I had an appointment for Thursday at 10 am. I arrived 10 minutes early only to be told I had no appointment. The woman was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help rectify the situation. This was my only off day to get this done but she looked at me with very little understanding. Do go elsewhere for repairs. It is in Lower Price Hill. Need I say more. Rude, rude, rude...Response to reply: My car IS NOT currently at this shop. I am taking my car to another business. Whoever informed you is a liar or you are posting false information. However, I stand my review. That is that! AND I never spoke with Matt just the rude woman at the desk. Somebody is lying. I smell a rat. SMH
Extremely poor customer service. Very rude front desk worker. Gerber called me and said I could get an estimate. Once there, front desk worker laughed at me and said there wouldnโt be any time to look at it at all, even though it was just a fender bender....she did not care, had no empathy at all, and did not even ask to schedule another time.
Took my car here after an accident. They did a horrible job. I went back and gave them an opportunity to fix it. They attempted to fix it and it was only slightly better. Im having to go to another shop to get what they did fixed. Bubbles and dirt in the paint and orange peel. I had a 500 dollar paint job that was better quality. I have been dealing with this for two months. Can post pictures

I had my 2015 Toyota Highlander repaired and they did a GREAT job. Ive been to Performance Collision and Joseph Collision and I must say that they are substandard compared to Gerber. They work quickly and care about their costumers. They kept me informed via email and made everything so easy, even with getting me into my rental. Unfortunately, my son hit my car while riding his bike so Ill need my paint touched up again. I will be taking it back to Gerber. Please give them a try, you wont be disappointed. Better than the Dealer Auto body shops.
Absolute garbage company. They had to replace bumper cover on Forester. Only $895 Job. The bumper was loose. Not properly installed. And there was overspray paint all over the lower black plastic. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They couldnt even handle a simple bumper cover. Worse than the carstar that used to be there. Months later Im still unhappy with final paint and bumper guard is coming unglued.
33 U.S. Code ยงโฏ931. Thats the law I was talking about with nick kolde a few minutes ago. Our car is in this shop because usaa recommended them. My fiance got the estimate yesterday afternoon, and gave them a courtesy call to let them know she would be in touch after speaking with me about it. The response? Talk to your husband, your brother, your dad, or whoever, we need to get started on this because your insurance company wont pay for the rental car if we wait. Today, I called usaa adjuster. Left voice mail and requested call back at lunch. My fiance got email from nick kolde around 3 stating he needed to tell usaa whats going on. I called and asked for nick around 5 to let him know Im waiting on call back from adjuster, Ill follow up immediately afterward. He told me I am your adjuster to which I asked, are you telling me that youre an adjuster for usaa? And he said he was. I reminded him that its a felony to misrepresent yourself as an insurance adjuster without a license, and he told me that he was hanging up. He followed through.Why is this relevant? Because most people would believe that he was authorized to make decisions on a claim. My mother would believe it. This is not the case, and is wholeheartedly dishonest. Not appraiser he said adjuster, just to throw that out there. Ive been around the insurance world long enough to know that he cant adjust a claim and be the manager of the repair shop at which the repairs are to be done. Ill be filing a complaint with any relevant entities I can find in the interest of helping rectify this injustice. This is an ethically disgusting practice, and one that CAN NOT be allowed to stand.
Maybe the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I have had a service vehicle there for 4 months now. Vehicle was towed there October 25th 2017. On November 11th my insurance company issued a check for 11k to repair damages from a deer hit. The last 2 months I have been told lie after lie after lie. Yesterday our company was fed another line of B.S. about how the appraiser quit and just NOW are starting the job. DO NOT TAKE a vehicle here.

Will Never go here again Liers told the claims office an insurance 4 different stories didnt fix all that needed to be fixed an put a big scratch on my car that wasnt there takin it down there have before an after pictures of my car
