So far so good, had tires put on today I havent notice if they really did a great job yet, though I left a lil tip as if they did. Sometimes later I find out I was treated as if Im not 1 of the gang and the service wasnt as of quality as if I was 1, you know what I mean? Flat tire that needed . They replaced, patched a tire with a nail in it, and charged a fee that was minimal. Great service!

SCAMMERS!!Got an alignment and when I got my truck back it was all over the road, there was all kinds of play in the steering wheel, spent $600 and got my truck back worse than when I brought in. Theyve always been so helpful. Ive had lots of difficult types of keys made and their prices are very good. They even make skeleton keys.

Manager was pleasant despite getting an unexpected rush of customers, and I was thankfully able to get in for two new tires during their last hour of business. Altogether I was there only about 40 minutes, very much appreciate being able to get in and out like that.

Helped me out of a bind, when another shop would not help fix a flat. And worked out to be a better price then what the other place was trying to tell me I needed. Staff was all so very helpful.

My experience with Delhi Auto-Pro was not a positive one. I do not want to give them any stars, because of the dishonesty I experienced as a customer (although Google requires me to provide at least one star). My car was in need of an oil change, and I was mailed a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation, so I took advantage of the 24.95 deal. I picked up my car, and later that evening I saw oil leaking from my car. I figured it was some residual oil that was dripping from the oil pan, and that itd eventually stop. It did not. I took it in, to see what was the matter, I was told that they were aware of the leak, and had expressed their concern to me when I had brought it in for the oil change (not only had I not remembered this conversation, but the details of my leak were found nowhere on my invoice). So, they proceeded to offer help in finding the source of the leak, wanting to charge me 59.95 for a diagnostic procedure. I didnt bite. The leak was not there before the oil change, and now it was. My father-in-law, who worked as a mechanic for many years, inspected the pan and found its source...the oil pan drain bolt. I will now take my car to Walt Sweeney Ford so I can get this fixed. A note to Delhi Auto-Pro, if someone points out an error in your service, move to resolve the issue in a productive and timely manner. I understand mistakes happen, but you lost a customer from your lack of good customer service.

I called the auto service and chip wasnt in but the gentlemen on the phone said to bring my truck up and he would look at it with a free brake inspection. I brought my truck up at 8 am and chip did the inspection told me he would call me in about an hr he called and told me the problems and what it needed in short everything was done by 4 pm and wasnt very expensive they were very professional I found a new place to get my truck repaired you guys are great thank you so much

Took care of brake issues.

I stopped in here 4/20/2016 and I was told my starter was out. I had another mechanic look at it and he showed me the corrosion on the connection to the battery. Good year knew this and didnt even mention it!God year also changed my oil that day and charged me extra to top off fluids that were never topped off as the 2nd mechanic showed me as well!!I had connections cleaned and its been fine ever since.I will never return!

Its discussing how they charged over $500 for a power steering pump and the noise still was there and all the mechanic did was tighten the alternator belt that that fitted 2weeks ago,its standard procedure that the new belt settles in, all caught on dashcam and the staff and noise were clearly hear after fitting the power steering pump that noise was still there,they should have put his back in,MLCrider on YouTube 370,000 views 4 months ago shame Delhi auto shame

Honest guys. My wife took her car to a local Firestone store and said the rattle in the front end was about $890 worth of work. I took it to these guys and the $890 rattle turned out to be a broken shock. Saved me a bundle. This place is a gem for the westside.

Great deal on Michelin tires

Had tread separation on one the tires on my fleet vehicle. Really needed it for an appointnent the next afternoon that was over an hour away. Not only did they get it done before my trip, they got it done the same day. Ill likely be taking my personal vehicles there in the future.
