They were very professional and straight forward about what was needed and even sent pics of some of the damage. They were able to have my car fixed in 2 days! You guys reset the hybrid battery on my 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid (not exactly sure still what that means) and that took care of the sluggish acceleration problem I was having. I was starting to think my car was approaching end of usefulness, but your service reset my ideas. I had another mechanic look into it almost two years ago and they said everything was working the way it should. I was skeptical -they apparently didnt know how to work with the hybrid. My average mpg has increased by 7+ in less than a week, approaching the original performance when I bought it secondhand 10 years ago. Wish I had brought the car to you two years ago.

I strongly dislike this place and feel that I was taken advantage of. I have a Toyota Prius that in the beginning of the winter gave me the red triangle of death. When I took it to Overbeck they reassured me that it was the normal battery and not the Hybrid battery that needed to be changed. Not knowing much about how things worked I asked if there was a way that they could check to see if the Hybrid battery was okay before I put a lot of money into this car. I was told sure and then about 45 minutes later I got a call saying that the Hybrid battery tested strong. I had some other work done as well that was suggested. $1,100 later I drove away. A couple of months later the Hybrid battery died. Upon telling me that it would be another $3,300 to get this fixed I then called the Toyota dealer. There was a very nice gentleman there who informed me that in all his years he had never heard of a test that could determine if a hybrid battery was good or not. So it is my firm belief that Overbeck lied to get the money, more than likely knowing that I will be returning later. This shop is a sorry excuse for a business! Side note I did wind up getting the Hybrid battery just not from Overbeck. There is an awesome company called Green Bean and they actually came to my house and installed a refurbished battery for $1,400 with a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. My car runs like new! If Oberbeck tells you you need a brand new battery look up Green Bean Battery online and go to them. They are half the price and one million times better on the professional attitude!

I trust these mechanics explicitly - they are knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy and do a great job with my Honda Civic! Plus the facilities are very clean and the staff very friendly. They take the time to explain what they are doing in language I can understand, and always discuss the estimate in detail.

Had a great experience with Overbeck Auto. Brought my classic car in after being unable to resolve some stalling and low idling issues on my own. Overbeck was able to resolve this in about a weeks time. Unfortunately, while my car was at their shop, a small chip in the paint was taken out. Accidents happen, but Matt worked to have someone fix this at no additional cost. Quality work and upstanding business practices.

I have a 2011 Silverado 2500 HD. I am a small business owner and depend heavily on my truck as it is the only vehicle we have for pickup and deliveries. Prior to bringing it to Overecks Auto Service it had been worked on by 3 different garages. One was a Chevrolet dealership they had attempted to fix the problem three different times. I even had a second Chevrolet dealership refuse to even look at it knowing its history. I am happy to say my truck is fixed and had no further issues. David, Andy and Matt have been a pleasure to work with and I will take my vehicle nowhere else in the future.

Absolutely the best, most honest, friendliest organization I have ever dealt with. In a world of shady, out to get you service departments ( believe me I have had my share of experiences with many of them) Overbecks is the exact opposite. Complete explanations and honest evaluation of problems are what you will get here. I know enough to know when I am being played. This is a first class organization and now consider them my trusted mechanic.

From the initial contact, I felt very comfortable working with your company. Everything was explained clearly, work was done as promised, the shop was clean and the people were friendly. Note that I drove down from Columbus to have the hybrid battery on my Prius replaced here with one from Dorman - saved several hundred dollars over the local dealers quote and got triple the warranty. I only wish this shop were closer to where I live - youd have all my business!

Another shop told me I needed $4000 for a new battery and catalytic converter for my 2000 Honda Insight. After resetting the idiot lights, Matt told me nothing was wrong with the car and Ive driven it for almost a year now and the battery and converter are still fine. Ill never go any where else!

I brought my 2007 Toyota Prius in, and they charged me $670 for a spark plug change. I did not know much about cars, & I assumed that this was normal until later. Then they charged me $220 to put gas in my car. They kept running tests on it and charging fees which did not fun the problem. After sinking almost $2000 into it, i went to another place.The problem: turned out it was animals chewed through part of the wiring to the computer in the Prius, a $80 fix tops.I would highly recommend another place if you want honest work done on your car.Crooked managers and lying mechanics.
