Nick and his manager were super helpful and easy to work with. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and shown the items we were interested in. The prices here are simply unbeatable and they offer same-day delivery too. I bought two mattresses and a sofa set, and will be returning here for all of my future furniture needs.

Very ghetto location.I went in today on 10/02/2021 at 12:57 pm and tried ordering a futon.I was told by the guy working that they haven’t been taught how to place online orders and I would have to do it at home. I waited 10 min before I was even acknowledged and when he did assist me he came across as overwhelmed and on the verge on quitting. I will never go back to this location👎🏽

Very clean, put together store. The employees were all extremely helpful! With my son starting college very soon, I expected this experience to be stressful, but with the help of the employees at American Freight, this was very quick and easy!

They cant tell you when theyll deliver just be ready whenever they call. When I bought my items I was assured they would assemble after I paid almost$3,000 the receipt says NO ASSEMBLY NO REFUNDS. Never shopping here again!

The team at this Ridge location is really great. Especially Richard, he is really amazing! He is super knowledgeable and he helped me make a decision quickly (I was pretty indecisive before he came through with a bunch of knowledge.) He was very specific about the differences between the mattresses. Both Richard and the other associate were super friendly. If you need a mattress or other furniture, definitely check out this store first!

We walked in 30 minutes til close and Mike helped up look for a bedroom set and couch. He was super friendly and didnt rush us to pick out anything. We found the perfect bedroom set and couch. I would never send anybody to spend money at this location because these guys must hate their jobs or lives I’m not sure and if customer service matters to you go spend your money elsewhere at another location because they do have good deals on not so luxurious furniture. They are the most unfriendly salesman I’ve ever experienced for one and for two I paid $75 for delivery and had to return to the store to get missing screws. I get there and the taller guy tried to give me some small screws that I knew wouldn’t fit so I asked how can I be sure these are gonna work? He snapped at me only to find out that he didn’t have the correct screws again! I must have waited 20-25 mins to finally get the missing screws. The delivery guys were nice but one was in training so go figure he must have no idea what he’s getting into. They were just rude with me for their mistake no one even apologized or said thanks for being patient*update one of the beds frame broke in a month

Nick was awesome!! He helped us as soon as we walked in. Sometimes when you’re younger people brush you off, but he didn’t. He helped us with everything we purchased and was just a cool man! Nice sales too!

I went into this new location looking to purchase something for an at home project. I was immediately happy with how clean it was and that was topped with receiving great service as soon as I walked into the door. Although I did not make a purchase that day (because the piece I needed was given to me) I definitely plan on coming back very soon. The selections seemed really nice.

1st and foremost, this store is supposed to be open until 8. When I arrived here at 7 it was locked tight. Im here because my mother in law purchased a bed sunday, to be delivered today, from this store. Havent heard anything from the delivery company or anything. Upon calling several times starting at roughly 4pm and getting no answer, my wife and i decided to drive to the store. We called 2 other locations. 1 no answer, the other informed us that this location should in fact be open. We disposed of the other bed to make room for this 1, which hasnt shown up. So unprofessional, considering she spent almost 800 plus the 70 in cash for delivery. I wish i could give 0 stars. Never again, and I will pass the word along.

Delivery after purchase went well, drivers were respectful of narrow driveway and neighboring trees. There was a little confusion but Mike & staff went above and beyond and were super pleased with our new couch!

This place is horrible they are dishonest the say it’s comestic starch and dent but in reality the applicance stop working when u get it home and the fake warranty is not good theydon’t fix anything and they won’t return your calls don’t fall for the scram stay away I bought refrigerator and dishwasher neither of them work has not work for 9 months and no one from the warranty place will come out

They didnt have the couch i wanted so he worked with me and found one for 800.00 id recommend american freight to anyone needing new house wear !

I ordered a sectional for $699 and the gentleman who brought it would not take it into my apartment, stating they could not fit it through the stairwell. So I had to go back the next day and get it and my friends got it up there. When we got it into my apartment it was 2 different colors and I then had to return it for the matching piece. Had to takw off work 2 days to get this done and none of it was of my own faulting. I was very disappointed with the service of this site on Ridge Ave. I would not suggest anyone go through them.
