This rating isnt for the store itself. I actually enjoy this store. I went there for a interview and had a particular position in mind and of course they wanted me to work something completely different. I felt slightly offending seeing how my mind quickly went to is this a black thing? Sadly the time I went in I did not notice any other minority workers. The manager quickly wanted me to work a position I clearly was not interested in. Yes I may have the experience but I am at a position now where Im ready to move forward, not backwards. Hours and pay would be perfect for a teenager.

I love HomeGoods. I wish it was bigger. But they still have great things. Got my doggie a cute champion rain jacket

You can always find unique,exotic, or classic pieces for your living space. Very friendly helpful staff at this location and especially the Kenwood site.

Surprisingly diverse selection of decorations, knick-knacks, and some furniture. Excellent deals to be had.

Some of these stuff look nice but you got to watch yourself some of them cheap made

HomeGoods easily replaces the Big lots that used to be in this area. I often describe this store to others as Big lots but bigger! The items that are found in the store sometimes vary considering it is a closeout department store. I have found great deals here including software, toys, office supplies, athletic wear, bobbleheads, and most notably wine. Some of the food items are past the best used by date or will be soon so if that is an issue for you, be sure to check before you buy.They receive regular supplies of wine and beer. They have a large variety of discounted wines, including brands often found for a few dollars more in the grocery stores close by. If you purchase 10 or more bottles at a time, you will receive 10% off each bottle (be sure to ask the cashier for your 10% off 10 or more). The cashier offered us a wine box to use to carry them all and make sure they arrived home safely.I always find something interesting and useful each time I visit this store.

Unique stuff as always. They had a nice selection of spring and Easter decor, but I was expecting more outdoor decor options. There was a lack of patio furniture, outdoor cushions, pillows, etc.

Probably my most favorite place to shop. Whether youre looking to buy...or not, youll probably leave with something. Love it!

I got a protective cover for the mattress that was 25 bucks little pricey for protective cover

And it is just like the advertisement might say at others you if you wanted and you see it you should buy it because they buy our thoughts and inlets and if you see it today it may not be there tomorrow and if you do get it today you may never see it there again so speed and purpose are important

Great experience for me! I went in specifically looking for a multi-frame for a bunch of 4x6 pictures. I found three or four different options which was perfect because I wanted two. I also found another large frame I needed for a gift. The prices werent bad - $12-$19 depending on size/style. Even during the busy holiday season, the check-out line moved quickly. Two thumbs up from me!

Goods for Homes.

Very covid conscious! Two ladies standing at the entrance with hand sanitizer, directional signs for spaced out aisles. Distances well marked at check out lane. Incredibly clean. My only complaint is that they seem less stocked than before the pandemic. However, considering how much they care about the safety of their shoppers, I will definitely go back.

I am in love with this HomeGoods store. We have a HomeGoods in Dayton but its very tiny. Although I always find something on every trip. I walked into this location when I left Dayton for a single night mini staycation getaway. I had read online that the location was huge. It did not disappoint. I was probably there for 2 hours wandered up and down every single aisle and found two carts full of things that I just could not live without. There was a wait at checkout. They did bring up additional cashiers to try and help the line move quickly. The gentleman who helped me was very sweet and kind. I had many odd-shaped items some that were made of porcelain that needed to be wrapped. He had a condition that only allowed him to use his left arm. This did not stop him from ringing me up quickly and efficiently and wrapping my delicate items with the thick tissue paper that they use for cushioning. I love HomeGoods.

Andre is one of the best store managers I have ever met. He is very considerate and cares about customers. He responded quickly to my requests and was helpful in finding things I needed. When he found that I am buying a lot of them for my new house, he informed about the benefits of opening a new account and savings that comes with it. The whole staff was friendly, just like their manager. Highly recommend this store.

The finds at this store are just awesome. Take your time and be amazed at what you see that you dont really need but buy anyway. Yea!!!

Was looking for napkins rings and a floor vase couldnt find someone to help me 🤬🤬. Went around the corner and found Pier 1 going out of business sales got a beautiful floor vase, cloth placemats, napkins and napkins rings. Thanks for ignore me close one door and open up a bargains for me.

Kinda over priced I think.... To me it seems like this is trying to be Bed Bath & Beyond, but a TJ Maxx version of it, if that makes sense to anyone else.... Some of their clearance items are deals though.... I feel like their clearance prices should be the regular price because like I said they are trying to be like Bed Bath & Beyond but they cant because their products are last season stuff or overstock from another store that they bought in bulk and they try to charge what that store wanted for it back when they had it in their store when it was newer and first came out you know....

Always got something to purchase. Got decorative pillows for the sofas for gifts for those that dont have Christmas trees up & gifts for little kids anymore. Can still decorate for the holidays & in style. Holiday travel mugs for gift bags 🎅💵😀

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! this place is so big! it is the size of a Home Depot times 10! anything you would ever need for your home is in here! the store carries anything. The service of the workers is amazing. They are so kind! i reccomend trying it out

The store is clean and large. They have a great selection of kitchen, bath, decor, etc. You can also get snacks and various spices here.

Worst customer service ever. The line was 7 people deep for ONE cashier. She finally called another girl, who appeared to have been disturbed from her nap as she casually and slowly walked, with the worst attitude, to her register. Did not look at me, just said “Next”. I’d rather pay full price and have excellent service!

I arrived at the Homegoods Rookwood Pavilion not having a clue what quality of comforter and sheets. Enter Joann Church one of the managers at the store. She was amazing!Within 15 minutes I left getting much quality than I thought I needed. She was 5 star across the board. Awesome. Totally awesome!

The African-American middle-aged lady working at the register this morning was really rude. She showed a bad attitude and no friendliness. Gross people like that should not have jobs, especially in customer service.
