night and kick off the covers, only to pull them back on later, and repeat the process again later that night. The cool mattress is supposed to dissipate the heat so that I dont wake up hot and sleep better.Finally, unlike the inflatable or even foam mattresses, the Tempur-Pedic uses some proprietary material to mold to your body and yet is resilient to bounce back every night for a perfect sleep every night.My final gauge of any purchase is the warranty. Tempur-Pedic stands behind their mattress with a full 10 year warranty. You just need to go and research it all yourself to full understand and appreciate the quality and warranty.Thank you Janet for your expertise, information, communication, and all of the time that you spent with us. We were there all afternoon. I dont think that we would have purchased without your expert guidance. Thank you.

It was our first time in the store. We weren’t looking to purchase today but Jim still gave us plenty of attention and knowledge regarding the beds. The beds are extremely comfortable. They are pricey but have an incredible warranty program and I’ve never heard one bad thing about them! We will be back in a few months when we are ready to purchase!

The store and staff are incredible, knowledge & products are the absolute best. Why buy a want to be when you can get the best? You will have no regrets unless you buy something else.

Our salesman Jim was very helpful explaining the different details of the mattresses. Since it was our first stop we took his information and went to a few more stores to check competition. They didnt compare to what we experienced at this store. The next day we went back and purchased a new mattress from Tempur-Pedic.

As first time mattress shoppers we heard nothing but good things about the brand. Upon going in to this store we felt the complete opposite. We checked out a couple mattresses and was approached by a lady named Jan. She was very rude and made the experience very uncomfortable after Saying that they were busy with people who were actually buying without even asking us any questions at all. If she would have taken the time to talk to us and give true customer service maybe it would have been better. We left the store right after. All together a horrible experience.

The salesman was so annoying at this store I will never return. It was like he was following this script and when the script didnt apply to me, such as I dont get hot when i sleep, i dont snore, and i dont want a matress that moves up and down, he seemed to malfunction like a robot. He followed me around the store asking me tons of questions and ordering me to lie on certain mattresses and feel things I wasnt even interested in. He wouldnt leave me alone so I left with a shiver down my spine.

Purchased a couple of different pillows the the comfort and support of the pillows gave a much better quality of sleep than what I had been getting.

We tried to buy a Tempurpedic bed locally, but when it came time for delivery, they postponed on us. I decided to call the flagship store in Cincinnati and Rhic helped me get our bed in the least amount of time possible.We are so grateful to Rhic for his knowledge and assistance. We love our bed! Our sleep has improved immensely! We can’t thank you enough for your time and help.

Not sure if Jan is a representative or a manager but we were just checking out some of the beds and came up to us and explained how Sundays are busy and suggested we should move along. Not sure if its because were Young and do not look like buyers or what. But this was completely unnecessary and rude.

Although we didn’t need a new bed, we wandered into the Tempur-pedic store at Kenwood Towne Center and had a very nice experience with sales person Ann Richardson. After trying all the options, we found an excellent choice and decided to take the plunge. We were told six weeks delivery, so I hustled about and ordered new bed clothes, had our room painted and new carpet installed in anticipation of the bed’s arrival. Everything fell into place and the bed arrived nearly 2 weeks earlier than expected. Since they are made in America, it wasn’t stuck on a cargo ship somewhere in the Pacific! The bed is extremely comfortable, does lots of neat tricks and we are very happy with our purchase. Want to track your sleep patterns? Get a new Tempur-Pedic and there’s “aNAP” for that!🤣😴😴😴😴
