I went into the store not exactly knowing what I wanted. Matt was the associate that helped me and he made it so easy. He asked me a couple questions to narrow down selections and within 10 min I had found the best mattress for me at a great price. He was super helpful, cared and listened to my needs and wants and was all around a very nice guy! He’s great!

We were in a quest to find the perfect mattress. We had already gone to a competitor and were not real satisfied with the lack of help / knowledge. We had planned on going to multiple locations to get quotes. That’s when we went to Mattress Firm in Eastgate. We were wowed by “Mattress Matt”. He knew his products inside and out. He directed us to the mattresses we were looking for for the correct firmness we wanted. It was as if he was a college professor in the Mattress Industry. Super nice, super knowledgeable, not pushy at all. He made it so easy and no need to go elsewhere. My husband and I hauled our two kids with us for a long day mattress shopping. We went to all the mattress stores in the area. Mattress Firm is the store we ended up finalizing our purchase for our new mattress. Not only did we find the perfect mattress suitable for our comfort levels, but we also stayed on our budget and had a great experience with the staff. While most mattress stores were slightly cold and irritated with our two kiddos, at Mattress Firm they were kind and welcoming and very patient. The staff were honest, friendly and very helpful. We never felt like they were trying to upsell us. It was a good experience and I’d definitely recommend this store to others looking for a new mattress. Purchased a new mattress at the Eastgate location. Store was clean, everyone was very friendly and not pushy like your typical salesperson. Korey was my salesman and he was absolutely amazing, very outgoing and made conversation with myself and my grandmother. He made our experience very wonderful. I needed an inexpensive mattress for my dad. I told them what I wanted and was done in about 15 minutes. Their system was down at the time, so the salesperson said hed call when it was back up to finalize everything. That took maybe another 15 minutes. Easiest mattress purchase ever!

An altogether pleasant experience. I came prepared for a high pressure situation and that was not the case at all. My salesperson was friendly and polite as well as being respectful of my financial situation. Im very happy with the experience so far. I have not received my mattress yet so I will reserve judgement on that until I can try it out.

Korey took us right to the mattress we were interested in and didn’t try to pressure us into trying other mattresses or upselling us. My husband and I were shopping for a mattress for our second home in Florida. We wanted to be thrifty with our money as best that we could without sacrificing quality. We first worked with Samuel and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We picked out a Beautyrest Hybrid Plush but did not want yo purchase that day, so he gave us a written quote. After going to different places and trying different mattresses that were not available at Mattress Firm, we decided on our first choice at Mattress Firm. We finalized our purchase today but Samuel wasnt available so Jamie helped us instead. She was very helpful and knowledgeable also. I feel their employees are well trained and I recommend them highly.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS but feel I must warn other consumers. If you are looking to purchase a mattress and want any type of customer service, LOOK ELSEWHERE!After spending thousands of dollars on a Tempurpedic mattress that was to be delivered on an agreed date, Mattress Firm’s third party delivery company decided that they weren’t going to deliver the mattress and base to our home (after we had received multiple emails and a confirmation phone call with exact arrival time) simply just...well apparently they didn’t want to drive to our home which was clearly within the delivery area. Last time I checked, if you didn’t complete a task at your place of employment, usually that results in some type of punishment. At Mattress Firm, we were supposed to just accept this and move on...seriously!!After multiple calls to the Eastgate store to fix the problem, we were told there was nothing they could do to fix the issue, as they use delivery companies to make their deliveries. Other than “well I guess you can drive here and we can give you a random mattress to sleep on until they deliver your mattress in ANOTHER WEEK”, nothing was done. The store did not have any clue who had our purchase, as they stated they didn’t know who the delivery company was. (Red flag!) Customer service was great when you were going to spend thousands of dollars on a mattress, once you paid, you were just another number to them.Mattress Firm does not have a corporate customer service number you can call, rather you can only chat with a bot online. So if any issue arrives with your order, you are out of luck.Our only positive experience at this store was our salesman, Korey, who was just trying to do his job and his hands were tied by a greedy company just out to make money who doesn’t care about their customers. I hope that Korey finds a job elsewhere where his kind disposition could be used in a different way.In closing, if you are looking for Tempurpedic mattress and base, shop directly with their flagship stores or a company that does their own deliveries...because Mattress Firm will not respect you as a customer.

Jaime was our sales person at Eastgate Mattress Firm. We had planned on shopping around and this was our first store. She explained everything explicitly about each brand, including pros and cons. She took her time, was very friendly and it was obvious she knew what she was selling. We didn’t feel any pressure from her. She also gave us a few minutes alone to discuss things. We ended up spending more than we thought we would, but at the same time, felt we got quality for our hard earned dollars. The whole staff was friendly, which we appreciate!

Wed purchased an adjustable bed back in March. Recently purchased a headboard, footboard and rails. The bed keeps hitting the underside of the headboard so we cant raise it all the way up. Went in for some advice. Turns out we probably were sent a standard king frame instead of a California king.So while Chris was unable to resolve that issue (because there was nothing wrong with the bed), we were able to purchase 2 twin sets of mattresses and box springs on sale.Very happy with the products and service.

Ordered 2 twin lx mattress on the day before the mattress were to be delivered, I called and was told they would call me back around 5:30 with a time for delivery. I never received that call I had to call in the morning of the delivery day to only find out that they did not get my order in and to top it off I was informed the found out the order was not coming on Friday and never thought to inform the customer of this. After expressing my extreme unhappiness with the store manager and regional manager and new delivery date was set and was delivered. The delivery men were great to deal with, I just wish the store personal would have taken more responsibility in serving their customers as their delivery service did.

Ive been buying beds here for a long time for the whole family, and up till today I would have still bought from them. They were very rude with the way they spoke and didnt really work to make us happy. It was like they could care less if we bought another bed from them. The professionalism and courtesy is gone.

Overall it was a good experience. My wife and I purchased a mattress but could not make use of the free, powered base, so our salesman took money right off the price of the mattress. Overall the transaction was easy and handled professionally. He was very knowledgeable.Unfortunately, the delivery showed up two hours late, burning the majority of my afternoon waiting well past my delivery window. On top of that, they left a dirty handprint on the mattress that Im concerned may not come out.
