Bought a used 2015 Kia Soul in April 2021. I was told it was a one owner vehicle who has all serviced done at that location and it was in great shape and they did a full inspection upon selling. Few months in it started making a knocking sound and the oil was low 2k miles before due for an oil change. Check engine light came on and we took it in. What was wrong with it ended up being covered but they told us there was 700 dollars worth of other work that needed done. All basic maintenance. Why didn’t the dealership at superior do any of this? Then here we are 2k miles again before an oil change is due and the same exact problem. My thing is, if it was a one owner vehicle and she always had it serviced at this location I can almost guarantee that this was an issue before we bought it and they just didn’t feel like fixing it before selling. I’m so sick and tired of dealerships not taking pride in their used cars and making sure everything is fixed and ready to go before a sale. Regular things with used cars are a given and stuff happens. But we have us this vehicle for 6 months now and this is the second time it’s in the shop. 12k for a used 2015 Kia Soul we were promised was in great condition... what a bunch of crooks and liars.
Recently got my second Kia from Superior! So, obviously I was satisfied enough with my first Kia experience.A few years ago,.during a cold call initiated by me, the salesman Amos offered to pick me from my job and drive me over to the dealership. I ended up getting a great deal on a Forte. When it was time for a new car this year, Amos reached out and I went back to see him. The Kia Forte runs well and is great on gas so I stuck with it. I am just as satisfied now as I was the first time. Superior Kia and Amos may have a lifetime customer right here.
Thank you Chris and Brian for taking such good care of us. We test drove a couple of cars that did not work out, however, Chris reached back out to us with another car of the make and model we were looking for that was a perfect fit. He was very patient with us - as we’re still new to this whole car buying thing - and made sure we were well informed about our purchase. I’m so glad that we came back to Superior Kia because we found the exact car we’d been looking for! These past couple of weeks we’d been to a few dealerships, and Chris was by far the nicest and least pushiest salesman we’d encountered. I made an appointment to come in and look at a Niro. I know that everywhere is short on new cars which is why I called ahead and set up an appointment. My appointment was with Ben. He told me that they only had one that I could drive. The last four digits of the VIN were 7562.When I got there no one knew what I was talking about. They said that the manager has that car and took it home. No one apologized, or offer any real explanation. I was treated like I was some guy that walked in off the street making demands.I had an appointment. I had a specific car I was scheduled to look at. Poor customer service.

Very friendly and accommodating worked to try and meet my needs for payments I could afford monthly. I purchased a Kia Soul which is so much easier to get in and out of from my previous auto a Nissan Sentra which sat so low to the ground.
Had a recall issue in our 2011 Sorrento. Easily made appointment with John. Said it would take about an hour and it was actually a little less. Comfortable waiting area. Everyone was polite and friendly. Morris, who received my car when i arrived, was welcoming and friendly.

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR FINAL PAPER WORK .we worked our deal they where down $400 so the salesman and the finance guy changed the numbers on the trade in price agreement to there advantage to get there $400 back with trust and lack of close attention on my part I WAS HUSTLED. I contacted the salesman about reimbursement and he said it was not happening that its my fault for not paying close attention.salesman Mitchell.

So today I took my car to get recall work done ( I just got the vehicle 5/25) anyway everyone was helpful and kind EVEN though it was 7am!! Now that’s my kind of service. *and I think I owe someone breakfast the next time I come* 😊
I walked in to the Kia dealership through the door facing south and stood in the lobby for 7 minutes with no help. Walked around to the door on the opposite side and walked in and stood there for another 10 minutes. In the whole 17 minutes of me being at the dealership not one person asked me if I needed help or even how I was doing. I had an appointment to come in around 6 pm. Just for context I am a young black male with dreadlocks. There were about 6 men working maybe 3 of them had customers but the others were either standing around or at a computer. I drove 30 minutes to the dealership after speaking to Pennie and letting her know I’d be there, just to be ignored while I stood there patiently waiting for help. It isn’t my job as a customer to ask to be noticed, especially when I made eye contact with a couple of the employees. I will never step foot in any superior automotive dealership after this experience.
They falsified a vehicle history report to sell me a damaged vehicle. They refused to admit wrongdoing even with the evidence in their faces. And then tried to sell me another car for $2000 more than the first. Their own mechanic took 1 look at my door frame from a distance and said he could tell the car was in an accident. But the GM Dennis looked me in my eye and said they didnt inspect the car before they put it up for sale. Ive already filed a complaint with Ohio AG. Dont buy a car from these grifters who set out to scam black and brown people in their community.
We bought a new vehicle from Superior Kia. Dalton Youtsey from sales was great. He was helpful and with a good customer facing attitude. Id buy a car from him again. Superior Kia is about what you would expect from an average or slightly above average dealership based on my single experience with them. Their customer facing attitude was great, but like any dealer, always trying to get too much money from the buyer.

Horrible experience! I came here wanting to use my own finance company. Warren and the guy from the finance dept at superior kia told me my finance company lied to me about the apr and my credit score which I find bizarre. They put me under pressure told me they didnt have time for me to make a call and when I tried they both were pressing me talking in both my ears I couldnt even make the call and told me I was taking up to much of their time that there were other people and I politely told them they could skip over me and get back to me. There was nothing good about my experience and definitely not the part where it says online you get a discount of $2022 that is false advertisement. I was treated like a number not a person.
Everything about my experience was good. I purchased a used f150 which is a awesome truck and worked with Brian Corry the sales manager. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. I had some difficulties at other dealerships getting approved with a low down payment, here simply filled out the application online, and heard back the next day with approval. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

After waiting days for approval at other dealerships and getting nowhere, I decided to give Superior a try. They had me out the door in a brand new car, the same day at lower interest rates than anyone else was able to get me and even called me a few weeks later because they found a way to make the purchase cost and payments even lower! I would highly recommend the Superior dealerships to anyone looking for a vehicle (even if you have poor credit like I did).
I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from Superior Kia and couldnt have been any more pleased with Amos (our salesman) and Gerald (New Car Manager) in the purchasing of our new vehicle. I ordered directly from Kia (using Superior Kia) and the team was very helpful in giving me timeline updates for the arrival of the order.The car was delivered to Superior Kia (BEFORE the estimated date of arrival), Gerald and Amos both called me letting me know the car has arrived and it will be ready to picked up that evening. It felt like Christmas in March.I went in and (again) the team was very helpful explaining everything to me and the experience couldnt have been any more smooth. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. Amos even took me in the car and went over all the features of the car which really helpful. I must add, Amos even stayed after his scheduled time (8 P.M.) to make sure I was taken care of and I understood everything with the new car. I ended up leaving the dealership around 9:30 P.M.In addition, I wanted to get a few aftermarket items installed to the car (i.e. Tinted Windows, Roof Vinyl Wrapped, Side-Steps, etc) and Amos was very helpful in scheduling all the appointments and dropping the car off at the designated body shops for the installs. They even offered me a loaner car for the time my car was getting worked on. This process took about a week and I am VERY happy with the car and how it turned out.Thank you, Amos, Gerald, and the entire Superior Kia (Cincinnati) Team.I highly recommend this team for your next Kia car!
My wife bought a car here today and had a very good experience. Their prices are better than other dealerships in the area and they are good to work with. We were pleased with their transparency and not pushing extra features on us we did not want unlike other local dealers such as Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield.
DO NOT go here Keith in the finance department will try and rip you off as much as possible by manipulating you into thinking he’s giving you a deal he’s totally just being dishonest check every single thing and charge they try and charge you or save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. They deceive you from the moment you step onto the lot. This is not an experience I had myself this was a 23 year old family member of mine that left your dealership crying because of how she was treated and the prices kept changing. So I am not taking it down people need to know to check every single thing they are being charged. If your company is so worried about customer service seeing as how you’ve called me 10 times from different numbers maybe If you would have shown her that level of caring things would be different. Please stop calling me.
I had an issue with front tires on our 2020 Kia Telluride. They didnt have any tires in stock but gave me a nice loaner to use, for a day. They fixed my tires, cabin filter, easy air filter and oil change. Customer service was really good considering how it started out, they made it right and Ill continue to be a buyer from this location.
We were in the market for a minivan and decided the Kia Sedona was the best fit for us. After shopping around and visiting a few Kia dealerships in the area, we ended up at Superior Kia and were very pleased with our entire experience. Morgan was our salesman, and he was great to work with! He gave us a much more thorough introduction to our vehicle than the other dealerships we had visited. When we got home we noticed our floor mats for the car were missing. We contacted the dealership and they set them aside for us to pick up, which was again, a very easy process for us (luckily I drive past their location during the work week, so not out of the way). Overall, great experience and would highly recommend!

Bought a new 21 kia k5 gt line second time in shop called service for transmission fix towed to dealer 6 28 21 and was told it would be six weeks before they could look at it...really ? No loaner car no nothing ..dont buy a car there they care nothing after sale just waiting on th 30 days to come for the lemon law.
This location has more to choose with great selection. Staff is very welcoming and I will buy a car here again. 2 thumbs up.

Called yesterday before going in to make sure the vehicle we wanted to look at was still on the lot and we were assured it was. When we got there they pretty much helped us right away and got the pre-owned Odyssey ready for us to take for a test drive. The car was very clean and clearly detailed well. Priced appropriately. We were impressed and decided to go through with negotiations. We did our homework beforehand so we knew what to wheel-and-deal and werent about to be taken advantage of. Everything we mentioned as questionable was turned back to us in our favor. The salesman was very nice and honest (I forget his name.. probably because it wasnt obviously displayed on a nametag or anything). We waited around a little longer than we wanted but we were glad to be able to take the vehicle home that night! The finance guy, Brian, who stepped in to help get paperwork squared away was also very nice & he went above and beyond to help make things easy for us. Thanks for a great used-car buying experience!!

Wow, I have never received this level of poor customer service in my entire life. I was working on a deal to pick up a Telluride, by the time that I went to the bank to get the cashiers check and we had already made a vocal deal they called me to tell me someone was potentially coming in the next day who was going to pay more money and that they wouldn’t be selling me the car due to this. What an incredible waste of my time. I just am astounded by the lack of professionalism. We had spent hours working this out. They said “Well if you would have just committed this morning we wouldn’t be having this conversation”. That was BEFORE I had even got to see the car.
Talked to this KIA dealership about the sticker price on a car we liked. They claimed that the price on the sticker isn’t a real price. They would have to charge us $3,000 over sticker due to its popularity. This was a common suv they sell. Nothing fancy. Gerald Green ended up giving us the sticker price plus the KIA special of $500 off. This was an advertised price deal they have going nation wide for KIA. Why would we have to get a manager involved to get the advertised price? Due to him getting involved. As a customer he never thanked me for me being there or my business. In fact he never got out of his chair to thank or talk to any customers. Customer seemed to come last in importance to Gerald. While I’m waiting. Another customer had a question for him. Asks the question. Phone rings Gerald said I have to take this and brushed the customer off as though the customer was there just to annoy him. Then I go to finalize everything and he refused to honor the advertised promo of a lower apr. Tells me those promos were expired the day before and no new promos are out. And if new promos where out he said he didn’t know about any of them. Very rudely. My wife went back and she was treated poorly by Gerald as well. As though she had annoyed him for her presents there. Overall not a good experience here. Gerald also seemed to talk down to the employees there. Will never go back for service or sales again to that KIA. Hope KIAs are not all ran this poorly.
I highly recommend finding a different dealership. The individuals at this location will do what they can to squeeze you for what youre worth. Made up fees strictly for their profit. Went as far as trying to charge me a $300 documentation fee, which is illegal in the state of Ohio. When i was leaving i requested the paper they printed up for me, a paper with nothing but number figures on it, figures they were to charge me had i been so inclined. They refused. Against their policy to allow the customer to keep a copy of figures printed up specifically for them. Strange, right? Past individuals had taken their quotes to other dealers, another strange concern to have when you tell people you have the best prices. That manager and i both know why i couldnt take those numbers, its because hes not slick but slimy. Superior Kia, time to freshen up on your game.

New Car Sales Manager of this Dealership is a scammer. Took all my information and said he would order me the new car I wanted and it would arrive within 3 months, even kept in touch saying he didnt have any updates. After 3 months of waiting he just ghosted me. I went to another dealer who was able to track all ordered vehicles, turns out the manager never even order my car and wasted 3 months of my time. Was also told this dealership will get you in the door by pretending to have incentives on their cars but will jack up the sales prices in the end. Would steer clear of this dealership if they let a dishonest guy like that be in management.
For starters, my buying experience which began in April of 2020 was simple, straightforward, and no nonsense. I bought a 2020 Kia Stinger GT Line. Amos Hope, you are the man! At purchase, they assured me they were very committed to service so I have decided to have all my oil changes and service work done here.At my last oil change 3 months ago, I had a tire with a screw in it. I made an appointment for my oil change and to have the tire patched because it was in the flat tread area. I waited an extra 20-30 minutes beyond my appointment time for them to begin working on my car. The service manager patched my tire for free and gave me a coupon discount on my oil change and it came to $20 out the door. When I inquired why, the service writer explained about the extra time and he understands the value of time. I was impressed and thankful.Today I had another oil change, needed my tires rotated, and pressures adjusted because it has gotten cold in Cincinnati and my tire pressures were below normal. I have been off work for about 4 weeks with a very sore back. When the service advisor gave me the quote on the tire rotation, I mentioned that money was tight because of my sore back but I could swing it. When they rang me out today, they again applied a coupon to my oil change and tire rotation that brought my total in at $39. An oil change alone here for full synthetic is $39 on my four-cylinder GT Line. They once again applied another coupon and really blessed me. In a world where so many businesses are taking advantage of their customers, I want to say how much I appreciate the service and compassion that I have received here. All of my friends know how great you guys are and how easy it is to buy from you, as well as keep my car maintained.Thanks again guys!
I leased a 2020 Kia Sportage in 2020 now its 2021 the car has been having problems for months. It wont even start without a jump. The car is currently in for service and no one can tell me whats wrong with it. The dealership is not responding. Im working with the service department who have been nice to get a loaner vehicle. This has been a nightmare. I ADVICE that no one should invest in a KIA. Not a reliable vehicle.
I have recently purchased my second vehicle from Superior and my first ever brand new car. I didnt even think I would ever have a new car but 5 years after buying a Soul from them I traded in for a brand new Optima. I had a cosigner for the Soul and was able to buy the Optima with my own credit. The service dept. Is great. Theyve taken care of me for years and I wont take my cars anywhere else.
Like to waste time and gas? Is integrity overrated? Then this is the dealership for you! We had a discussion on the price of a vehicle and numbers were exchanged. Dealership provided an out the door price for us. I told them it would be contingent on getting the vehicle inspected. Today when my wife calls to arrange a test drive, they have her come in to pick up the vehicle and the price MAGICALLY increases by a thousand dollars! So buyers a couple of things here: They could have told her that BEFORE driving down there to pick up the vehicle, she was told that the sales manager didnt approve those numbers last night. So you either have salesmen giving numbers without approval or they are going to try and get one over on you. Either way, its not a way to run a business with integrity. Dont waste your time and gas!

Whether you are going in to browse or to make a purchase, everyone made us feel welcomed and was happy to answer our questions and let us look at any vehicle we wanted to check out.I cannot make a high enough recommendation of Eddie Williams who helped us look at many different cars to help us find the right fit. You can just tell he works extremely hard and is excellent at his job. We are so happy with how Eddie helped us navigate the sales process and we are thrilled with our new vehicle!

The service we had a Superior Kia was excellent. We would go back to this dealership to buy other cars. They were helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We got the car for less then what we were willing to spend. Alex Leanch spent a great deal of time with my son who was purchasing his first car.
I hate leaving negative reviews for businesses, but my experience at this dealership was so bad that I have to share it. This is the shortened version to satisfy the character limit on this site – see my full review on Dealer Rater.We found a Kia Rio S for $14,460 at Superior. The best priced we could find was at Coughlin Kia in Newark for $13,500, but they had just sold their last one. Both dealers are 2 hours away, and Superior was the next best price, so away we drove. We test drove and liked a Rio, and were told that there was a $1999 charge for an undercoating that was already applied. We came to pay $14,460. We know there are processing fees (up to $250 in the state of Ohio) plus tax and title, but an extra $2000?!? We said we were not paying that – we came to pay the advertised price. There’s a ton more to the story (like how they tried to sneak in an extended warranty without telling us) but, suffice it to say that we ended up stupidly agreeing to pay $500 for this undercoating assuming we’d get info on it. We did not. We also ended up getting charged $299 for Etch, which we knew nothing about until the next day when I looked over our paperwork hoping to find something that would remedy my major buyer’s remorse. I had no info on Etch that with our paperwork either. The car (brand new, mind you) came with no floor mats, no handshake (even though there was a handshake at the beginning of the process), no congratulations, no pictures, and no excitement. Just an extra $799 on the top for basically nothing, or at least nothing that was explained to us. If you’re going to charge extra for something, you need to make the customer see the value in it. All we see is a scam. We gave this dealership a lot of money, and I have communicated with them how our experience was. Oh, and just so you all know, Etch is just silver stickers put on your car windows. And, without explanation or a contract, you probably wouldn’t know that you’re supposed to get $2500 for the car should it be stolen and not recovered. I thought that was covered by insurance, right? But, yep, $299 for stickers (but no info). What a rip off. The car is great. But, I will always have a bad taste in my mouth from the experience. Never again. I suggest you drive to Coughlin. You will be much happier and it will be totally worth the drive. Had I purchased my first Kia at Superior, I may have written off Kia for life. Thankfully, we had purchased at a much better dealer beforehand.
I bought my first vehicle from Superior Kia the other day. I was pretty intimidated by the car buying process, but Chris Myatt was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. After all the paperwork was signed and I was on my way home with the car, the engine light came on. I called Chris Myatt right away and he connected me with the used car manager, Chris Linneman. Even though my paperwork stated that I was purchasing the vehicle as is, Chris Linneman had me bring the car back to the dealership and Superior Kia covered the cost of both the diagnostic test and the repairs. I am very grateful to the Superior Kia staff for providing me with a great car and outstanding service!

I just bought a 2020 Kia Soul from Chris Myatt. He is a wonderful sales person, very upfront and honest about what extras you should purchase for your vehicle. He is easy to get in touch with if you have any questions or concerns. The dealership is clean, and a comfortable environment to be in while you wait on paper work and what not. Even though it is a 40+minute drive for me, it was well worth the trip.

The salesman was very polite but this was also the first time I experienced a salesman walking away with my personal car keys. I was planning on using my current car as a trade in but I still dont see the need to keep the car keys away from me. At the end of it all they claimed that there was only 1 car they could get me approved for on the whole entire lot which was a vehicle I wasnt even looking at so I passed and am choosing to go somewhere else. The dealership and sales people were very friendly and did what they could to try to help it just wasnt a match. On the other side if youre looking for some brand new 2021 kias this is youre place they just got them Friday.

Only issue is that I had to remind them of the advertised price and also show them an incentive they missed that was eligible on the car I purchased. Thank you to Clark Meyer and the Kia Service Dept. Ive had an ongoing serious problem with my car since I purchased it 5 years ago. After many fixes thru the years a related problem was detected in 2020. My Kia was out of warranty. I was advised to contact the Kia Consumer Affairs which I did, and they couldnt goodwill the service. In the end Mr. Meyer determined to goodwill the service 100% and it was quite expensive. Im extremely appreciative to Mr. Meyer and wouldnt hesitate to purchase another Kia from Superior.
This was the first new car my husband and I have ever bought together. Warren was our salesman and was absolutely awesome to work with. He seemed to know just the right car for us which was a near brand new 2018 Kia Rio which we can’t be more happy about. We have been driving 25+ year old cars for a very long time and we were nervous about buying a new one, but everyone there, especially Warren, made it as painless and easy as possible. Car and Price was good, but unfortunately there was a mixup in execution. I initiated this transaction online in order to save my wife time and to complete the negotiation process. Once she arrived, they put her through a re-negotiation process in which I had to get involved remotely. Management proceeded to tell me that the salesperson didnt have the authority to offer the price he did. I became upset at this excuse. I mean, they are the ones that hired this person and gave him the responsibility to negotiate via the internet/phone not me. Rather than just owning up to the fact that they didnt execute as they should have they hung up on me as I was telling them (with a raised voice in all fairness) to just get to the bottom line so we could finalize and let my wife go to work on time. I doubt we will be back.
Went here shopping for a new car since a friend recommended them. They only gave me the option of one vehicle and it wasnt what I wanted. The sales man had my keys in his hand and coughed on my keys. Ended up going someplace else to get my vehicle.

Leasing the car was somewhat easy, not many problems there. However, now I have the vehicle the customer service has been poor. Calling customer service is a joke, the lady answering phone doesn’t know how to direct calls and then you finally get put through to the right department and just get answer machines. I had questions about plates and tags because it wasn’t explained to me when I got the vehicle. This is my first time leasing, probably my last.

Cant even begin to express in words how much they did for me by getting me into a brand new Kia. I havent had a new car since I was 20. It was honestly a dream come true and Im so thankful. Now I dont have to worry about unexpected car repairs and am very satisfied. They were very nice, and the free car washes and oil changes are also a plus!

The Salesman, Mr. Linton Morgan, was great, helpful, friendly and did everything he could to make my buying experience pleasant and that I found a Kia Soul that I loved. That said, Superior’s New Car Sales Manager, in my opinion, threw confusing numbers around, would not return phone calls, and ultimately wrote numbers on the final sales document that bore no resemblance to the hand written figures that manager and I originally talked through at length prior to purchase. The discrepancies between preliminary and final figures still have me convinced that I was very likely overcharged .check your invoice figures Very carefully before agreeing to the sale. A $1000 optional package, which I had declined, was tucked, hidden, in the final sales document. Three stars only because the Salesman was good
I bought a Kia Telluride this past week. They were very easy to work with through the process. I was waiting for the car to come in and they communicated with me multiple times to let me know a status. When it came to the purchase they were quick and easy to work with and I was out the door relatively quickly. I have been happy with the car as well.

Great customer service. Nice place to purchase a new or certified used car. Other used cars buy at your own risk. My experience with there service center has not been good.
I called this dealership reference to a couple of Kia Souls they had available. I spoke with Pennie and she scheduled us same day. I met with Morgan who was extremely professional, not pushy, and easy to talk to. He gave me time to look over both cars and do my “Dad” thing as this was for my daughter. We ended up choosing another Soul at another dealer based on price but I would go back to Superior in a heartbeat based on our experiences! The only critique I have would be to switch back to CARFAX over Autocheck because of more available information.
Dependable honest service and fair prices. They are very knowledgeabe about the vehicles they service. I have had my 2007 Kia serviced there for many years it has 180k+ on the odometer and is still running great. Jon Sanders is my service advisor, he is outstanding, and keeps me coming back.
This is our first Kia. Our experience was awesome because of our sales rep, Morgan. He was knowledgable, attentive, kind, and not pushy. He was professional at all times, and he made our experience great!
Only went here because they were the only dealership with car I wanted. Sales guy lied to my face about extra paint protection and Rust prevention saying it was already installed and I had to buy it. Only later after purchase saying I had to schedule an appointment to have it applied. I hate dealerships and this place managed to make me hate them more.

I didnt purchase my vehicle here, I recently moved to the area, but I did bring it to them to service for the first time. My Sorento is a 2011 with 60K miles. Id been noticing some vibration and a noise going over bumps. Another place closer to my home that Ive going to for oil changes had looked at the tire but I think that was the extent of it. Jon was super helpful and made it as convenient as possible. They replaced a ball joint and sway bar links and new back breaks. Took them less than 24 hours to complete. I didnt notice how bad off my car was until after the repair. A much nicer drive now. Not as much give in the steering and not as bouncy. I really love my Kia and so glad I took it to them! Ill be going to Superior now for the oil changes as well.

Amos Hope was a very good salesman when I came to Superior Kia for my new Kia Soul. He could answer all my questions but gave me no pressure to buy my new car. I came for a repair to my previous car and left with my new Soul. Amos was courteous and friendly. He showed me all the new safety features, connected by Bluetooth and explained everything on the dashboard. I could not have been any happier with the experience I had at Superior Kia or with Amos. Also Amos texted me the next day in case I had any further questions about my new car. I love my new Underground Green Kia.
