This was the first time we took our newly purchased 2014 Accent in for Service- yet they treated us like long-standing customers. Nathan was great: Fit us into a busy schedule, got everything checked out, tweaked the steering to spec, and changed the oil. Were very happy and will be back.

Where do I start? I called Wednesday and stated that I would need an oil change and my car looked at again where it had been rear ended. I was told I could drop it off Thursday evening and pick it up Saturday, since I wouldn’t be able to get it on Friday. I get a call on Friday stating the diagnostic would cost around $115, but wouldn’t be able to do that, as they were busy. The oil change, they would get to later that Friday afternoon. Go to get my car between 9-9:30 am today. Not only did the young man not know where my keys were, he didn’t know what my car needed to be seen for. He asked he were they under a Ruth Johnson? I said, no. He had to make call to find out where my keys were at? Mind you, my oil change was never done, neither did they offer to do it. My sticker from the previous dealership is still in the window. I am new to the city, this is definitely not good. I have only taken my car to the dealership. Lets just say, lesson learned.

It was terrible they said I had a nest in my electrical box I didnt they planted fake nest . All they said was 125 an hour . I have extended warranty,all I wanted them to fix the RECALL problemI took it to another dealer they fix it . The nest truck dont work on me ....

I made an appointment, took time off from work and came in to have a part ordered. They said they would call when the part arrived to schedule installation. After 3 weeks and no call, I called to follow up. They had no record that I was ever there and asked me to come back to do the same thing again. I showed the email from where I was originally scheduled but they still could not locate any record that I had been there. Its annoying to take time off again to repeat the process, and it is difficult to imagine how they lost all evidence of my original visit. Waiting to see how the second appointment goes...

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! I came here in October and they tried to tell me I had a transmission problem when I knew I had an engine problem because I had the same issue previously. They told me I would probably need to replace the transmission ($1,000). I fixed the engine problem myself with parts I bought for $20. Haven’t had any issues since. Fast forward to today and my airbag light is on. I took it to a mom and pop shop to get a diagnosis because they wouldn’t charge me, whereas the dealership would charge me over $100 just to look at it. Once we figured out the problem I called all three dealerships in the area to ask about the warranty and get second opinions. Superior North and Kerry Hyundai both went out of their way to search my VIN number and see if the part would be under warranty. When I called Superior South Will answered the phone and he told me that there was absolutely no warranty - he wouldn’t even look it up like the other dealerships or give me an explanation as to why and I told him that the other dealerships said that there was a warranty. He just kept telling me no there’s no warranty. He was extremely rude and unwilling to help me. I tried to give this location a second chance but they don’t care about helping you and are just after your money. Needless to say I’m taking my business to Superior North and Kerry!
