The sales process was great! Couldn’t be better! But if you have any concerns, you are on your own. There is an issue with the serial number on my stove to get the rebate. I spoke to my sales rep, Walter who assured me he would personally take control of my concerns. One week later, not any response from Walter, no response from my message asking him to call back. Manager Tim... a great person... also no response. Couldn’t be more disappointed in the individuals who seemed to be great people...

Seems like they had prices a little lower than big box retail appliance chains. Decent selection. Dont know much else. We were there around an hour and no one bothered to talk to us about what we were looking for.

My girlfriend and I have been batting the idea of getting a new mattress around. A couple Saturdays ago, we just decided to pull the trigger and buy one. Mattress Kingdom is very close to us, we notice the baloons and signs all the time. Stumbled accross a king size dream cloud open box mattress in the back. They were honest said it opened up in the truck. Them not trying to hide this was a big plus in my book. They threw in a free matress protector. Got home cleaned it off a bit, you would NEVER know this was not brand new out of the box. Never seemed like they were trying to screw you over on anything. Overall great experience.
